Pepe's in Doncaster

Used Pepe’s as our caterer for holiday camps at school. Children loved it and service was exceptional.

I Would recommend the chicken wrap it is delicious and the garlic Mayo is my favorite

didn't even receive it. £60 order never again.

They're the worst there is. I ordered a meal for 2 hours, called multiple times and was left hanging and could hear them taking orders only to tell me wrong food taken by the driver bla bla bla (no tangible reasons nor remorse) . Kindly avoid if you could.

Stated delivery time between 1:55-2:15pm then changed to 2:30 so about 15 mins late I had to chase the delivery up but when it did arrive food was lovely and hot and all tasted great.

They sent the completely wrong item. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and they sent what appears to be a lamb burger.

After a mistake that was made accidentally, it was solved with professionalism. The person I spoke to was lovely and polite and made our food for us straight away with no hesitation. We love this place and the food and always order here. Would recommend as always great food!!!

Food has been cold.Not cooked properly.Not much sauce on top of meat and fries cold and old and sauce poured out.

I did not collect the food. The rice was bit salty, I did not enjoy it.

Amazing food. Simple. Full of flavours and a good deal all together.

Everything was good except speed of service is very poor. Stuffs more focused on home Delivery rather than serving front customers.

I always order from them but this time chicken was burnt and I ordered extra hot with the extra hot dip but they both chicken and dip were more sour then being spicy. I believe something went wrong with the taste. I hope it won't happens again.

Called Saturday evening after meeting friends. Pretty shoddy customer service. Staff consisted of a group of lads talking among themselves behind the counter. After 20 minutes or so I received the wrong order. Didn’t complain and ate the meal. Went back afterwards and ordered a chicken sandwich. Waited about 20mins and asked the staff for an approximate time only to discover my order was on the side waiting to be picked up. Staff members seemed disinterested. Won’t be returning. Unprofessional all around, disappointed.

The chips was cold and soggy. The burger was very cold plus the driver got out of his car up the road started walking with our meal so got even colder

They forgot to put my cheese cake in delivery . I phoned the restaurant and about half an hour later it arrived .still half frozen i think they were waiting for it to defrost .

Will mess your stomach up. Clearly can’t seem to cook a chicken XL burger. Had it last year same problem, thought I’d give them a chance again. Some how still seemed to fumble cooking a burger

I had a meal from Pepes on Friday and this was the only meal I had that day, since Friday I have had food poisoning I normally use to order from here but won’t be doing so again also felt something was off when the person who took my order looked more like he wanted to fight me than serve me with dirty looks, I am honestly appalled and believe the hygiene ranting needs examing again because I have never felt this terrible before

My food actually never came called the restaurant after two hours they admitted it was delivered to the wrong address but then didn’t approve my request for money back as sending more food wasn’t a option as I had to go to work.

2nd time I've ordered and tried something different which was the Chicken Box this was chicken leg on a bed of rice and mix vegetables. My rice was just too plain but the chicken was nice. Portion size was just right for this item.

Delivery driver rang had to go out to car to collect my delivery

The food was really tasty and very fresh, had half a chicken and chips with can of drink , delivery was a bit expensive but food good would use again

Delivery was on time. Food was hot. We ordered Chicken n Rice which I wasn't impressed with the portion size - looked like a kids meal! Tiny! Also ordered a wrap which was okay. I think prices are expensive compared to the portion size.

There is definitely an issue with contamination I had one of the worst bellyaches from Pepes.

Very fresh and delicious food, chicken breast was tender with bold flavours that satisfy the palate with every bite. The fries were perfectly crispy yet soft from the inside with yummy seasoning. Definitely recommend this place!!

I’ve ordered from Pepes a few times and always loved the food! The wings were gorgeous and tasty! However the large portion of chips was very small and cold :(

Absolutely shocking kids meal was missing and chips were missing the burger and chips that did come were freezing cold never mind the order being late!

Two people literally stuffed ourselves with absolutely delicious food for just 35 quid. Will definitely visit again soon.

This place hits the spot when you're craving flavorful grilled chicken. The piri piri sauce is so good, with the perfect amount of heat. I usually get the wrap combo with fries and a drink, it's a great deal. The service is always friendly and fast, which is a huge plus. Definitely recommend checking them out if you haven't already!

The food was very cold and I asked the man to change for me But he just warmed up the food in the microwave or whatever and table was disgusting 3 out of 10

Fries were missing for one of the meals. Paid £3.19 extra for a ‘loaded meal’ and the only difference was a larger portion of fries. Although stated on the menu which I should have checked before, kids meals only come with 3 chicken nuggets?!

Ordered a few times now and have easily become our favourite takeaway! The food has always come piping hot, fresh and super tasty. Other than one time we were missing a portion of chips but hey, mistakes can happen. The portions are really good and the price point is really good when compared to likes of Nando’s and similar cuisine. Would highly recommend!

I was told that the order was ready for collection 10 minutes before I arrived and upon arrival was told it would take 20 minutes to make my order because they were "out of chicken"
