I ordered my Uber eats. And had to cancel the order as it did not come on time and in fact they wanted to deliver an hour after the original time!

Friendly, hospitable and clean environment. Great halal option and plentiful of items to choose from.

Really good place to eat in the staff are welcoming and really polite, they always make sure to prioritise customers orders so no one waits to long, and the place hygiene is really good so I always like to eat in when I can.

Very fast and efficient, always good service from the team!

Did not give NHS blue light discount when on the website they specify it’s available across all stores

I’ve always been a fan of Pepe’s since 2022 and this didn’t disappoint

Great food, I got the chicken and rice, hot, was hot! But nicely cooked and presented , plenty of seating when not busy.

The order was placed saying that it will be delivered withing 30-40 min then the time changed saying that it will be more that 1.5h fir delivery. We had to chase it up 2 times as no updates were given. The chicken looked like it was chewed and then given to us. Only had issues every time we ordered from this branch.

Poor Management - Unable to fulfil our order on time (over 1.5 hrs and had no beef so persuaded me to exchange for chicken), most importantly the 1.5 hour plus delay resulted in numerous meetings rescheduled yesterday

RUBBISH, I ordered from uber eats, there was no tracking or delivery time I phoned on a number of occasions and the food didn't arrive for over 1 and half hours nearly 2, cold tastesless and soggy chips and rest of the food I had to heat in the microwave, GREAT!!!!

I am gonna tell a different experience with this outlet. I was talking to one of their delivery drivers and I was shocked to hear that the management doesn’t give tips to the drivers. They have an online payment option where customers pay when they place the order. But the guy I spoke to, told me that it’s been six months and he hadn’t received a single penny in tips. So here is the conclusion dear folks: PAY THE TIP DIRECTLY TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER ( if you want to tip in the first place) OTHERWISE DON’T TIP ONLINE BECAUSE DRIVERS ARE NOT GETTING ANYTHING OUT OF IT. Greedy restaurant takes their share away. P.S. I hope delivery drivers don’t get in trouble 🤞

The first driver said he couldn't find my address and was very rude and said he's not delivering. I called the restaurant 27 times and each time they said its a new driver and he's only 5-6 minutes away. I waited over 2 hours for my food and this is completely unacceptable or because the first driver could not find my address.

Delivered to the wrong address . Rang them to tell them the food is still not here and was left at neighbours in the rain . Collected but cold and wet . Rang them and they were very rude putting false accusations. Get the delivery address right please in the first place and eat cold food yourself that has been left in the rain .

I used to order from here like 2,3 times a week but this time I’m very disappointed. Got food too cold and hard. Received food after an hour after making. Can’t even took a single bite, the sauces on the chicken and rice were also dried. Also didn’t receive garlic sauce.

My order took over an hour to arrive, despite assurances from the staff that it would not be that long. The mayonnaise that came with the burger and chips seemed to have been watered down. Staff on the phone were unhelpful and didn't deal with my calls to enquire about the late delivery in a professional manner.

contacted the restaurant multiple times and kept saying order is on the way. app said delivered and still wasn't. After calling again, changed the delivery date to later arrival. the chicken was burnt when food finally arrived. please issue a refund.

I don’t like leaving a negative review. The people running the place are probably rushed off their feet. But it’s been delayed. Which I can accept. But it’s now way past the next delivery slot. Not great.

Its over an hour late so far and the order has still not arrived! The restaurants phone line is busy, I have been trying to call them for the past half an hour with no luck! I don’t think I will receive my food which is incredibly disappointing and infuriating! I expect a full refund ASAP!

the chicken was dry with no moisture of peri peri sauce. the chicken was cold and it was an unpleasant experience but never order from this particular restaurant again.

The worst branch I’ve ever come across, maybe because they’re cheap and have their own drivers ? I called to ask when my order will arrive as I was waiting for an hour, he said you live too far so you have to wait.. (it’s 14 min drive) Very rude and unprofessional Won’t ever attempt to order from this branch again.

Ordered from here to work for lunch, I normally order from burnt oak but they were not available on this day but figured as burnt oak is decent, it’s a franchise what can go wrong, how wrong was I Firstly the food came after about 1hr 45mins, after numerous calls chasing and being told it should be there shortly it finally turned up at a ridiculous time. When the food did arrive, i was shocked that any restaurant would send food out like that, we ordered a salad which I kid you not was a big bowl of cut up iceberg lettuce (not the leafy salad shown in pics) with one cherry tomato and a few pieces of cucumber, the chicken on top looked shredded. We also ordered a wrap, the chicken in the wrap was extremely hard, obviously recooked and I’m pretty sure it was microwaved, I asked them not to out any sauce in it, but they clearly are unable to follow instructions. Finally some chicken strips which was just like the chicken in the wrap, hard, rubbery and reheated. I normally enjoy Pepes but this experience has completely put me off. I don’t think they deserve 1 star to be honest.

Whenever I order from here they mess up orders of mine time and time again. They miss food off orders, or will send me wrong things. Yet again they missed things from my order today. Exactly why I don’t order from here and order from north Watford! Fix it and read orders properly!!!!

Asked them not to put Mayo in the burger. Even called them to make sure they read the notes left. They sent both burgers with Mayo. Very disappointed!

After a 2 hour wait - 1 end of the chicken breast was 1cm and the other end was more than 6 or 7cm and as such the excessive side of the chicken was insufficiently cooked, inedible and was disposed in the bin. Do NOT rush cooking chicken because the consequences could be serious!!

Disappointing Experience with Pepe’s Peri Peri Review: I recently ordered from Pepe’s Peri Peri through Just Eat, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Firstly, the delivery arrived much earlier than expected, catching me off guard and disrupting my plans for the evening. As if that wasn’t enough, the food itself was a letdown. The peri peri chicken I ordered was dry and tasteless, lacking any of the promised flavor. The sides were equally disappointing, with the fries being soggy and lukewarm, as if they had been sitting out for too long. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with both the timing of the delivery and the quality of the food. It’s a shame because I had heard good things about Pepe’s Peri Peri, but my experience fell far short of expectations. I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again and would advise others to do the same unless they enjoy cold, flavorless food arriving unexpectedly early. Rating: ⭐ (1 star)

Hot Prime Pittas were 10/10 Excellent. - the Fajita Wrap was also delicious. Extremely delicious and consistently fresh food.

Used to be really good but has gone downhill. The chicken in the rice box upsets my stomach. The rice is also overcooked. Had it from them a couple of times and same issue.

Fast delivery with wonderful service, food was well packed and piping hot when delivered. Thank-you

I did not receive my order at all.However in the app it shows order has been delivered.such irresponsible service.just eat is not reliable.I don’t use or recommend just eat to anybody. I just paid the money for nothing. No food at all being delivered

Quality is changed. It’s not the same I ordered last time.

The food was great as usual but the delivery person was awful. As soon as I opened the door he started arguing with me over the missing door number on the order. He started walking up my door step and so I slammed the door. I’m pregnant and have a 1 year old. Luckily my husband was home at the time and heard everything. I will never order from peri peri again.

Avoid this Pepes! - they got my order wrong - the staff and manager didn’t even care, when I phoned up - they didn’t offer anything else/no alternatives - very bad and poor customer service - they have indeed dropped standards in all aspects.
