i will never use this place again, I ordered a mixed meat omelette and i found 6 prawns in the omelette, this could have been VERY DANGEROUS and could have cost me my life if i was allergic to fish, this should never happen, people please beware the chief does not know what he is cooking, I complained to JUST EAT and they where not bothered at all,I THINK THAT TELLS IT'S OWN STORY

Order number 72754492 date 29/09/2023 The food was supposed to be delivered between 20:50-21:10. I called at 21:08 and was told the driver had set off with my order, I rang back at 21:25 and was told he is on the way, I rang back at 21:54 and told the same thing, I rang back at 22:08 and told it will be 15-20 mins and it was definitely on the way. The driver eventually turned up at 22:23. The food had been sat in his car for 1 hour and 15 mins. When the food arrived it was cold. I rang the shop back to complain and the girl on the phone was incredibly rude saying we’ll complain through just eat then. Horrendous service from a takeaway I would normally use. I have ordered from here many times in the past with no issues. I don’t know if the shop are liars or the driver is a liar but either way it’s totally unacceptable and has put me off ordering food from here again

Absolutely disgusting Chinese. When they get your order wrong they blame you and speak to you asthough its your fault. Do not go here for food. The wait times for delivery are terrible.

This is now my favourite chippy. The food is absolutely delicious. I give them 10/10 and would really recommend that you try their food

The food we ordered was absolutely disgusting, soggy and cold. Only reason we went was because Peter's Chinese was closed. No wonder they queue out the door at Peter's and you are lucky to see anyone in this takeaway. Their customer service is appalling and the place always looks quite grubby. Avoid.

S and p chicken was awesome. Best ever. The duck was a little over cooked and dry but still tasted really good thanks to the best sauce around. I would love an option for an extra pack of pancakes though. Would defo recommend. Best Chinese around

Cold, no flavour, part of order missing, driver came 30 mins later with missing food and that was cold spent nearly £50 on order. First time using this place will never be using again. Really awful food

wouldn’t recommend ordering from here as they have hardly any drivers and, you are made to wait nearly 2 hours. this has happened for the last 8 orders we have made, but will be finding somewhere as at this is pathetic service. have queried it with the restaurant but they are not interested about loosing custom cause they won’t get more drivers.

This place was the best Chinese around the food is brilliant i can't eat vegetables and every time I ask for no veg in anything they write it on the lids but they don't pay attention there usually late delivering which I don't mind when the quality of the food is as it is just can't keep wasting money when they don't pat attention.

Ordered salt & pepper ribs, salt & pepper chicken, chicken fried rice and Singapore chow mein. The ribs weren’t anything like they should have been and the fried rice and curry sauce was very bland. When the order arrived there was juice all over the other cartons from the chow mein which I wasn’t offered a dry or wet option in ordering as would have chose dry! Overall not very impressed with food quality and taste

Food was late and cold. Chicken wings were soggy. Only reason I didn't ring back and demand fresh food was because my young nephew was starving. Driver went somewhere else first when I live down the road. Poor customer service. Not happy. Will not be ordering from here again.

This is the second meal that we have had a problem with. Last week the food was all burnt and not very warm. Today the food was so salty it was inedible and had to be thrown away. Will not be ordering from here again.

I have ordered here lots of times before and the food has usually been good but unfortunately today the food wasn’t on par at all. The chicken and sweetcorn soup and the sweet and sour and noodles were alright although not as good as usual; but the spring rolls were cold and hard and the crispy Kung Po beef didn’t taste nice. The Kung po beef looked pale and bland and didn’t have much sauce with it, it also tasted quite sour and was very tough and didn’t have a nice texture, so I didn’t eat it. I have had this dish before and it didn’t look or taste the same today. Disappointing as food here is usually good. Perhaps this is due to it being peak time on Saturday night but I am disappointed. Good points are that the delivery driver was very friendly and polite and the food was delivered on time.

Only visited this Chinese as our usual was closed and this is closest to us. Placed our order at 8.50 for collection at 9.15. Collected our tea at 9.25 and got home to notice the soft noodles hadn't been put in with food. Back in the car, get back to the Chinese to find we had also been given beef instead of chicken (someone else's order who was waiting in the shop for there food), back in the car and home for the wrong order then back to the Chinese. Food was passed over the counter. The chips they had given us was unwrapped and rewrapped then given to the other fella along with the beef in black bean sauce he was then sent on his way. I had been charged for the wrong order so I was made to pay extra for the noodles they hadn't charged me for (for all the messing about I had done would of expected this as a good will but no instead was given 4 samosa's which we don't eat anyway). Watched the guy behind the counter take spring rolls and other food for orders with his fingers which we thought was disgusting. Got home at 10oclock after all the messing about food was freezing and sauce was thick and tasteless. If we hadn't of done so much messing about would of asked for our money back and gone somewhere else. Absolute disgrace of a chippy. Would never return and will be sticking with Peter's in future. Would not recommend to no one. If I could leave no stars I would.

Food good. And that's that. If you live in a high rise block then forget about this company. They will make you come down despite the delivery charge! Driver would not come up. I recommend the Red Dragon. Excellent service😉

Had to ring the restaurant twice to find out where the order was. Half an hour after being told by the app that our food had been delivered, it finally arrived. They were apologetic and so was the delivery driver. But, our food arrived just warm and my meal was unexpectedly spicier then described. My partner said his food was difficult to eat as it was too dry and the salt and pepper chips didnt look fully cooked. In all, we were disappointed. We have recieved better from this restaurant.

Food slightly late. Crispy shredded beef was not crispy at all, in fact it was soggy. Sweet and sour chicken did not have the sour element.... fried rice was nice however.

The food was okay. I think the spring rolls are expensive for what they are. The chicken breast meal was on the bone, which was weird.

The food was good as usual, so no complaints about the.food. however we ordered the bottles of.coke and only got the 1.25l bottles and not 1.5l as it says on the page.

Ordered garlic bean curd. not sure what we got. it was in a spicy sweet red sauce. no hint of garlic. it was pretty poor to be honest. just eat service operator rung twice. once when the guy was outside the door but didn’t want to leave his car. very weird experience. and frankly, very poor food.

Food always great but there is always a problem with the chow mein. Because it is put in a flip lid carton rather than a sealed container, the sauce always leaks out all over everything else. This isn't a one off either. It's every single time. You need to rethink your packaging for the Chow mein.

The ribs were dry and tasteless, the BBQ was sweet and didn’t taste like BBQ. The Singapore chow mien wasn’t spicy like it said it would be and had little taste as well. The order was early but we didn’t receive our free prawn crackers which was disappointing.

First time ordering from here and we are impressed. The spring rolls are abit dry but they still tasted good. The rice has plenty of flavour. The chips could of done with abit longer though

really big portion sizes, food really hot and tasty, arrived on time with pleasant delivery person, have ordered from here before.

Ask for my food to be delivered as soon as possible but they said it would be about 40 minutes but it came within 15 minutes they must of rush it the food was terrible with a burnt taste to it will not go there again.

Absolutely love this Chinese takeaway. To the point where I have made it my regular. I have very rarely ever had a problem and any issue that has arisen, they have dealt with straight away. Any orders that we have made requests for changes to menu items or long complicated orders, they have always handled really well. And best of all, the food is amazing. After trying many different Chinese takeaways around me, I always found to by is one to be constantly better than the others.

Burnt rice!! i was served the rice that was stuck to the bottom of the pot. I ordered early so i think they gave me last nights left over rice. Plus it arrived very quickly... Did NOT enjoy my meal one bit wasted it will not be ordering from here again!!!!!
