Me and my friends order from here and we had the menu but somehow it was changed to a higher price, then all the food was so greasy we couldn't stand it.

5 STAR EVERYTHING the food was spectacular the sweetness from the chicken and the chow mein was delicious from a small Chinese food shop this was perfect😛

I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and special fried rice. Very disappointed, couldn't eat the balls as they tasted funny and meat was tough. Sauce also tasted strange. Usually enjoy this combination but it has now put me off it. Had to wait 5 minutes at the counter collect my waiting as staff were on the phone.

The food was so much better with the previous owners, when we were entertaining, we’d always order from here and everyone else would agree it’s the best chinese they’ve ever had. I can’t eat from here anymore, had to find a new chinese take-away.

Smoked shredded chicken used to be nice chef has changed and girl is about 17 making food asked not to put sugar as I tasted last time it contained sugar just use the honey like the over chef but no she said she did put honey but she never l ve let few people try it and everyone said the same this is ridiculous never go to this place again two kids are running it instead of proper chefs this place is a joke never again poke ur bloody lies!!!! Be aware of this dodgers

First time ordering from Peking Garden, and I’ll definitely be back to re-order! The food was really delicious, fresh, full of flavour and everything was tender. The service over the phone and by the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming here for well over 20 years (sometimes with large gaps) - and while the owners changed a couple of years ago the quality is still exactly what you’d hope for a local Chinese takeaway.

First time have tried it, OK , but nothing special to be honest, will not go back.

We haven't had food from here for a while, but, on tonight's evidence, this is one of the best takeaways around Shirley for takeaway food. Tasty food and available to pick up when they said.

Great food, very pleasant service and makes a nice change to have a good Chinese in the area. All food crispy and not soaked in oil like other restaurants. My compliments to the chefs. Thank you to all the team for a great meal.

Oh dear. Picked up on way home and very disappointed. The chips were the end of the packet . Just mostly hollow greasy shells. The beef curry was tasteless and watery and the small pot of curry sauce for £2:40 was a joke...never again.

Our favourite Chinese takeaway - keeps it simple - no website, no online menu, cash only payment, just good old fashioned pick up the phone and order. The lady who takes the order recognises us when we phone and tells us what we are going to order - just the way it should be
