Pepe's in Doncaster

The paneer was not grilled well and sauce was not like a proper Pepe peri peri sauce.

delivery never turned up and paid nearly £25 for this order

I would like a refund food was freezing cold and didn’t get what I asked for

Wow pepes I order from you 2/3 times a week and have done for months this was by far the worst experience food freezing and chicken hardly edible was hard in places couldn’t chew it very disappointed

VERY LATE DELIVERY (after saying 40-55mins anyway) had to call restaurant, delivery driver didn't come to door. food good but not worth the hassle.

Food was amazing! Food took an hour and 15 mins even though it said 50 mins. Would order again but I would collect it so save a £3 delivery fee for a very long wait!

the food chicken strips was nice and spicy. delivery very slow and hour and 20 minutes after ordering it finally arrived.

They're the worst there is. I ordered a meal for 2 hours, called multiple times and was left hanging and could hear them taking orders only to tell me wrong food taken by the driver bla bla bla (no tangible reasons nor remorse) . Kindly avoid if you could.

They sent the completely wrong item. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and they sent what appears to be a lamb burger.

Stated delivery time between 1:55-2:15pm then changed to 2:30 so about 15 mins late I had to chase the delivery up but when it did arrive food was lovely and hot and all tasted great.

After a mistake that was made accidentally, it was solved with professionalism. The person I spoke to was lovely and polite and made our food for us straight away with no hesitation. We love this place and the food and always order here. Would recommend as always great food!!!

Everything was good except speed of service is very poor. Stuffs more focused on home Delivery rather than serving front customers.

I always order from them but this time chicken was burnt and I ordered extra hot with the extra hot dip but they both chicken and dip were more sour then being spicy. I believe something went wrong with the taste. I hope it won't happens again.

Called Saturday evening after meeting friends. Pretty shoddy customer service. Staff consisted of a group of lads talking among themselves behind the counter. After 20 minutes or so I received the wrong order. Didn’t complain and ate the meal. Went back afterwards and ordered a chicken sandwich. Waited about 20mins and asked the staff for an approximate time only to discover my order was on the side waiting to be picked up. Staff members seemed disinterested. Won’t be returning. Unprofessional all around, disappointed.

They forgot to put my cheese cake in delivery . I phoned the restaurant and about half an hour later it arrived .still half frozen i think they were waiting for it to defrost .

Will mess your stomach up. Clearly can’t seem to cook a chicken XL burger. Had it last year same problem, thought I’d give them a chance again. Some how still seemed to fumble cooking a burger

I had a meal from Pepes on Friday and this was the only meal I had that day, since Friday I have had food poisoning I normally use to order from here but won’t be doing so again also felt something was off when the person who took my order looked more like he wanted to fight me than serve me with dirty looks, I am honestly appalled and believe the hygiene ranting needs examing again because I have never felt this terrible before

My food actually never came called the restaurant after two hours they admitted it was delivered to the wrong address but then didn’t approve my request for money back as sending more food wasn’t a option as I had to go to work.

2nd time I've ordered and tried something different which was the Chicken Box this was chicken leg on a bed of rice and mix vegetables. My rice was just too plain but the chicken was nice. Portion size was just right for this item.

Delivery was on time. Food was hot. We ordered Chicken n Rice which I wasn't impressed with the portion size - looked like a kids meal! Tiny! Also ordered a wrap which was okay. I think prices are expensive compared to the portion size.

There is definitely an issue with contamination I had one of the worst bellyaches from Pepes.

Very fresh and delicious food, chicken breast was tender with bold flavours that satisfy the palate with every bite. The fries were perfectly crispy yet soft from the inside with yummy seasoning. Definitely recommend this place!!

This place hits the spot when you're craving flavorful grilled chicken. The piri piri sauce is so good, with the perfect amount of heat. I usually get the wrap combo with fries and a drink, it's a great deal. The service is always friendly and fast, which is a huge plus. Definitely recommend checking them out if you haven't already!

chicken was not hot anymore when it came, paid for piri piri seasoning but was missing, and some rice was stuck together and a bit hard.

Good was lovely , only downside is I didn’t receive my carrot cake , not the end of the world
