Took 35 minutes for the driver to deliver when I live 15 minutes away the food was cold and all I was offered was a £2 refund

the rice was good but the chicken was so dry it was so hard as well and the fries too they tasted dry and stale

The wings were cold so the marinade was hard like cold butter gone thick, chips didn’t have peri salt even though I payed for it and no drinks.

Best tasting Peri-Peri chicken, I got the Hot level and had that with Peri Mayo and it is very delicious. It’s a super healthy grill alternative compared to other restaurants, make sure to try it out!

This is the error of Just eat not the restaurant , the food was stupidly late to arrive and the restaurant we called them 3 times and the food was ready in 20min , just eat made this error and the food arrived badly.

Driver took very long to deliver food, he went to Hounslow West and was sitting in one location, I messaged driver and he said there’s traffic when he went in the complete opposite direction and he’s driving a moped. Awful customer service from this restaurant. Not only did they put the phone down on me after me trying to explain that the app said my food was delivered when it wasn’t, I then go outside to see it laying on the floor downstairs! Beyond AWFUL

from the initial timing that was estimated it was 30 minutes late. I was not able to track delivery driver as the app was glitching and not showing live movements of driver even after refreshing I was still not able to track driver.

Extremely unhappy with my order. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for my food and struggled to get help from just eat and the takeaway shop. I was told my food was coming in 25-40 minutes but was left struggling and in the dark waiting a more than an hour for my order.

I ordered my food at 8.24PM and it didn’t arrive till 10.49PM. I had friends over which we ordered this food for and they had to leave hungry. I tried contacting by calling them 9 times but no answer. I had to personally go to the store to find out some information about my order. I asked for the manager when I got there and asked for an explanation she said “sorry”. They also said that my order just left as soon I got to the store. I’m extremely unhappy with this situation and want a refund.

I placed my order at 6.40ish and got my food at 9.30pm.. the restaurant was not answering any of my calls and prevented me from been able to leave my house for my evening plans. I was also unable to cancel my order which made the whole process very frustrating and no method of calling someone. I was unable to wait and ended up making food for myself and my kids. the food delivered was not eaten and what makes it worse was that there was items missing. I expect a refund/compensation

Ordered today and the order did not arrive they made us wait for nearly two hours without informing us that they were not sending us the food. Had to cancel in the end and order elsewhere. Disgraceful !

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely no point of pepes doing a promotion if their restaurants and staff cannot handle it. My order took over 2 hours!!!! to be delivered and eventually came freezing cold. The poor driver was at the restaurant for an hour waiting for the food to be delivered. The worst thing about this is that they disconnected their phone so no one could get in touch. Avoid this Pepes at all cost. The food went straight in the bin

Absolutely terrible, took two hours to deliver. Two hours exactly, I ordered at 6:14pm, it was delivered at 8:15pm. I called 13 times and no answer.Chicken was under grilled as well, left slightly pink inside. Overall absolutely terrible service.
