Unfortunately Food was not good taste less food. very bad experience first experience and last experience, never ever again. Not recommend.

I have come here for the 4 star review, just wanted to see how the food was, I Order chicken wings 10, WOW Amazing, manager was very friendly and accommodating, thank you, keep up the good work. I will be back.

Chicken and rice is great however so expensive! Only good for once in a while. This place will definitely break the bank lol.

Extremely flavourful, With Garlic Mayo being a Must Try! The Spice Levels for each spice level are perfect and the chicken Burrito had a good chicken to ri e ratio

I ordered two panini for my kids, I kept saying to not add barbecue sauce , I repeated it around 5-6 times. I ordered it around 10:30, when I came home it was already closed. Even after multiple times of me saying not to add barbecue sauce, they added it and my kids couldn’t eat the paninis because of the barbecue sauce. It was a waste of money and I’m very disappointed in this service. Never ordering here again.

Food is usually great. Service depends on who you get. The tall guy is always nice, The others tend to be a bit not so friendly.

Poor food. The bbq sizzler was more like a rock hard sizzlers. I dont understand how you can take the most tender peice of chicken and cook it so its like a hockey puck. Embarrassing maybe your cooks need retraining at this point. Used to be a regular here now i regularly avoid this place.

It was OK, nothing outstandingly good or outstandingly poor.

I ordered solo platters with 3 wings but I didn’t get the wings and the food was too cold.people who take the orders were unhelpful so I regret for that . They charge me 13 pounds for nothing so please don’t buy food from them go somewhere else

Overpriced, bland food, they think adding steamed mixed vegetables that you can get for £1 a packet from farmfoods makes it exquisite enough to charge 9.50 without a drink.. lol overhyped

Food was good but served a little cold for eating in. The Place would be better if they cleaned the tables abit quicker between customers. Staff are good and friendly, they know what they are doing and trained well.

The food was great. Service could be improved slightly. I understand that this restaurant is busy but with 6 staff members at least 1 of them could serve on the tills. All of them were busy making food orders for delivery and takeaway customers.

I ordered chicken and rice meal box for collection and saw they were reheating the rice.

I have been to many Pepe's but this has been the best so far , the cooking has always been thorough, the Amount of sauce i get here has been matchless there are many pepe's in the Area but this particular one is the Best in terms of food and customer service. So flying five stars 🌟 well done guys

DISGUSTING! FOUND 3 HUGE BONES IN THE FOOD!! , the shop was no help, they did not care about customers health and safety, they said’ oh it’s because we’ve changed the chicken’ just lies, my 3 year old son was about to eat this food and he could of choked to death, have been reported to trading standards , pepes Acocks green is disgusting they have not got a clue what they are doing , vile shop needs to be shut down and will be reporting you to others aswell, horrible and disgusting

The rice has become really chilli, and the chicken was dry as if it was a from the day before.

Went for the double lamb burger deal priced at £7.09 in the window. Ended up paying £8.89. The extra £1.80 being for cheese,so 90p for a slice of cheese in a cheese burger. Who doesn't have cheese in a cheese burger? Completely misleading advertising to get you in. It then took a while to get the order as they were busy with all the online orders. The burgers that finally arrived were nowhere near a proper size, they were some form of mini burgers with wafer thin meat in it. Complete scam and waste of time. First and last time.

What a sad excuse for a pita. Soggy, hardly any lettuce, smallest bit of chicken, no tomatoes and freezing chips! Waste of money. Really hope I don't get ill from this either... Avoid like the plague!

The food is always nice,hot and tastes fresh. Service is always quick even when busy. Some of the side orders are a bit expensive but I suppose it's worth it, because the food is good quality.

Portions are alot smaller. Staff are fairly slow.

