Very overdone chicken this time. Tough and dry, and in a burrito VERY dry! Thank goodness I'd got a drink.

food was ok but arrived stone cold. Had to microwave it.

I really enjoyed the food it was lovely. But you guys forgot the rubicon drink :(

food portions fantastic, fed me twice and my one year old with my meal deal. Only negative was my drink was forgotten but the driver happily went back to bring me one and upgraded it from a can to a bottle. Really friendly drivers :)

I am utterly dissapointed by my distasteful experience at this pepes branch. The food was ok and as expected from a pepes but these device was absolutely horrible. I had to wait over 25 minutes for a simple chicken and rice box. When I asked the staff what was taking them so long they proceeded to be extremely rude and instead of actually making my order they decided to argue with me, which further delayed my order. The tone of the staff was very obnoxious and seems they have absolutely no training in customer service. This pepes branch should certainly invest in some customer service training and perhaps hire staff with better manners. Extremely disappointing.

Food is ok but the staffs are not welcoming. Altogether an ok restaurant.

Appalling delivery as always. It shouldn’t be this difficult to have food delivered on time and warm. This happens every time we order even though instructions are on the account!

I like pepes, but they clearly doubled up on delivery and a result I had to pay for cold food. I mean stone cold. It’s a five minute drive to my house and it took 30 minutes so they clearly don’t care if their customers are happy with the food. I’ve requested a refund and won’t order from Pepes again.

Sorted with a call to restaurant, Just Eat ticket raised but moments later the driver said he was held up in traffic because of a busy day and delivered a little late.

Food is nice but the cashier mistook my order (I asked for a chicken rice meal and received a paneer one) I didn’t touch the food went up to the counter and asked for a replacement and they refused, I then had to pay for the chicken rice meal that I wanted. Ridiculous service

Order was delivered over 1hour late every time I spoke to the shop they say 10mins 10mins I asked for refund and still say just wait two times this has happened a few times with them when food arrived very cold still I am waiting for my money back on this very poor service don’t go here they’re excuse is they have only 1driver.don’t go here

We regularly order from here, via phone, app or in person for lunches during the week. The food is always amazing and the staff are brilliant and couldn't do more if asked. Top recommendations: Paneer and Chicken rice boxes, peri chips, chicken tascas, texan beef & wings. Hot and extra hot flavours are the best. Keep up the good work!

Very overpriced for what they give you. Ordered a chicken wrap which was barely 2 and a half chicken tenders inside. Also ordering on the phone is hit and miss with the quality. Whoever is cooking in the back needs to be replaced!

Food was delivered to the wrong address 2 roads up. It clearly says my door number on my account. No way of contacting just eat. Was left hungry and with no food. Luckily the staff at pepes were lovely and recooked my food and brought it out quickly.

Had the chicken rice. Was too dry since there was not enough sauce in it. The rice itself was quite bland, lacked salt. Paying 7.79 for this is quite a rip off.

delivery driver didn't turn up after waiting outside for 30 minutes. when I phoned back he said that he'd been and tried phoning me. I didn't have any missed calls. he asked for the number to contact me on. I told him it's the one he's just phoned me on (he phoned from the shops phone, not a mobile phone) and said he would be another 15 minute to deliver it. by the time we received the food it was all cold and I was stood outside waiting for an hour nearly for it all together!

Basically a cheap chicken joint serving roast or fried chicken at rip-off prices for very small portions. Wouldn't recommend to buy food here if you're hungry and on a budget. However their food is good, even though there can be communication breakdowns in terms of what exactly you want on your order, you're bound to enjoy the food, unless you're allergic to something and end up eating it because the dude who took your order didn't understand that you don't eat cabbage.

The food was left outside and the crow had my food idk what kind of service this is like literally the crow had all of it by the time I went to check downstairs why my food was late I found the crow having all of it and it left covers for me

Ordered a family platter and two of my quarter chicken was a size of a wing as if someone had gone and taken half that meat off and eaten it

Ordered on Uber, they use their own drivers who are uneducated and illiterate messed up my delivery and was rude to me, food was cold and stale took an hour to deliver food 5 mins away. Never again Uber couldnt help because pepes use their own cheap labour drivers who are awful

3rd time in a row they’ve missed the extra chips off and I’ve had to call. Very disappointing and by time my chips arrived I wasn’t hungry. Food always good just lack of checking the order.

Ordered a wrap meal. Food took an hour and a half to be delivered. Chips were cold and wrap was just about warm.

I asked for peri peri mayo and badly waiting to have with that mayo they gave me garlic mayo

Found metal wire strand in my dinner contacted just eat and they said its in line with there policy and can't help me please please check your food before eating it.

Right, I've ordered from here before, I usually get a wrap and a burger or a couple wraps. Twice they've not included the dip I've paid for. It's not my intend to come across aggrieved and negative, but I'm really disappointed, also, towards the end of the wrap it's absolutely drowned in sauce, this is not the norm, it's usually a nice pleasant treat. I wont be ordering again (online), but honestly, this is just the case with online ordering food now, if you're not going into the store, it's difficult for the staff to acknowledge that you actually exist when they have several hundred customers per hour. Just order off-peak or don't bother. Not even interested in requesting a refund for the two dips (two different orders). Really unfortunate but I wish them all the best success, I wont be supporting them online however, perhaps once a year if I pass a store.
