If you're not aware already but the Pepes chicken N rice boxes are world class. We're talking Turkish grill quality chicken N rice in your choice of peri marinade. What's not to love. Easy simple filling and relatively healthy

Food was great here, rice box had enough sauce and the chicken was really fresh. Everything tasted so fresh, unlike some of the branches including Bedford

The food didn't taste the same as the other stores think the preparation method wasn't the same I ordered paneer rice and found out that paneer is fried which normally is grilled

Had Order On phone for collection in Dunstable Told me to collect in 10 min When reached almost after 20 min they said chips getting ready and took another 15min, in short they gave this as a excuse but until you don't pay order isn't ready Thank you

We visited karwan with the family.it was a wonderful experience. The staff over there is Co operative and good. The food especially was amazing 🤩. It is totally worth visiting.

Chicken wings were old, tough, cold, and generally disgusting with an inedible sauce. Fries were old, cold, hard, and not worth the chew. All binned. I will never return. The only point of praise was the lovely young girl taking orders.

First time I've had food from here, though my son eats here regularly and raves about the food. I had the quesaddilla meal which came with chips and a drink. Very tasty and filling, difficult to finish the whole meal. Just under £30 for 4 oeople, so not too bad price wise. Would defo recommend if you're in the area.

Terrible customer service. Staff do not speak or understand english. Bad quality of food. Owner is aggressive. The worst Pepes. Much better to go to Luton branch where they actually value thier customers and dont charge extra for putting on some extra peri sauce on the chicken. Avoid this branch at all costs they will charge extra at any opporunity.

My first visit to Pepe's. I had their Texan beef burger. It was somewhere in the middle, where it was just right so you couldn't go wrong with it. I wouldn't say it was good but it wasn't horrible either. I suppose I've just had better to compare it to. But if you're advertising your burger as a gourmet burger then you know you can do a better job at it guys. You meet the criteria half way through and then just stopped! Why? I have faith in you to make it better. The staff was excellent; nonetheless, it is perhaps the only positive aspect. Ambience was ok too, nothing extraordinary going on there to bring out the wow factor. To form a firm opinion, I might need to taste some more of their menu items, but I just wouldn't go there purely out of want. Just because office is nearby, I could pop in again.

Came for lunch today and food and service was top quality and prices were fair. Will defo be back and recommend to family and friends one of the best chicken & chips spots in Dunstable currently.

Definitely one of the best PEPES! Chicken was freshly cooked good size portion too.

Food is very good quality. Service was quick despite the place being quite busy at the time. Recommend the half chicken and rice, and the Chicken XL burger. Not impressed with how stingy they've become recently - charging for anything more than one of their partly filled DIY sauce tubs. Definition of large chips is somewhat interesting too. I get it. Costs have been rising but prices have gone up to reflect that. Don't ruin the customer experience by acting like a pound shop.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pepe Piri Piri in Dunstable, 2 queensway and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and their attentive service throughout the meal was commendable. What impressed me the most was the quick service and the delicious food everything was cooked to perfection would definitely recommend taking your family here.

Terrible customer service. Most staff do not understand English. They charge for tubs. I asked for BBQ sauce in the burger which in any other Pepes has never been an issue, apparently in this they are not allowed? Will never visit again discusting service.

Recommended by Mr Luton, had a whole chicken flavour, mild and lemon. With extra meal deal chicken is succulent, mouthwatering, and tasty. The chips are fluffy, crispy, and just on point. Customer service is extra helpful and polite and professional. I recommend this place if you wish to have quality Peri Peri Grill chicken.

Always excellent service here, food is always fresh, tender and incredible in flavour and heat (which you can adjust to your liking on the menu) - They do terrific meals and have a great selection. Extra Hot Chicken Strips with the Piri Fries and Extra Hot Dip is always my go to, although I really enjoyed meal Thank you again. Since this restaurant opened in Dunstable I genuinely can say to my slight shame I've been in over 40 times haha. Everytime the service is bang on and food even better. Even the same with delivery. Everytime the chips are hot and fresh and a really good portion. Chips, drink and a wrap all for a little over £8. Really can't go wrong.

Since this shop is open every week i have dine in with my whole family. To be honest food is soo good we bring some friends to eat there they are now regular as well😁. We never have complaint about the food and specially it so nice and clean Take away as compared to others. I will recommend to whom who haven’t went there should go and have delicious food.

