Avoid, avoid, avoid. Placed order 5 hours before requested delivery time, order was accepted but food delivered 45 mins late and cold. The staff didn't answer the phone for 30 mins and she they eventually picked up there was noone on the other end. Shambles.

Missed out my food again. Missing 2 large fries

Food delivered over 20 mins late. Bearing in mind i ordered over 3 hours ago. Food was also cold when arrived..!

it says on the app the food has been delivered when it still had not. called the store and was told delivery driver has no control on the app being updated and he is leaving to deliver now as it is heavy traffic time. was told that the app automatically says the food has been delivered an hour later so I made alternative food arrangements. when the food arrived, it was completely cold and dry of the sauces.

Never order from this place too over an hour to come and the delivery driver was rude

Order was late. Rang the shop twice and was told 5 minutes. food arrived cold and completely inadequate. will never be ordering from this place again. staff and delivery drivers are all liars

Ordered extra hot but tasted mild, other branches are much much better. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH! Received wrong sauce and when asked for correct one or refund was told to just speak with courier as they didn’t have what I ordered yet sent the wrong product and was short with me for asking for an exchange or refund.

There was hair in my fries and the chicken was dry and smelt. I had come home and was nowhere near the shop. I rang and the msn i spoke to said he was the manager. Very rude uncooperative would let me explain what was wrong just kept saying not our fault. Utterly dusgusting and disgraceful. I said i would tell the owner and he said go ahead. So rude!!!!

Wating half hour to find out they send my food to delivery than waiting another 15 min. Used to be a good place

Rude staff! Every time I come the shop is empty yet they say it’s busy and make you wait 30 mins for a small order. They then speak their foreign language and gossip then wonder why people hate foreigners.

Food is always spot on. Comfort food when I'm not in the mood for tasting something new. They never let me down. Delivery is always on time and food is always hot. It is abit expensive but it's worth it, as I know these guys always give me food thats 👌

Normally order from pepes shirley or acocks green but LOVED this pepes order so much more! Super tasty thank you so much :)

Prefer to go to this branch even though there is another one which is nearer to my crib. Never had any real issues with food, cleanliness or service.

Tried ordering food at 12.35 when it clearly says online they close at 1am, took a while for someone to answer to be then told they have some sort of problem? Will take my business elsewhere.. Response to a review, my order was a phone order to collect for takeaway. As i drove past at 12.45 staff were mopping up, so clearly they just made an excuse not to take my phone order. Franchise Owner should look into this…

I went to the pepes shop by Wickes near hall green train station last week. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken.frys.and a drink and it was £3 amazing value and tasty.. Today I came to this shop and asked how much for 3 hot wings and Fry's. Before I new it the man had put it through the till. I seen £6-75 and thought he had given me a large meal deal for this price. When I got home I was shocked to see 3 sparrow wings so small. The Fry's were ok and the drink was ok .. I messaged head office and was told each shop is a franchise and they can charge what they want. They also told me they had been in touch with this shop and promised they were going to email me but after 4 hours nothing...I will NEVER go to this shop again. It's dixy chicken for me and unless you like tiny wings I would Avoid

Do not order from this store. My daughter ordered food and spoke to raheel who didnt want to send any extra chilli or mayo. He was rude on the phone to my daughter and was mocking her. Im very shocked and feel humiliated We have been pepes customers for years and did not expect this service. He sed he was the manager and cut off he also sent order in 5 minutes. Not sure how that is possible. Will be taking this to head office and every social media site. He is very rude and no manners or customer service skills at all. Dint waste your money in this shop. Go to ladypool rd pepes. They r much better and know how to treat a customer. I will update review if i get an answer. Nadia keyani

ordered online via just eat. got 2 meals which had peri fries they both came sprinkle with a bit of peri salt like dust. even after shaking the bag didnt even cover half the fries. yet they charged 30p extra each for the salt.

My review may seem weird when reading it. I'll be giving out positive and negative reviews today in my message. Load fries with paneer, jalapeno, salsa, cheese Positive review:- Food was warm and I could actually see the cheese had melted this time. I felt the jalapenos were too much for me. Negative:- Hygiene in the shop by adults themselves. We should all be looking after everyone. If a person is coughing, yes I agree the person put their hand Infront of their mouth, however the person didn't go and wash their hands but carried on touching the till, food, touching money, till, other stuff was disgusting to see and go through. I understand sometimes a person can't help it but use a tissue and cough into it and then go wash your hands. The worse thing is the hand sanitizer was right their in front of the person on the worktop. As we were eating there were two young boys one was vaping and the smell of the vape went into the air and everyone's food. Vaping is as bad as smoking and they were not stopped. I understand the workers are very busy behind the counter cooking and serving customers however I think they should also be keeping a look out by the seating area. When I tried to this address this issue the person couldn't really understand what I was saying so I said don't worry, I'll be leaving a review.

