Parmo was lovely as usual shame use have changed the coleslaw and sauce 😞

No salad with kebab box. Donner meat was so thick and had a funny taste. Chicken was nice.

Ordered delivery, was delivered to the wrong person. When I rang refused to correct their mistake- confirmed a person said that's my order and gave it them, despite the walking to the wrong house with the food. Refused to refund

The new recipe isn't as good as the original one. Tried it three times and it has lost the wow factor. I used to buy kilimanjaro because of its authenticity, but now it's just like every other takeaway. please bring back the old recipe. Thank you

Not sure if its to do with the name change, if theres been other changes too, but the sauce on the Waka Waka chicken is different from the previous times I've ordered. Tasted nice just wasnt what i was expecting. Still, decent quality food 👌🏻

Ordered for delivery, took over 2 hours, which I could accept if the food was fresh, hot and nice, it was the opposite, Chips were cold and soggy, Parmo was cold and tough, cheese was solid, chicken wings were cold and the sauce was too, and the pizza could have been used in the Olympic is was that solid. the best thing about it was the garlic sauce and iv had better, the delivery driver was up and down the road looking for the house, thought number 4 must have been in the middle of them all, defo won’t be ordering again as this is how the second time in a row, after the benefit of doubt!!!!

Pizza, mixed grill and all the extras were nice. Parmos weren’t great. Chicken was stringy. Quick delivery

Gorgeous food, we had pasta, parmo, wings & lamb chops, they were all very tasty & more-ish ... them wings r the best chicken wings I've ever had. Only thing that wasn't amazing was your garlic bread... didn't try the chips. Value was good too 👍 would highly recommend and I look forward to ordering again. Thank you!

Usually order from here. Rasta pasta was hot and lovely, parmo and chips arrived cold unfortunately. Not a reflection on the restaurant as I’ve had a few from here that have been brilliant, just a shame from tonight.

Doesn’t live up to what I thought the quality would be from Kilimanjaro! Overcooked pasta, garlic bread like it was from a stick out of heron and Parmo poor quality! Chips were fries and cheap, watered down sauces and no salad. All in all a big disappointment!

the garlic bread was hard, and it was a baguette, and the wings were old, everything else was OK, expected better for the price.

Doesnt even deserve a one star review food was freezing pasta was still hard barely any food inside or portions.

First time here , place didn't seem the cleanest but I was recommend the place so gave it a go. The chicken was uncooked and had a vinegar after taste chicken without the sauce. I took the parmo back and got part of my money back would never visit here again cooked ok too which is disappointing

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some parmos the pizza was hairy with a variety of hair even melted into the cheese and the house has been food poisoned of the parmo disgraceful

Missing chips yet when I phoned they said they couldn’t do anything except tell Just Eat? Wrap was awful. Barely any salad and what was there was not fresh. Disappointing.

Food terrible over priced guy on phone rude 2 chicken pastas with no chicken at all food cold parmo chicken under cooked and no refund offered! Stay clear

They forgot my garlic dip I paid extra for

absolute rubbish tried saying had no change then £3 change then he took my money too bring rest of change back 10 too 15 mins later I'll never use this shop again and will be ringing manager tomorrow too find out why he sends drivers out with no change and why they think it's OK too steal

The food is always spot on and they actually listen to you if you put can i have more sauce , no salad etc.

Veggie Pasta. Always hot n u certainly get ur money's worth. Full 2 the brim. Sweet Potato Fries. Lil bit on the expensive side, but yet again, u couldn't get another Chip in box n nicely Cooked never been over Cooked in all the orders I've placed. 💯 Quality Hot when delivered.

Food was hot and well made. Mushrooms are lush and the wrap was really nice. Would recommend. Any gripes? One, Why so much for a tub of sauce?

I wouldn't even give it one star for quality. Chicken in the parmo was next to none existent and stringy. When I phoned to complain they were very rude an just Said they hadn't had any other complaints then put the phone down

Order didn’t turn up at all and I tried calling 25 times over 35 minutes and not once was my call answered

Placed order 6:15pm order arrived 7:25pm chicken wrap wasn’t to my taste disappointed to be honest!

Bought two dips at £1.20 each. Only one arrived. I love Kilimanjaro but the quality wasn’t up to standard today, sorry. The wrap lacked any kind of flavour and the pizza wasn’t up to its usual standard. I understand that it was probably a busy night so it wouldn’t deter me from ordering again but if it had been my first time, I probably wouldn’t get it again.

