Penta Hotel Restaurant in Warrington

Great service by Jamie on a Wednesday night for work travel. He knows his whiskeys. Hip and cool place. First time at a Penta hotel and I’m impressed.

Tay and El were class! Had a great month and a bit of their service. The food was also mint! Will come again without work

We came here one evening because it was most convenient motorway spot for three of us from Merseyside, Lancashire and Yorkshire to meet after work. Had always thought it was a functional kind of business hotel. On arrival Tayla on reception was fantastic and organised for parking fee to be waived as we were eating in the restaurant. The food was great, the service friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks go also to Steph our waitress. Penta are clearly good at choosing their staff. Cheers all x

Our stay at the Penta Hotel was excellent, the service received by the staff made the visit! They couldn’t be more helpful and professional if they tried. No request was a bother and they even made fantastic cocktails. Thanks again Tayla and Tom!

The Penta is a lovely, warm and welcoming place. The staff are always polite and very customer focused, nothing is too much trouble ensuring that each time we visit is most enjoyable. The bar area is very relaxing with back ground music making it a great place to start our weekend with a couple of drinks. This makes us want to return time after time.

Service was excellent and El went out her way to make sure we were catered for and went to lengths to find this drinks we wanted. The area Was clean and welcoming. A tad on the cool side for the party I was with g however was comfortable for me.

Unless you stay in the hotel for 3 days, your room isn’t automatically cleaned. Reuse the towels, wash your own cups and glasses and the coffee and tea aren’t refilled. There is a bottle of water in your room, but when I asked for more, was told they had run out, but could give me some tap water. Lunch took over an hour to be served, only wanted a snack. The standards in this hotel have fallen drastically short of the expectations of the prices they charge. I’m booked in again next week, but it will be the last one I stay.

I quite often stop at the Warrington Penta whilst in Warrington with work. The meals are never disappointing whether it be an evening meal or the breakfast. The service always comes with a smile and on this visit Steph made the end of a very long day relaxing with a no pressure 5 star service whilst looking through the menu. Offering some recommendations for puddings, I can see me enjoying them over the next few days.
