I ordered from Pepe’s last night at 19.10pm they kept changing the time and all it said was preparing, I took screen shots through out the time I was waiting, I waited for so long and all it said was courier was waiting to pick up my food which in the end never happened, it went past 9pm so I reported it to just eat as the food never arrived, they delivered other people food but mine never came!! Then the store lied and said it had been delivered at 19.45 which is impossible as I took screen shots of the status just before 9pm saying it was still being prepared! They took my money, lied and never delivered my food it’s an absolute joke, they messed up my last order so I was hesitant to order form there again but I gave it a few months and through my id try it again, big mistake and lesson learned will never order from here again, the Pepe’s in Greenwich is so much better and staff actually care about the food they’re sending out and their customers, unless you go into the shop or you get lucky you won’t get your food and they’ll lie about delivering it to you. Be warned! Thankfully justeat refunded me but if they hadn’t I was going to report them & take it further

Food is good but the workers need to use gloves. Saw one of the guys making wraps without any gloves, not exactly hygienic.

Always had a great experience at Pepe’s. Food comes piping hot and really friendly staff. We continuously go back and the garlic mayo is chefs kiss, definitely a must!

Hello i am very disappointed with the service as the food arrived very late. When the food had arrived it was cold and it was all over the bag. I am very appalled as this was meant for my sisters birthday and i have complaint yesterday and still have received no response??

The delivery driver took my order to the wrong address down the street from me and instead of contacting me to ask where I was located he knocked on the door and tried to give my order to someone else. I had to throw a coat on and walk down the road to let him know that it was my order. I wasn’t impressed at all.

Ordered for first time having seen reviews and online videos and didn’t disappoint. Full of flavour and delivered in good packaging, Will definitely order again.

I am so so disappointed with the driver. I am normally very happy with my pepes order as i order frequently and they look after me well. Today however the order took over 1 hour 15 mins. The driver went to another town to deliver first with a bicycle, opposite my direction. He then got lost coming to me. When he approached me he covered his face and didnt speak english. The food was all spilt everywhere from burger to fries to rice box open and everything on the floor of the bag stone cold.

Pepes is the best around. Nando’s quality more cost effective than KFC. Love it.

We ordered a full chicken platter. They gave me extra hot instead of mild. Forgot the wings. Told me to take it up with just eat. They wash their hands when it comes to their mistakes, just eat is the delivery service. They didn't come to pack the wrong chicken and forget the order. Told me they'd requested just eat to process a refund as just eat refused to process a refund. We couldn't eat the chicken extra hot was too hot for the kid's. The manager Himanshu also said he would "sort out" a discount for my next order at pick up, but left nothing in their complaints book about it so here I am being offered few wings for a full on missed meal. Anyway I went across the street to BBQ express and actually they're cheaper by £4 for the same family meal, extra side and drinks too and actually pretty ok in taste. Not going back to this place. Second time they messed up our order but the first time I complained. Be careful. I await their lame excuses to this review...reflecting what I heard in store. If they say I didn't order I have receipts just email me ans I can prove.

We were served by Bivia, and her customer service was the best! She was very attentive and helped us with our choices. The hot wings and the rice box were our personal favourites. Highly recommend.

Ordered a delivery and the chicken was dried out and burnt, like acrid, not the nice tasting charcoal flavour, the rice was soggy and also tasted burnt because of the chicken which is really weird as the food here is normally great! Chips were cold too, so the only part I could eat was the fudge cake which they didn’t make! I could not get a refund from just eat or the store so wasted nearly £20 worth of food and when you’ve working all day the last thing you want is inedible food. I decided to try again two more times and both occasions my food was either cold or tasted powdery or overcooked. Customer service at just eat is appalling they never refund you even if you have proof. I noticed when they get busy the cooking slips. Best to collect your food but honestly delivery is a no. This is the one on bellegrove road welling. Reply to owner- just eat didn’t prepare the food it was guys at your store so it’s the food I was complaining about as it was bad on at least 3 occasions. I did contact just eat and they refused to refund me so no one was taking responsibility. Food was great a few weeks ago but now it’s inconsistent.

Chips were overcooked and dry and over seasoned with way too much peri salt and the burrito was ok, rice tasted a bit powdery. I don’t know what’s happened in the last few weeks but the food and service has gone downhill, until they improve I don’t think I’ll order from here again

I was order 3 box of rice and chicken 1 wrap 1 qusidela and 1 ice cream but i didn’t get my whole food I tried to call the restaurant but they didn’t answer calls i will never come back and i will suggest before taking the order first check that you got whole things then take the food thanks for treating with me like this.

Food never arrived have been waiting for nearly 3 hours, they don’t answer the phone or haven’t even cancelled the order just got me waiting for so long. If there was an option to give zero stars i would. Very disappointing In response to your comment about being busy over the weekend, that is acknowledged however, you had more than 3 hours to deliver the food. After waiting until 10pm the food did not arrive, we ordered at 6pm. You have the option of declining an order or putting yourself on busy mode if you cannot keep up with the demand. As a result of this, I’ve now paid for food that never even turned up. Enjoy the free money.

Food said to collect in 10 minutes. It had taken over 40 minutes to collect! Food was poor quality and rushed. Only one lady at the counter and seemed understaffed. Terrible collection experience. Couldn’t imagine delivery!

Ordered from here for the first time during their promotion and thought food would be late. not so! Food arrived in good time and was amazing! Portion sizes are good, the chicken is really good and love the spicy chips and the peri peri mayo dip. Do try the mango and lime chicken, very yummy. I will definitely order from here again.

The worst service ever!! They don't know if they are coming or going. Food still hasn't turned up and it's been 2.5 hours since ordering. I'm trying to get my money back but that is proving to be difficult too.

Manger was extremely considerate and understanding to our enquiries, was such a lovely man and very friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Diuya and Meyha we also friendly and attentive to our needs aswell and diuya also communicated between us and the manger making sure everything ran smoothly on both behalf’s. Overall customer service was great, 10/10 I would 100% recommend this branch in particular.

Staff were very rude with the delivery drivers and creating a chaotic atmosphere for the customers and the drivers as well. There was no positive and prompt response to the driver as it was a drivers fault that pepe’s accepted an order for delivery. The delivery driver is just doing his job.

The staff is so good and kind they're serve very nicely and specially mehga, divya and himanshu. I would prefer to get BBQ flavor forever.

At the service vice diya and megha they both are presenting there part playing main roles, and himanshu is managing very well this place as like own home, when I enter Pepe specialy welling, I feel like a I am home, truly I am so pleasend to have a pleasend meal anytime.

Delivery time kept getting pushed back so it was late. Don’t know what happened to my food today but it was awful, chicken and rice was inedible, rice tasted burnt and had black bits in it because of the burnt overcooked chicken, also the chicken was in long lumps, it tasted of raw spices and charcoal. Chips were cold so I’m really not happy as I couldn’t eat any of my meal and I fought just eat will refund as they always refuse refunds so I’m fuming because I’ve had nothing to eat
