Ive ordered drinks and there is non here so ive paid for something i havent got

The rice was burnt. Beef was not cooked properly…I applied for refund however never received any response from just eat although I got photographic evidence.

asking for the code for minutes at the door when he could see the order on my phone but no code

Did not enjoy the food,chicken in loaded seemed very hard and hard to chew. Don't think I will be prdering from here again.

Wrong order given I am not impressed I want a refund

it would be nice if the flavour sauce can be kept separate so can be poured over the grill chicken when served. Apart from that everything great keep up the great work kind regards from Raja

Very inconsistent. Sometimes the chicken is perfectly cooked, other times it is pretty much cremated.

The best pepes ever. Delicious. Used to get in every lunch break. Miss u guys

My food wasn’t delivered so i have nothing to enjoy

The food was fresh, warm, and tasty. However, we were missing 3 cans of drinks. I rang the restaurant, but haven't received any help from them. They only told me to contact Just Eat about it and for this fact, I won't order from them again.

Paper bag was ripped and the piri piri fries and normal fries fell out of packet & got mixed. They forgot all four sauces ordered. Not happy with the service. Didn’t get what I paid for.

Unfortunately Food was not good taste less food. very bad experience first experience and last experience, never ever again. Not recommend.

Chicken and rice is great however so expensive! Only good for once in a while. This place will definitely break the bank lol.

Literally paid 11 pound for a few cold chips and a drink as my burger was missing and they wouldn’t give me one or bring it to me !!!!! Don’t ever order from here i get nothing but bad news every time !!! Wouldn’t even give it one star if i didn’t have to !!

Extremely flavourful, With Garlic Mayo being a Must Try! The Spice Levels for each spice level are perfect and the chicken Burrito had a good chicken to ri e ratio

I ordered two panini for my kids, I kept saying to not add barbecue sauce , I repeated it around 5-6 times. I ordered it around 10:30, when I came home it was already closed. Even after multiple times of me saying not to add barbecue sauce, they added it and my kids couldn’t eat the paninis because of the barbecue sauce. It was a waste of money and I’m very disappointed in this service. Never ordering here again.

I didn’t receive it the driver took it with him bad service never trusting just eat again

Food is usually great. Service depends on who you get. The tall guy is always nice, The others tend to be a bit not so friendly.

Delivery driver also couldn’t find the address and his English was too poor for me to explain where to go and made me walk to where he was.

Order from here regularly. Lovely fresh, hot & spicy chicken. Drivers always really polite. Would recommend.

Poor food. The bbq sizzler was more like a rock hard sizzlers. I dont understand how you can take the most tender peice of chicken and cook it so its like a hockey puck. Embarrassing maybe your cooks need retraining at this point. Used to be a regular here now i regularly avoid this place.

Driver lied about reason for been late even tho I called the restaurant and my food was marked as delivered at 5:20 and it got delivered at 5:54. Food freezing cold I am currently reheating in a pan. Terrible service

Food was really bad. Ordered 2 bbq sizzler paninis and they had NO chicken in it and the bread was not toasted and was soggy. So bad this branch is the worst of them all!

Chicken wings were very small. Food was not to the usually very high standard. We ordered the hot flavour but did not taste like it usually does.

Delivery time was fine. However, quality of food was disappointing. Fries were missing in the XL meal which was also dry and overly charred. The chicken was burnt in the chicken and rice. Called restaurant, the manager just apologised and said he can’t do anything.

For the price of my food I would have thought that it would be hot or at least warm my food was stone cold I wasn’t very satisfied

every time I order from this place. they always forget something or make my order wrong. when I phoned to ask them about it. they have no customer service. they don't know how to resolve any matters. this place is a disgrace

The chicken wasn't extra hot flavour like i ordered but it was mild even though i specified in the notes to make it extra hot, but apart from that everything was good

I ordered solo platters with 3 wings but I didn’t get the wings and the food was too cold.people who take the orders were unhelpful so I regret for that . They charge me 13 pounds for nothing so please don’t buy food from them go somewhere else

I didn’t want to leave a negative review because the delivery is the only decent thing they have going for them.. but this store always gets the order wrong.. when you pay for amendments to your order, they don’t make the amendments and will keep your money.. I called them to make sure that they don’t get the order wrong for the 10th time, but they still got the order wrong 😂😂😂 don’t order guys

The driver came to my door , looked at my house number and got back in the car and drove off! Like WTH, and it says delivered on my account. Pepes need to fix up and change their drivers

The chicken wings and the lamb burger was burnt. The quality of food was not good. The food was cold.

Food is great. Can’t fault Pepe’s. But after calling them to find out where the delivery was after over an hour, it turns out no one wanted to accept the delivery from Just Eat so I ended up going to collect it myself.

Called restaurant after an hour, friendly staff said there was an issue with drivers. Food was then delivered very quickly, luke warm, shame as it tasted good.

Customer service is extremely poor, unfortunately it shadows over all other positives.

Food quality is just bad - i gave this place another chance and even rang to say can they make the food fresh please- but chicken came chewy hard and not even proper chunks it was shredded. Try a diff pepes this one isnt good

When ordered it said 25-30 min delivery time , it ended up being around an hour Food was cold on arrival , the app said the driver had been at the food place for a good 30mins , when I asked the driver he said no sorry - makes me think they had made my food promptly but there was a driver available for a while hense why the food has come cold