I ordered delivery from here. After a long wait food came absolutely cold they said they will need too take food back which i was ok with it . Then he called me back saying we cant replace everything only the chicken so i said ok they came took my food and never brang a replacement. I have been a loyal and regular customer of Pepes ever since they opened in dunstable with nothing but praise Pepes for their high quality, fresh and delicious food. It is incredibly unfortunate that after a very disappointing experience today, I will not be returning. There was a different manager present today who was the complete opposite of the usual manager present. The usual guy greets us with a big smile and often says "paneer wrap for you, yes? You love it". My boyfriend attended and ordered a paneer wrap. We have ordered this atleast 20 times since they opened, as I always have the same thing. I was such a fan of pepes that I recieved a pepes giftcard for Christmas. The female server greeted my boyfriend by saying "hi how are you", to which he reverted 'great thank you how are you'. The female server seemed not to understand this as she then responded 'rice?' In an inquisitive tone. Attributing this awkward exchange to a language barrier, My boyfriend then proceeded to order my usual and waited. There was also confusion with the pepes giftcard (all 3 staff members present front of house appeared confused by how to process the giftcard and reluctant to process it) my boyfriend recieved the order but the dip (which he orderd at the till) had been forgotten. perhaps the colleague thought he said 'rice' when he said 'chilli dip'. easily done. When he arrived home. The paneer wrap was chicken. These instances can occur mistakenly, so whilst this was a mild inconvenience, i was not frustrated. This was until I had the displeasure of a conversation with the staff member who answered the store phone. I will summarise my experience in a few bullet points: -the employee told me that my boyfriend ordered a chicken wrap. I responded that this was not the case as he said the same words that he always has and we have never had any issue before. He said It is not possible that my boyfriend ordered paneer. I said ask the server and he said he could not as she had finished her shift and gone home. The conversation continued to go round in circles and affter a few minutes he decided that actually the server told him my boyfriend ordered chicken. Perhaps she popped back in for some rice. -the employee told me that he would give me free food next time. I politely declined as I wanted food there and then. He said he was unable to replace it. - I asked to speak to the manager (the same manager that he spoke to and checked things with atleast 3 times during our 7 minute converstion) but he was out for delivery and unable too speak to me, allegedly. - the employee began to mumble in a manner intended to mimic the sound of of a phone line breaking up. Perhaps it was a poor telephone connection, but it was quite unfortunate that the line connection(which was breaking up supposedly) was strong enough for me to be able to clearly hear sniggering and laughing whilst the employee was 'losing connection'. The call ended with me asking directly, will you be replacing my order as i cannot eat it. And the colleague simply replied no. He then placed me on hold without warning to which point I terminated the call. To the franchise owners - i would advise investment in some customer service education for your franchisees as irrespective of food quality, bad customer service is insidious and can destroy a businesses customer base. Over the remake of a £4.99 wrap (which im sure has a decent profit margin) you will not be seeing me again.

We have been here with my Family many times, and we even bring our friends as well, whenever we come back on this branch. Why????? These are the reasons; Staff are consistently friendly and giving genuine smile with the customer. They know their job by heart and mind. Food are consistently new & hot. * Amazing Customer Service * Clean store * Staff are following proper Food handling * Overall Great Dining Experience I am an observant person whenever we (my Family) dine out. I make sure that we are not going back on previous restaurant/fast food that are unsanitary.

Since this restaurant opened I have had nothing but great service and fantastic food. Until New Years’ Day! Placed an order of just under £30, I was told at 19:10 that the food was on its way, it arrived at 19:55! First, the wrap I ordered was Mild to which they sent hot, I called them and they said they would give me money off my next order, to which I turned down as I wanted to eat, then they offered to replace the wrap, I said please replace fries too as they will be cold by the time they redeliver. Well then I tried a chip, it was like rubber, like it had been reheated multiple times. They went in the bin. I then got a call to ask if they redelivered could they have the old food back? To give to someone else maybe? The chicken burger, well the wrapper was stuck to the bun and would not come off. The replacement never came, and after sending this all to JustEat I have now been refunded. But the “manager” on the phone was disgusting. Lost a regular customer for this.

First time to visit with my daughter it was lovely the food was delicious the shop is clean and light and lots of space staff are very friendly I'm definitely coming back I highly recommend this shop thank you for a great experience 100% 5 stars
