Pepe's in Glasgow City

My son who’s 16 went into the shop to place an order as I was driving down. He was waiting for 10 mins. When I went in I asked the guy if he had took my son’s order he said no it was busy. I use this shop on a regular basis. Very poor customer service. I asked to speak to the manager but he wasn’t in. I walked out angry and frustrated by the poor service received. I won’t be using this pepe’s again.

not happy at all. food didn’t come and said did. Man on the phone said I could go and pick it up, which I am unable as I have crippling ligma

The delivery guy had a terrible attitude, from the first time he called me to the time I picked up my food it was only 3 minutes and he still kept asking me why I kept him waiting, no one forces you to do this job!

Absolutely don’t recommend food was cold took over an hour to arrive and the chips barely had any Piri piri salt that i PAID extra for

NOT DELIVERED!!! Order placed at 11:30pm, still waiting at 1:10AM for food. No live tracking offered, contacted restaurant by telephone and Just Eat text service, no reply. Raging!!!! Have already filed for refund as this service is abysmal!!

Food was cold and not properly cooked

I live 5 minutes away and the food was cold.

Food and staff are pretty good but they have a strange rule of not taking phone orders or allowing cans for carry out just deliveries only.

Very bad restaurant. Don’t order in this restaurant. I ordered it was righting that order delivered I didn’t get order called them many times they didn’t answered me . I have never seen such a bad restaurant and they didn’t refund me

I had ordered an kids meal with a fruitshoot but we didn’t receive fruitshoot so angry and sad about it!

I ordered a hot chicken wrap and they gave me mild. They have very poor service as it took the 20mins to prepare my order. Don't go to eat here.

Although the order was here very fast the chips were soggy and 1 portion of mozzarella sticks were missing

Order didn’t even arrive, said it had arrived on just eat, phoned them to see where it was, they said it was with the driver and still hasn’t arrived nearly 3 hours after ordering

I never got my order it says delivered but nobody came to my house I have spent the last of my money on this now am sitting starving

So I ordered food here for delivery. I don’t get it and it shows delivered on the app. I call the franchise and they tell me that the delivery guy claims to call me twice and could n’t reach me. If I pay £4.50 more, I will get my food. To which I refuse because I have already placed another order at another restaurant. (I have little kids who were hangry!) I claim refund, they tell me to contact Pepe’s headquarters. I do that and they refuse it’s none of their fault and they won’t give my money back….

I haven’t received my order and it said delivered. Try to call you guys but they never respond.

Love the lemon & herb chicken rice box.

Food was very hot, fresh, delicious and juicy. After 4 month I order this food and it was very delicious. Keep it up. I love to order again next time. Thanks for lovely food.

No delivery, my son ordered and nothing was delivered, claimed they couldn’t find address but to claim refund and order again, which I did from this account.. 4 hours later no chicken meal

orderd food twice for it not to come and the delivery man was on his way then it said food has arrived when no food came and i didnt even good the full refund for delivery when there was no delivery absolutely shocking

Food was delivered around 10:00 and my food arrived at around 11:50. Had to continuously call the restaurant for updates. My order had to be remade due to the driver not picking up.

I couldn’t provide a zero star, the food arrived 2.5 hours late for less than a mile distance and the food had a fly. Such a pathetic and unhygienic place it is, kindly never order with this restaurant. Pepe’s should cancel such license as it affects the brand name as well.

Ordered on Uber eats, the waiting time is shocking, I phoned the restaurant to be told that they forgot about my order, eventually turned up cold, won’t be going back,

Did not give me my chicken burger , paid for it and it came in its children’s bag as usual, the fruit shoot and chips but no burger. My child was gutted.

I don’t understand why they keep cancelling my order whenever someone else makes it for me near closing time. I’ve ordered 10+ times from this branch. Late at night, early in the morning, and there’s been no issues when it’s me ordering but as soon as someone else makes the order it’s cancelled🫤

Food was really tasty and roasting but unfortunately my Ben and jerries was out of date

Delivery and food was great, Only downside was they forgot my dips.

Have ordered from Pepe’s many many times - always with a positive outcome. Unfortunately last night I was shouted at several times by the delivery driver over the phone and then face to face which I feel is unacceptable. Really poor service which has put me off ordering again.

The quality of food was just priceless. I really recommend natural spice because whenever i ordered from these guys i personally loved the taste and also they deliver the food before the time given.

Love the chick n rice my fave ! Always get a tub or two garlic mayo to put over the hot chick n rice, perfect 👏

I ordered a delivery with Pepes duke st. They delivered the order to some else and claimed it was me. They said someone at the address picked it up when I was sitting with everyone in the household. They threatened to not re deliver the order. Honestly the cheek on the phone was horrible. The foods alright but not worth facing such horrible customer service. I would go to a different branch instead.

Lamb is actually 80 year old mutton, do not buy. Broke my teeth trying to chew.

Places an order the shops not more than 30 min from my house I receive a text to tell me my items on its way over an hour ago and still not received no show of my order :/

Pepe's has an unmatched taste for it's flame grilled foods. I love the extra hot sauce and piri mayo dip too.

Got the wrap meal 2nite must say wrap was lovely decent size perfect amount of filling chips were fresh 👌 cms with a can reasonable price

Placed an order via Uber eats and the restaurant cancelled the order on their end. Left a note saying that I had called to cancel and I was charged for the entire order. Fraudsters and scammers, beware!

I was happy with my order, but I have a severe disability and have got a sign on my door saying that. So when the delivery driver chapped twice I nearly fell.please take care in future thanks

The food didn’t show up, not only did it not show, I called the shop, after I called them the first time I waited 40 minutes and called them again and they stopped answering the phone to us, £50 I spent in their shop and they didn’t have the decency to answer the phone, and just eat also haven’t done anything about it

Unacceptable and irresponsible behaviour by the restaurant. They accepted my order via Uber Eats-with restaurant delivery and confirmed that it was ready for dispatch. Over 2 hours and many no-answer calls later (at 1am ) I've realised this won't be arriving and called UberEats to cancel the order. Guess what? There isn't anyone open that late to order from someone else.

Was amazing chicken burger piri piri chips where good corn on the cob was good but not fan of it being grilled jst a prefrance chocolate cake was normal but good and onion rings where jst ur usall food was early but good thing will defo get from here again shld make an option for corn not to be grilled and boiled in stead as some ppl might have the same preference but will definitely buy from here again was good a bit pricey but it’s worth it when you get the food but next time I hope corn boild

Everything was perfect however I did notice the tape on the bag was tore open so it was possible for anyone to get inside.

Ordered a paneer burrito. As one can see in the attached order details, it was meant to be with cheese and extra hot sauce, both absent from the burrito. I live 14 miles away, so can’t even go back with this. This is the worst experience I’ve had with Pepe’s.
