Ordered from Pepes for delivery, total order was just over £40 for a meal for the family. The order arrives and is missing the kids meal. I call up the takeaway to be told that they had put in and im not looking hard enough for it! Essentially saying I am lying. "If you want to drive to the shop and show me that it's missing I will replace it" all in all the person in the phone is an absolute moron and the service is not good enough. Don't waste your time with delivery as if they make a mistake they will try and fob you off.

The staff displays excellent behavior, and the food is exceptional. I make it a point to enjoy the meals once a week, as the taste is consistently outstanding. I highly recommend giving it a try at least once.

The meat was very old and there was a lot of jelepeno in the potatoes. I don't eat jalapenos and the flesh was red. I'll never eat from here again in my life.

I had to wait a long time for my order, and unfortunately, it ended up receiving wrong item. However, when I went inside to address the issue, the shop manager handled it professionally, offering a free fudge cake and drinks as compensation. I really appreciate and respect how they resolved the situation.

I went to collect my order as instructed, but I ended up waiting an additional 50 minutes. I was informed, in a rude manner, that the order was not ready. I was repeatedly misled, being told it would be ready in 10 minutes, then 5 minutes, and so on. This is far from the level of service I expected. The chips were cold .

Terrible, paid extra for large peri fries and got regular cold normal fries, rang up to complain and was laughed at by someone on the phone, then continually rang to be put through to someone regarding complaint and had the phone ended every time terrible food and extremely unprofessional staff.

My order has not been delivered, I rang Pepes Rugby and they were very rude, and had no clue where my order was. They are not even willing to refund my money back. This is a disgrace !!!

I am writing this review slightly delayed. I was unable to process my emotions until now! last year I was with my closest of companions in what was once my favourite lunch spot when a Powerfully Plump white female employee wearing a hat plodded her way into our catch up. my friend is on a strict athletes diet was unable to consume any of the grease covered food provided by pepes. due to this he brought his own chicken and rice box from home. the Chunky Champion was outraged by this and demanded my dearest friend to exit the establishment. this ruined my day me and my friends have spent THOUSANDS in pepes over the years and in that moment the thicCc titan lost a top client. I must also add I was outraged as a rooster at dawn with no one to wake up when I was faced with the news that they where now charging EXTRA for the creamy garlic mayonnaise (elixir of life). cozzy livs must have hit pepes hard, but it hit me harder! overall love the food and recommend to anyone.

food portions fantastic, fed me twice and my one year old with my meal deal. Only negative was my drink was forgotten but the driver happily went back to bring me one and upgraded it from a can to a bottle. Really friendly drivers :)

I am utterly dissapointed by my distasteful experience at this pepes branch. The food was ok and as expected from a pepes but these device was absolutely horrible. I had to wait over 25 minutes for a simple chicken and rice box. When I asked the staff what was taking them so long they proceeded to be extremely rude and instead of actually making my order they decided to argue with me, which further delayed my order. The tone of the staff was very obnoxious and seems they have absolutely no training in customer service. This pepes branch should certainly invest in some customer service training and perhaps hire staff with better manners. Extremely disappointing.

I like pepes, but they clearly doubled up on delivery and a result I had to pay for cold food. I mean stone cold. It’s a five minute drive to my house and it took 30 minutes so they clearly don’t care if their customers are happy with the food. I’ve requested a refund and won’t order from Pepes again.

Sorted with a call to restaurant, Just Eat ticket raised but moments later the driver said he was held up in traffic because of a busy day and delivered a little late.

Food is nice but the cashier mistook my order (I asked for a chicken rice meal and received a paneer one) I didn’t touch the food went up to the counter and asked for a replacement and they refused, I then had to pay for the chicken rice meal that I wanted. Ridiculous service

Ordered a paneer burrito EXTRA HOT after waiting more than 20 mins what I got was one with no taste at all, no spices.