So ordered food for here given everyone here was ill. Food arrived and was disappointed. The fries were cold, as was the burrito. Don't get me started on the prime pitta. It was falling apart and no sign of salad except piece of lettuce.The pitta bread was not even right. I called to complain, even mentioned I have had these from other branches but quality is not bad. He apologized and said we got types of pitta from supplier and passed the blame onto the Uber driver. So I guess the Uber driver is to blame for the pitta bread quality and the lack of salad. Now I have to hope Uber can refund me the money. If my health wasn't an issue, I would have driven down and returned the food. Never order from this place. Other branches 100times better

Ovepriced. 40p for hot chilli sauce lol. Small baby portions, food takes forever to arrive. Honestly just go to U.K. fried Chicken next door you’ll get larger portions for half the price

Do not buy food from here. They chanrg3 over £3 for a frozen burger which u can buy in multiple packet for £2. Complete rip off. Ordered half chicken. Wasn't even cooked or marinated properly. U guys should feel ashamed of yourselves

I had the paneer spicy rice meal deal, my husband had the chicken burger meal deal, we also ordered a corn on the cob which was huge ,everything tasted delicious and everything was hot

We did an 11 person order to be delivered to our work. They wouldn't allow us to order over the phone, said we had to do it through Just Eat. None of the food was labeled or marked up. We all enjoyed spending half our break playing pass the parcel working out who's food was who's. Quality of the food was pretty poor. I personally had a Chicken XL burger - with the XL clearly standing for extra light. I.e a large bap filled with loads of sauce and soggy lettuce and in the middle a microscopical piece of chicken that only covered about 50% of the area of the bread. Chips were alright I guess, hardly ground breaking though. All the cans of drink were warm. I could have put up with all of that if it weren't for the fact it cost me £9.50. What kind of a price is that for what you get!? Completely mugged. Won't be coming back.

Ordered through just eat and what can I say? If you like paying over the top for tiny portions and cheap ingredients, this is the place. If you like cold food when ordering, this is the place. If you like under cooked chicken, then you're in for a treat. £11 for a 5quid meal tops. cold food, yummy Under cooked chicken. Mmmhhhhmmmm tasty Will not be going again

I can see there are some bad reviews of this place but I can only judge from my on my own experience. I came here for the first time last night and ordered a chicken burger and fries. The quality of the burger and chicken was better than KFC with Peri Peri taste which I thought was good. The chips were also very good and the dipping sauces were delicious. I would definitely come back here again. Also I found the staff to be very polite.

Every time I order fizzy drinks and ask for 5 they only give me 4 it’s not even one time it’s happened on multiple accounts. I’m sick of it.

No tissues inside the bag and way too much chilli powder on the piri piri fries. Improve this by asking the customer about the amount of powder they want in their fries and put tissues in the bag because those are a necessity

Rude staff didn’t realise my order went to collection came asap 22:58 they locked the door when they saw me coming and tried to say I couldn’t have my order even though they closed at 23:00. Told me how lucky I was! Well guess what you won’t be lucky enough to get my order again 👍🏻

You’ll get your peri peri chicken quick here because it’s not that packed and busy like alum rock. 👍 parking out side in the day time can get full but it’s ok to park a bit further away if you find a legal space.

I spent £45 on food which was placed on the floor by your driver.. bag ripped open with food exposed to the ground and leaking everywhere due to your poor packaging. How do you expect a brown paper bag to hold two whole chickens, numerous chicken wings and strips to hold together? You've ruined my mat and the floor needs a clean up. If you're reading this, respond with and email address so that I can contact you. I demand a refund in full. Nothing less. -------- Update: Pepe's have refused to refund me, blaming the the driver, not acknowledging their poor packaging... only to say they'd offer 10% next time I'm in store only. They've kept my £45 and I have no edible food to show for it. Unacceptable

Standard pepes, good service the guy was polite

I would give this place zero stars if it was possible. The chicken and rice were more like charcoal and rice. Most of it burnt and the remainder pieces were ridiculously dry. See photos and judge for yourself, I've even put some aside and taken a photo to show bad it was. Don't waste your money and suffer from food poisoning eating from here. Wish I read the other reviews before ordering. Additional dips I paid for weren't sent. The only thing good was the Pepsi can. Won't be visiting any Pepes again as pretty much everyone seems to have zero quality control.

