Customer service is non-existent. Myself and other customers were waiting to order were totally ignored. Their priority were uber and just-eat orders. Waited for 10 minutes just to get eye contact, let alone a word. The owner of this branch should concentrate on your dine in customers a bit more

I came to Wood Green Pepe peri peri, this was my worst experience to come into this diner. I ordered the food at 17:15 and the food came around 18:10. Although it wasn’t busy but other customers came and they were given their big orders first before us. Not sure why it took that long to make chicken rice box and gourmet lamb burger that’s all. Also once the food came the guy only gave 1 sauce and I told him you made me wait 1 hour and you’re giving one sauce and he goes that other sauce will cost 50p extra. For being the order that late atleast he should compensate with some sauce but no. I told them your service needs to chance. I have also put a complaint through to the food safety who will take further action with Pepe peri peri.

The food is nice but the service is really bad, normally I would order via phone but they turn it off now.

Ordered chicken salad - mango and lime and it’s literally salad soup - they water down the sauce it’s disgusting - please stop being stingy thanks

Ordered food which never arrived when i called restaurant the person was very rude on the phone cut the call in my face. I called back and he was shouting and refuse to listen to me.

Take away and order delivery always incomplete. The food is ok but the fact that they always "forget" to put in the bag all the items ordered, makes is not worth the money. Very disappointed 😞

Rude slow and incompetent staff, sub par food, overpriced and terrible service. Go Nandos or somewhere else and save your time and money.

Absolutely shambles. ABUZER made me wait whilst his talking with colleagues. Once I ordered waited 15 mins I asked ABUZER how long until I get my food he replied "30 mins" very bad service. His attitude stinks. His rude and needs training and brush up his people skills.

Please give advice to the staff how to behave with consumer , Staff behave is so rude . They tried to abuse consumer with speaking their own different language.

Disappointed. Ordered Extream seasoning, barely had a kick to it. Would enjoy another order that was spicy. Otherwise tasty though & chips where nice. I do recommend. Just seasoning wasn't up to my personal tastes.

Recently visited Pepe's Wood Green and was thoroughly disappointed. Not only chicken and rice served cold, but they also failed to serve the flavor we specifically ordered. I m not sure but I felt they gave us someone else's order which was not collected for some reasons because they called us for collection merely after few minutes while normally it takes 10 to 15 minutes to prepare and serve the order. The lack of attention to detail and poor service really ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable meal. I expected much better from Pepe's and won't be returning anytime soon.

Starved after shopping, I decided to pop in for the advertised chicken and cheese quesadillas meal deal. Pleasant service, food served just under 10min and it was delicious for a reasonable price. Chips were cooked to perfection.

One of my favourite place to eat in after work, the atmosphere is really good, the service and the staff are great, specially Sameer, who usually takes my orders and is very friendly . Overall, the food, service, the staff and Sameer.. it’s a 10/10 for me 😊

Seldom I am moved to leave a review but consistently poor food quality renders a response. As a regular customer, I am disappointed in the demise of Wood Green Pepe’s. I am unsure as to why there are only two ways you may receive your meal: 1. Extremely undercooked that it practically cluck’s on your plate or 2. Severely dry that chewing becomes challenging. The latter tends to win the battle most of the time. Waiting times for a proclaimed “fast food” place are way above average regardless of whether it’s the “weekend with offers” or not. If that seems to be a common issue (according to other reviews) one may want to consider finding a solution to that.. Perhaps there is a correlation between the dryness of the meat and the waiting times. Overcompensation by drowning the rice box in the sauce is just not good enough. Customer service - besides from one young gentleman, is just meh. I don’t know what other word I could use to sum up the visible facial agony of not wanting to be there paired with showing 0 care regarding customer’s existence. I don’t want to receive a politically correct response from the owners, stating how they will work on improving the service. Just do it. It’s been getting increasingly more disappointing over time and I will avoid the place unless pure need to drown my hunger calls for it.

Meat on my meal and im vegetarian and the help service telling me to wait 30 minutes so my food can go cold and leave me still without any solution.

The gentleman at the 8pm shift today was very kind and made the meal more saucy as requested. Keep up the great service!
