Quick delivery and good tasting food

Two of my items wasn’t ordered

Good delivery, just abit cold. Wasn’t in the warming bags

horrible soggy chips and dry hard panneer waste of money

Food never arrived but marked as arrived by delivery driver. Absolutely atrocious

They missed to pack large fries.

Driver took very long to deliver food, he went to Hounslow West and was sitting in one location, I messaged driver and he said there’s traffic when he went in the complete opposite direction and he’s driving a moped. Food has come and is completely cold. I am very disappointed, I always use just eat and I’m happy with the service but today I’m not happy

However, my cake was missing from my order

My order said delivered but never arrived

chips were cold and over cooked, the rice just pilau flavoured and nothing else the only thing that was okay was the chicken even though it tasted of lemon and was drenched in sauce.

the food was not freshly made the chicken was hard to chew and also the chips very disappointed 😞

Always get my order wrong, never deliver right orders. Second time it has happened do not reccomend. Absolutely poor

Delivered on time, however food was very cold

from the initial timing that was estimated it was 30 minutes late. I was not able to track delivery driver as the app was glitching and not showing live movements of driver even after refreshing I was still not able to track driver.

Awful customer service from this restaurant. Not only did they put the phone down on me after me trying to explain that the app said my food was delivered when it wasn’t, I then go outside to see it laying on the floor downstairs! Beyond AWFUL

Gave me a small instead of large chips

They cooked pre cooked food an it took an hour I personally have had to experience delivery even through the just eat app which is suppose to be one of the good ones but if I told you half the experience I had you’d think I’m messaging from a 3rd world country but I’m in London 2 miles from Heathrow

Did not receive food!! Had been given to another address!! He was one road away then it said your food has been delivered!! What is the point of the code if they are not used!!! My husband had been at work 18 hours and was hungry!!! Discusting service!!

Very delayed and came cold missing a rice box.

Delivery took over an hour and when they finally delivered, it was the wrong order.

Food took 2 hours to arrive with no answer from the restaurant, when it arrived it was cold, and although we selected Hot the food was dry and did not taste like Hot, it tasted like lemon and herb - quality was not good

food was amazing but i wanted the peri peri seasoning on my fries and i paid for an extra 30p for it however i didn’t get the peri peri seasoned fries

I ordered at 6:20 and my order came at 10:05. waited almost 4 hours !!!!!i kept on calling the restaurant but the line was disconnected!!!! Eventually i had to order from elsewhere. Didn’t even touch the food as it was very late the food was coldddddd !!!

Extremely unhappy with my order. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for my food and struggled to get help from just eat and the takeaway shop. I was told my food was coming in 25-40 minutes but was left struggling and in the dark waiting a more than an hour for my order.

FOOD DID NOT ARRIVE I WILL NOT BE ORDERING EVER

I ordered my food at 8.24PM and it didn’t arrive till 10.49PM. I had friends over which we ordered this food for and they had to leave hungry. I tried contacting by calling them 9 times but no answer. I had to personally go to the store to find out some information about my order. I asked for the manager when I got there and asked for an explanation she said “sorry”. They also said that my order just left as soon I got to the store. I’m extremely unhappy with this situation and want a refund.

I placed my order at 6.40ish and got my food at 9.30pm.. the restaurant was not answering any of my calls and prevented me from been able to leave my house for my evening plans. I was also unable to cancel my order which made the whole process very frustrating and no method of calling someone. I was unable to wait and ended up making food for myself and my kids. the food delivered was not eaten and what makes it worse was that there was items missing. I expect a refund/compensation

Ordered today and the order did not arrive they made us wait for nearly two hours without informing us that they were not sending us the food. Had to cancel in the end and order elsewhere. Disgraceful !

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely no point of pepes doing a promotion if their restaurants and staff cannot handle it. My order took over 2 hours!!!! to be delivered and eventually came freezing cold. The poor driver was at the restaurant for an hour waiting for the food to be delivered. The worst thing about this is that they disconnected their phone so no one could get in touch. Avoid this Pepes at all cost. The food went straight in the bin

Absolutely terrible, took two hours to deliver. Two hours exactly, I ordered at 6:14pm, it was delivered at 8:15pm. I called 13 times and no answer.Chicken was under grilled as well, left slightly pink inside. Overall absolutely terrible service.

Order never arrived. Been waiting over 2 hours, delivery estimate just keeps increasing and increasing. Impossible to contact , phone number doesn’t work

horrible, driver spend an hour driving around town, to realise that the food was never picked up, when to the store to collect it it was cold and bad

was 30mins later than shown when ordered... however food was really nice and hot. I assume delivery got delayed due to pepe being busy. Very tasty as usual! Side note... some wings had feathers in :(

No happy i selected piri piri salt on my chips but they never put piri piri salt.

The delivery times kept changing again and again .I had to wait an hour just to get my order and on the app it said that the courier was at the restaurant.This is very bad service as i paid for the service and i would expect better.

got my order wrong, I ordered 10 hot straps and 3 mild, what I 8 mild and 5 hot. Large chips are large at all. I hate to see what the regular chips look like. For the amount I paid I expected better value. won't be ordering from them again. Only good thing that it arrived 4 minutes early.

Food was horribly cooked foe the hot peri peri wings. Really badly marinated with no care to it at all. Over use of the sauce with a think like gravy texture which got chunky on the wings.

It was disappointing. The chicken pieces were hard , very difficult to digest and fries were non eatable . Basically threw them in dustbin.Bad experience for the first timer.

Food was okay, the lettuce was black but the chicken fillet was a bit on the dry side but the garlic dip helped which was free :) , Ordered a rice box as well but it was very bland when I ordered hot. Don’t suggest ordering late at night staff seem sleepy

Rice and chicken not edible as the cold created condensation and a bad smell. Chip were like card board will not eat here again after waiting an hour. Totally dissatisfied.
