We order a chicken kebab most week, and a tomato garlic bread with fresh jalapeños x

always happy with our fast and efficient food is always delicious

Shocking staff... Called prior to make sure prep requirements were met, food arrived with requirements not met... Call the place and was told to return the burger so they can pass it on... Refused to give any refund or exchange... Then put the phone down when confronted.

I had to give a 1 star, we called to make sure our order would be correct and they still got it wrong, staff wanted food back even though we threw it out due to allergies, ( to resell) ? Plus they hung up on my husband, ever ordering again and will not recommend.

Lovely food and service. Had an issue and they sorted it immediately.

They are back on top and the parmos are beautiful from here

Pizza used to be lovely. For some reason, they now put the toppings under the cheese, making to toppings undercooked and soggy. Worst pizza I’ve had in years.

Usual have my food delivered never busted the shop until today and as always food was lovley and the service from the staff was fab

Have to give 1 star to leave review in reality it's minus 5. First and last time ordering. Waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for order then when it came item was missing. Now 12 hours after order, my order has not been rectified. (starting to think the promise to rectify order was a lie) What came was disgusting, overpriced slop. It's amazing how the takeaways in this area constantly get orders wrong yet a 12" pizza (for example) you didn't order never turns up. It's always something missing. If it was incompetence things you didn't order would turn up, yet they don't. That's because it's not incompetence it's ringing something through the till you have no intention of delivering. Avoid this place.

First time of ordering from this take away I waited approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes one of the meals was missing so I rang the store straight away way told I can have it free on my next order I told the person at the end of the phone it the first time I have ordered from you and won't be again and they offered to send it out so what's that another hour and half not the greatest of foot either for the price how is it theses takeaways always get your order wrong but you never get extra it's always missing something update Sunday morning and food hasn't arrived

I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with either the quality or taste of any of the food from La Buona.

Lovely mixed kebab, chicken was amazing

Sadly a one star rating is all I can give. Order placed online & was informed of a 45 min delivery. After 1 hour 15 mins I rang to be told that they didn't realise I'd ordered so I had to give them my time of order & House details etc. They quoted an extra delivery time on top of the already late delivery the said I could get a refund. I didn't trust the refund promise so opted for the delivery. Wish I'd not bothered. This used to be my favourite place but the new owners have ruined this place. Will I order from you again? I doubt it. Shame.

Order not as requested. Absolute shocking customer service, a dried up wrap, no salad. Arrived luke warm, think they need course on a customer service.

Always great food from pizzas to Parmos they never fail. Easily 5 start

Absolutely fantastic. Me and my family order every Friday night and the service is phenomenal to top off the great quality food. I always order the margarita pizza from there and chips and garlic, truly recommend. 👍

Quick delivery but food was poor. Parmo the worst I’ve had in a while. Kebab ok. Chips and burger were decent. Decent ‘deal’ I guess. But the parmo let it down. Won’t bother with them again.

Placed order repeated order got order missing stuff 2 very small pieces of chicken soggy chips and sloppy cream cabbage rang them they offered free large pop and chicken kebab wen order came again no pop poor kebab. Shame on you as I've always ordered from you a waste of £12.30 thanks

Just purchased 2 chicken kebabs. Absolutely disgusting, rock hard burnt overcooked and definitely not fresh. This was reheated chicken that had gone cold. Rang the shop who said he would send out fresh ones... Wanted fresh ones when we purchased them. Declined the offer complete waste of 15 quid... Will not be back

Avoid massively absolutely disgusting portion sizes and customer service if seen more life in a morgue

Just tried to place a food order by phone a man answered said hang on passed the phone to a girl who said hang on while I sort the till out!!!!!! Amazing customer service not!!!!!!

Sorry but the food was just ok tonight. The shop must have been busy. Food was cold on delivery even though we live close. Not as good. Tasty as usual..... ????

My local pizza place. Handy to nip into on way home if working late. Quick service and tasty food

Last saturday we ordered and collected a meal deal 3, only to find when we got home there was no margarita as advertised as part of the deal. Not the first time this has happened so we will look elsewhere for pizza in future.

I go to buono's most Friday and Saturday's as it is my local takeaway, I have never had any problems with the food it is always cooked just right and the staff are very friendly, defiantly recommended