Placed order on 24th December order no : BAD 54 they delivered without fries I called them spoke to A guy called Abdullah and he told me thier staff had forgotten to put the fries in the order instead of sorting the issue he goes to me as I had ordered through uber Eats I should get the issue sorted with Uber Eats !!! Very rude of them rubbish customer service will never order from them. Paid for a meal but not delivered as per order surely this is daylight robbery!!! Very un professional staff and service .

Really bad customer service. They got mh delivery order wrong but refused to compensate when I was next ordering as they said I should have taken staff members name when I rang up to complain. I won't be back and the cheeky buggers charge for extra chilli sauce dips. Bad service and average food. I've switched to Rios which is much better.

Ordered rice and chicken last night amd came with burnt hard chicken. Asked for extra sauce and charged for it while I saw them giving free extra sauces to people in the resturant. Better of going to a different nearby pepes.

Fantastically clean, the peri peri chicken flat bread was brilliant and the chips where some of the best I have had

FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD TWICE NOW!! Ignored it the first time when I saw a small, thin hair in my burger as I wasn't entirely sure but pictures show what I found in my chicken salad the 2nd time I ordered from this branch. Absolutely disgusting and it's clear that there are no hygiene standards. This place is dirty and it has totally put me off eating Pepe's now. I will definitely not return to this branch. I was almost sick when I saw this in my salad at work the next day; it was mixed in and at the bottom with the sauce so there is no way that it was mine. I could not eat anymore and had to throw it away. Manager tried convincing me that this was not a hair, but actually a bristle from one of the brushes that they put sauce on wings with. Received no apology for this at all or reassurance that this would not happen again. Instead of them resolving this, the manager asked me for pictures so that he could show his 'seniors'. Instead of any resolution, I had to ask for another salad and also collect it. Once there, I was told that they were not supposed to, as they usually only deal with complaints on the same day. Clearly, my issue was an inconvenience to them and was not important enough for them to overlook this rule, despite me telling the manager repeatedly that I bought the salad to eat for the following day. Male staff, including the manager were not wearing masks but wore hair nets. It seemed so silly that the male staff who had beards, including the manager, did not wear beard nets. I actually asked the manager about this and how it would help to prevent beard hairs in customers food and he informed me that the staff are not allowed to wear beard nets as it is against company policy. Either the staff need to wear beard nets or their sauce brushes need changing. Staff seem to be absolutely clueless and unable to perform their job competently as we made a phone order for collection but when we arrived, got told that they don't have any record of it so hadn't made it. We had to wait another 15 minutes to receive our order and then there was a mix up with the amount of change we got. The worker gave us more change than she was supposed to, which the manager asked me if I would return. None of this was our fault and we didn't realise until later on. Yet, I received no apology about the disgusting hair found in my almost £6 salad and no offer to replace. Customer service, hygiene standards and cleanliness needs massive improvement. Staff clearly need more training and skills. I'll let other people determine from the pictures whether or not they feel that this is a persons hair or is actually a bristle from a brush.

I have only been to this restaurant a few times wish i had been more the quality of chicken is amazing and the food is always very well prepared and tastes delicious. The staff always have my order ready on time and the food is really good value for money and well worth a regular visit now

The food is delicious and it is my favourite fast food shop. I have not encountered any rude employees, most of them are polite and the waiting time is not long. Chicken is very tasty.

We ordered the BBQ sizzler meal and it was awful. It was nothing like the sizzler I recently had at the new Pepe Yardley, who unfortunately are not on Uber eats. This one had no BBQ taste, it was bland, despite me choosing a hot sauce. It had no jalapenos either. Basically just a chicken plain breast, without any marination. Even the panani roll wasn't fresh. A total disappointment. Will never order from Pepe's Acocks green again. This meal caused any argument with hubby as I recommended the sizzler based in my experience with Pepe Yardley. He said I've got bad taste