Order was over 45 minutes late. Rang the restaurant first time to be told delivery driver would be with us in the next 3/4 min. 20 mins later rang again to be told delivery driver has lots of orders with him would be with us 15 mins later. Driver arrived 25 mins later. We have had to pay the consequences of the delivery driver having too many orders….if that was the case the order should have not been accepted by the restaurant if they cannot fulfill it? Paid extra for peri chips, this was missing. Spicy rice was not spicy and was stale. Chips were completely soggy.

they’re so nice. i ordered delivery on ubereats and everytime i ask for extra sauces and they load it up so much with no extra charge! the subway near it went so downhill so i’ll definitely be coming here more often

They always mess up with the flavours. Ordered an extra hot wrap and turned out to be not even mild! Didn’t want to go back and complain as I was already eating now and didn’t have the patience to gi back! Please be careful about the flavours!

Food was soggy. Said it comes with lettuce and tomatoes - lettuce was off and only came with 2 sorry sized tomatoes. Pitta bread was like rock so hard at the edges and just fell apart in the middle as it was overloaded with mayo. Avoid this place.

The order arrived very late. We ended up ordering from a different place. The food was cold, ice cream was melted drink was hot.

I gave a specific time for collection allowing 1hr 30mins for the food to be made but still had to wait just over 15 minutes for collection.

Food was amazing. Extra care was given to my food requirements. Slightly cheaper than other Pepes. Portion size was larger than other Pepe branches too. I wish they had delivery tracking but other than that, it is my favourite Pepes to go to for sure.

I visited last Wednesday it’s was hygiene problem. Chef made my burger without washing the hands he was touching chest freezer his own phone and drinking.

Placed an order for iftar yesterday and was really looking forward to breaking my fast with some delicious food, I do order regularly but never been so disappointed with the food quality, the chicken was so dry and hard, looked like they had served us chicken from last night, I refuse to believe the chickens were fresh at all, chips were soggy, the pepe delivery driver looked like he was sick of he’s job. I don’t know if Ramadan has gotten to the staff because there was no effort made making the food, bunch of amateurs, if the staff are fasting and Cba doing their job then they should have just closed for this holy month instead of serving us the paying customers disgraceful food. £25.99 including delivery charges on a family platter gone straight to the bin, no consideration to the people who are fasting and haven’t ate all day just looking forward to breaking their fast!!! Stay away from this place especially during the month of Ramadan !!!!

The food was awful and cold, chicken burger was dry, cold, like rubber and the bun was flat and overheated, to the point it tasted stale. the fries were so cold and the chicken and rice were warm which is worrying eating meat thats not hot while pregnant. First time the food has tasted shocking from here and I've ordered a few times from here don't know if it's cause its Ramadan but disappointing. I won't be ordering from here again in a hurry and its not cheap so better standards expected

Food arrived cold. Fries became soggy because of the condensation in the paper bag. It seemed like the order was made and left a long time before delivery. When contacting the restaurant because of late delivery there was no answer.

I'm veryy disappointed with this pepes every single time I order my food either something is missing or my whole order is cold not happy at all and especially with the solution I've just placed a order for myself and my family and a fries was missing a sauce and my strips were cold and the fries weren't even large fries it was more like small fries I phoned them and a girl picks up the phone merrium was her name she was quite hash like she didn't know how to solve it properly my fries is missing you can replace it for me a driver that is the worker literally dropped my food off I'm sure you can at least request him to get my order that was missing but no all she said was you can write it on ur next order but this doesn't happen once or twice its multiple times where they mess everything up and so many times I call up they be rude and defensive I think the worker need to sort there attitude out because I work in a fast food place and I'm a manger i know how to handle a situation out and resolve it but pepes on the either side know how to end the call or not answer phone or go by simple notes they don't understand it very disappointed

Poor service ordered three meals 2 came cold and burnt chicken with the wrong drinks ordered Pepsi and tango but was given Diet Pepsi and Pepsi max and the kids burger meal paid extra for a cheese slice and came as just a plain burger with no cheese no drink and no fries!! Absolutely availing will not be ordering from here again!

this by far one of the worst pepes branches I've ever ordered from, on multiple occasions they will forget parts of your orders especially the sauces even if you order them you will never receive them

Food was good and on time in the evening. But was missing rice boxes. Which is a shame, tried to call but no luck, and went in following day unsuccessful!!

From the time, I place my order, the estimated delivery time they gave me was about an 1 hour. And since then they took another 20 to 30 minutes to deliver the food. And not even apologise for it. Instead of that they start saying we are busy we can’t do nothing about it. and by the time the food was there it was cold.

Chips were cold, food was nwar enough an hour late when i scheduled delivery for 6.10 had 2 children waiting,and I needed to get to the hospital. After ringing no one would answer. Finally got someone on phone said it would be another 30mins, but after 10minutes the delivery guy turned up. I understand they were busy but it no good taking on so mnay orders and giving customers cold food! My son didnt want his food after all that.
