Disgusting food. Rubbery prawns, sweet and sour sauce is like water with no falbour, cold rice and scrappy chips! Avoid!

Best Chinese takeaway in thornaby no doubt. Most of the bad reviews are from ages ago, I guess it wasn't so good in the past but I can assure you the current version of this place is so good. The food is delicious, the customer service is nice, and the chef sometimes even talks to you. Will definitely come back.

Stroppy woman on desk got order wrong asked for udon noodles got chow mein rang up n denied it n said that's what I asked her for when it definitely wasn't

Good value. Reliable delivery. Food is good and not too salty / MSG like many takeaways.

Ordered King Prawn Udon, got some kind of mixed meat rice dish 🤦🏻‍♀️ too far from home to take it back. Good job I'm not veggie, please take more care in giving the right food. The order was repeated back to me, there's really no excuse

Absolutely disgusting food, I wouldn’t even rate them! The chicken balls were warm ups the same as the chips! The salt and paper chicken I ordered and was charged for wasn’t with my my order and I had to go back to get it! It was dry the chicken in the ‘chicken balls was raw’ absolutely disgusting I won’t be ordering again!!!!

Was surprised to find a full fried egg along with all the meats on top of my “house special fried rice”. I know some restaurants like to do things their own way but this style of rice wasn’t that good and was abit unexpected (the egg and slices of meat). I Would have just preferred a normal house rice with the meat and egg inside the rice, not on top. The rice seemed to be reheated and was clumped into fluffy balls. I really couldn’t eat it or enjoy it. First and last order unfortunately. The honey and chilli crispy beef was actually pretty good however.

PEI Myn ... Thornaby's best Chinese take away. Fact ! My favourite is the Peking Style crispy King Prawns ... BUT ! Take a walk down the entire length of the menu & make your own personal preference ... You won't be disappointed .

Ordered 2 chips and egg fried rice and curry got 2 bags of scraps egg fried cold rice and curry won't be back

Got 2 beef currys. No flavour in curry and very runny. Not using them again. And this was a delivery. £15 wasted

Many years since we visited this takeaway. Still the same decor. VERY DATED. Unfortunately the food also lacked quality. It was ok ish but will not returning. Even worse given the current times. People entering withoutmasks and being unchallenged

It was delicious and the people were so kind to me I've also got their food delivered to me before because the weather was bad and it was very fast despite the terrible weather. If you have any requests or allergies they actually listen and are careful to make your good according to it for example I wanted super spicy noodles and they made it so spicy that I was surprised with the amount of spice they put it but it was very good and I was very happy that they did it how I wanted them to. They all have excellent manners and are very patient towards their customers. Now I get my food from here and don't go anywhere else because I enjoy it so much. I would recommend this take away very much because of my amazing experiences. 😁

Awful!! Been looking forward to a chinese for ages - what a disappointment. Salt and pepper chips were chips with veg and one piece of chilli (also one portion missing from order [my wife picked the order up and said other people were complaining of missing items]). Chicken curry was mainly onion and was so sweet - no curry flavour at all. Special fried rice - fried rice with a piece of bacon, a fried egg and three prawns. Avoid.

Food was gorgeous 👌 and plenty of it, love the fortune cookies and prawn crackers. Staff where lovely, pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Really nice Chinese in in Thornaby. Have tried a few different dishes now and all nice. Good service and home delivery service now.

I love the food here and have used Pei Myn for a few years now and never had a bad meal. The staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable I definitely recommend Pei Myn

Was a nice Chinese but it was cold and the salt and pepper chicken was just plain, curry sauce was thick, charged me more the the actual price NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Have used this Chinese for years but the last two times have been awful. Final straw last night sure the prawns were off the whole thing was left, unelpful staff who couldn’t understand why we didn’t want another. Sad as it has always been our favourite ☹️

Worst chinese I've ever had, how can you get chicken balls wrong? Curry sauce smelt and tasted like coffee and the chicken was so dry. Egg fried rice was ok that's all I could eat.
