Well where to start…. Order 2 different meals must be doing a romantic drink experience where even though you paid for 2 drinks you have to share 1 drink between 2 people so had to share it with the Mrs Phoned up pepes duke street and it’s just a we will give you 2 more next time bit of a joke as this happens every order so got to know the mrs more and she does not like Pepsi it seems turns out its only irn bru she ordered ITS HAPPENED 5 TIMES NOW!!!!!!!

Shop is filthy inside. It stinks.

Place is a waste of time , waited 2 hours for food , tried phoning for about half an hour and no one answered . Don’t waste order from here cause you won’t even get a refund . Shambles

The worst ever service with peeps I always order from there but this I ordered online but it didn’t come we didn’t eat food for almost 2 hours and a half because we were waiting for the food I had around ten visitors that were hungry too but the food didn’t come I will never order from Pepes I demand this order to be contemplated

It was last week when I ordered a Gourmet Beef burger and when we went to eat it we seen that they gave us the wrong order which was the gourmet Lamb. I also bought the chicken box and the chicken was full of fat and the rice was raw. They made me wait 25 minutes for a wrong order.

Rubbish food I ever had in my life, Ordered chicken loaded fries paid 20 quid, frozen food came after 1 hour absolutely disgusting taste + wrong drink , called to restaurant never answered, terrible service, just wasting money!!!

Always get the wrong order. I have never got the garlic mayo when I order. I have complained about this atleast 5 times by calling the desk.

I’m sitting here right now on the 1/03/25 at 8.30pm I’ve ordered my food over an hour ago on uber eats. This is absolutely ridiculous waiting for my food with no tracking of it someone whatsoever because the store have their own delivery guy, trying to call their number over and over again and it’s ringing out every-time and being sent to voicemail. This is disgusting service and I’ll never be ordering from here again. I’ve got myself and husband with our kids to be putting to bed and we haven’t been able to eat yet because of this. PEPES ON DUKE ST fix ur SERVICE before someone ends up getting too impatient next time I’d rather go somewhere else next time, lessons learnt.

Order was massively wrong, didn't have the 15 minutes to wait for them to start again.

Great service, Great food and Friendly service. My favorite is chicken N rice with hot sauce 😋. Best place for spicy food lover.

I ordered food from one of these restaurants and they didn't bring me the food and this app says "Your order has arrived." I'm not happy.

Usually good however tonight was a big let down. Paid for extra cheese on my quesadilla and never got it. Very stingy with the sauce as well the quesadilla was very dry and not saucy the way it's usually made so that made the chicken taste dry. I wish there was an option to add extra mild sauce inside the quesadilla. Only good thing was at least they never burnt my chicken like they usually do.

It was amazing the food is always a ten ten would definitely recommend xx

Order did not arrive even though they confirmed it! Shop was closed after it was due to be delivered so will now need to go hungry & wait on getting my money back off of just eat if I even get it back!!!

I ordered my food at round about 7 and didn’t get it until half 9. On top of that my food is cold and was refused any money back for waiting that long and wasn’t given much help

Terrible service, I ordered twice and had the same problem, it took a long time to deliver, and it is not possible to track the delivery, and the second time I had to go to the establishment because they do not answer the phone, I do not recommend this unit for delivery

Driver went to x2 different addresses when the correct address was submitted and food was freezing cold when arrived.

Marked as delievered on the app but never arrived. Calling them rings out and have no communication from them at all.

Terrible customer service. I called to place an order and was told they only take orders online now, which is fine. But before I could even ask my next question, the guy rudely hung up on me with a casual “hun.” I ended up ordering pizza elsewhere. Also with the added admin fees for online orders, I’d rather spend a few extra pounds at Nando’s for better quality and authentic taste. Customer service should be their top priority, but after this experience, I definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

Order didn’t arrive but says it did tried to phone the restaurant and now shut been waiting since 11:35pm.

Delivery driver left food at doorstep, didn’t ring doorbell, didn’t even mark delivered on app. Stumbled upon it by accidental and food was cold by then, restaurant closed by delivery time so couldn’t even call for update.

Ordered food at 18:18 it’s now 20:24 and it’s saying I have received my food and I haven’t tried to call shop and it’s just ringing out

First, after a long wait, they gave me wrong order. Then again after a long wait i got my order, Chicken and rice box, but the chicken was not cooked properly. It was raw inside. It seems like they were in a hurry although they were quiet anyway. I use to eat from here minimum once a week but yesterday was a really bad experience. I also brought a guest with me. I have to think about before coming next time. To much embarrassing and disappointed.

Staff take 30 minutes to prepare your order, even when the place is empty, and prices have constantly went up and up. No longer worth the money or the wait

Waited over 2 hours on delivery. Called shop when it said on the app that it was delivered when it wasn’t. Couldn’t get through to the shop for over 20mins when I did he said the food was just about to leave for it then to arrive 30minutes later. My son who’s 16 went into the shop to place an order as I was driving down. He was waiting for 10 mins. When I went in I asked the guy if he had took my son’s order he said no it was busy. I use this shop on a regular basis. Very poor customer service. I asked to speak to the manager but he wasn’t in. I walked out angry and frustrated by the poor service received. I won’t be using this pepe’s again.

Never received my order and tried to call the shop to request information on my foods whereabouts but the shop wouldn't answer their phone. absolute disgrace, worst customer service we have received yet.

The delivery guy had a terrible attitude, from the first time he called me to the time I picked up my food it was only 3 minutes and he still kept asking me why I kept him waiting, no one forces you to do this job!

Food and staff are pretty good but they have a strange rule of not taking phone orders or allowing cans for carry out just deliveries only.

So I ordered food here for delivery. I don’t get it and it shows delivered on the app. I call the franchise and they tell me that the delivery guy claims to call me twice and could n’t reach me. If I pay £4.50 more, I will get my food. To which I refuse because I have already placed another order at another restaurant. (I have little kids who were hangry!) I claim refund, they tell me to contact Pepe’s headquarters. I do that and they refuse it’s none of their fault and they won’t give my money back….

Food was very hot, fresh, delicious and juicy. After 4 month I order this food and it was very delicious. Keep it up. I love to order again next time. Thanks for lovely food.

No delivery, my son ordered and nothing was delivered, claimed they couldn’t find address but to claim refund and order again, which I did from this account.. 4 hours later no chicken meal