Wasn’t happy with size of parmsen ordered full parmo was half parmo lovely though but size was wrong I’ve had f try on here before and had half and was same size

Didn’t receive extra chips I had paid for and wrong pizza although the restaurant did call to say they didn’t have one and the portion was tiny for price food wasn’t the best we’ve had but was ok not worst just expected better

We ordered from here a few nights ago off a friends account, ordered a full parmo and got exactly what you’d expect. However when we ordered a full tonight we received a half. We questioned the driver about it and was assured it was a full. Our sauce had popped all over our drinks and coleslaw which we were more than happy for him to replace. The real problem began when we saw the actual size of the parmo. For £11 you would expect a full parmo, not a half (at best) (not to mention the dry chicken 🤦‍♀️ We phoned up the shop only to be put onto the same driver that had initially dropped off our food. Apart from raising his voice and shouting down the phone at us saying we got what we ordered and it’s tough he then hung up on us. The customer service is an absolute joke and it’s a shame because this place used to be top quality now it’s not worth my well earned money and I will not be recommending anyone to eat here in the future.

Parmo the worst thin chicken tiniest full Parmo I’ve ever received I’ve ordered from here loads in the past and it’s been always lovely never again and they didn’t bring my salad either! Not happy at alll

Chicken was covered in sauce which is great but somehow it was still dry and tough, if your going to copy Manjaros Waka Waka Chicken put the peppers and onions in and make it chicken fillet, it’s late at night so they probably couldn’t be arsed but for the price you charged overall a shambles

Absolutely annoyed food came very late and was freezing cold driver said sat nav got it wrong the lady who was with him was walking carrying my food in nothing to keep it hot

The pizza dough was unreal. I'm really picky and I couldn't stop eating the pizza even though we had other things. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Order again without a doubt.

Food was good however the menu could be better. Ordered chicken with chips and parmasan but no mention it came without anything or chips so we had to share a tiny portion between us. Arrived slightly warm from Stockton even though we have a outlet in Billingham. May have been warmer being closer.

Im so sorry about this but i love my food from here normally, but tonight i am extremely disappointed it was over an hour late my chips and garlic bread were freezing :( and i also gave the delivery guy a tip x very unhappy customer disappointed :(

Yummy food, well prepared and delivered warm

Driver got lost- so food was late and therefore stone cold on arrival. If I could upload a photo you be shocked the way it arrived. Appreciate accidents happen but the sauce had not just leaked but exploded over/in everything. Chips were not edible as didn’t want to microwave mayo after it arrived cold! Salad was a soggy mess!! Shame as normally a lovely meal from kilmandjaro.

I don't like leaving bad reviews. But I'm only leaving this here so you can fix your recipe for the fried chicken. The fried chicken had so much salt. My mouth was burning from the salt. Even waking up this morning my tongue still feels numb. Please reduce the salt. I couldn't finish my food. What a waste.

The worst tasting parmo I’ve ever tried! Not very nice at all.

We’ve been here twice now and it’s been unbelievable both times. The chicken meal deal has enough food to feed the four of us.. AND THEN SOME! and everything arrived hot and delicious. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for fried chicken now.

First time ordering. I received a plastic bag containing the food with the sauce from the mushrooms covering everything. Such a shame as the chicken tasted amazing and the sauce for the mushroom starter was spectacular. The mushrooms would have been good too if it wasn’t full of sauce with just a handful of tiny sliced mushroom. The salad was so small, not worth bothering with. Disappointed as this could have been one of my favourites to go back to!

Full chicken tastes unreal and is huge, could do with a smaller chicken some more chips haha but absolutely lush food

food arrived a bit later than expected (about 5-10 minutes) but everything was cold and the parmo was undercooked. Normally really like this place but last few times ive ordered something has arrived cold (usually the mashed potato side, fries or garlic bread which you might expect expect with delivery) but the mains being cold and undercooked too is what disappointed me.

You wont find better food it's beautiful and the portions are perfect

Ordered pasta and pizza, pasta was lukewarm but the pizza freezing, I am thinking the pizza was cooked a few hours ago

Paid £15 for a large parmo and 2x sauces to be delivered to Hartburn. Came with a pathetic tiny bag of fries and a tiny salad with one halfed cherry tomato. The parmo was very thin and had a very chewy texture which was unlike chicken, not sure whether the chicken was off or it was overcooked. Extremely poor overall and wouldn't order again. On a plus it was delivered bang on time, but you're paying almost restaurant prices for substandard takeaway food.
