Literally hasn’t arrived, rang 7 times no answer and I’ve still waited 2 hours

The delivery time and food temp a let down but the food as always is just the best in the area By far hence why we wouldn’t go else where

Sadly all the food was cold on arrival but the delivery driver was so lovely. Kids had gone to bed by the time it arrived anyway. Shame as it's usually wonderful.

Arrived late. Not cold but certainly could have been hotter, food quality OK if the Food had I would have given one more star.

The food is ruined due to being delivered an hour late. We have collected food before and it is always lovely. This is the third time we have been let down by the delivery. Please don’t take the order if you can’t deliver. The chips are inedible as they have sat that long and we ordered a plane nan which seems to be a garlic nan

Absolutely disgusting staff 3 hours still no food and no refund because it’s in there policy after I’ve rang up 4 times in that 3 hours and everytime the excuse is we are making it now absolute joke £41 and no food daylight robbery stinking no respect

Ordered at 17:30 estimated delivery time was 18:35-18:50. Got to 19:45 Phoned twice to be told it is on the way and to be patient. Asked for a refund to be told they would throw in some freebies. The freebies was a bag of lettuce and cucumber. Food finally arrived at 21:20 after almost 4 hours. Disgraceful, food was cold. Will not be ordering again.

We ordered at 7.43pm and were told the delivery time would be between 8.40-9.00 so about an hour. However it didn’t arrive until 10.20pm so we waited 2hours 40mins which is just ridiculous.

Once again, a beautiful meal. The quality was excellent and the delivery was on time.

Wow . Rude staff . We are staying at PercyWoods. Screamed at as they are late . They couldn’t find us . Demanded I walked a mile to main entrance , apparently everyone does . Explained I couldn’t as kids in bed and it’s caravan park . Nothing on just eat to say this needs done . Address was provided as accepteTheyve taken my cash and address and should deliver . To be told that’s not my duty . Food got here late , freezing cold and husband had to walk to get it AVOID and just eat should drop

Delivery was predicted just over an hour, it took 3 hours in total. I had to ring the store 4 times to be told each time it wouldn’t be long. 3rd phone call he said he would add some items , meaning it had not even left the store 2.5 hours after ordering. My 4th phone call was to cancel all together it was now 10.20pm and we were beyond wanting to eat then, for him to say she was here, 8 minutes later she was here. The worse restaurant we've experienced. Called 3 times asking for order updates when it was late each time we were told it'll be there in 10 mins (Over 2 hours passed and still nothing). We called to cancel the order, and staff were rude on the phone and refused a refund, after 2.5 hours I receive a voicemail saying they just put the food outside on the doorstep anyway (In the pouring rain) even after we canceled (It was saturated and inedible. Avoid this place, appalling

Food came over 2 hours late was told would receive free item for inconvenience got nothing food was freezing and tasted disgusting would highly recommend you avoid this place

Food arrived late - everything was cold and extremely greasy. Chicken Chaat was very salty. Overall very bland food even though one of the dishes that was ordered was a Madras. Overall I would not recommend this take away and will stick to Hadston Tandoori in the future

Best Indian ever. I used to use a Morpeth one as I live in Morpeth but pegswood is definitely better.

Delivered 45mins late and was told if we had collected it that it would have been ready on time. What's the point of taking orders for delivery if that's the attitude. One meal was missing so didn't start eating till an hour or so after we planned. I never expect deliveries to be on exactly on time but thought this service was too bad.

This was the worst Indians I've ever had. It arrived sooo late and stone cold. I'm not one to leave food or be picky but I couldn't eat it even after reheating it. I don't have one good thing to say about it.

Food was 1 and a half hours late. Was ment for me and my partner however I never got to eat as I had to leave for work due to being so late. Had to call pegswood tandoori who couldnt explain why it was so late. Very disappointed as my partner said the food was also cold which we had paid £22 for.

The delivery arrived at the exact time it was requested, food was lovely, my only disappointment was the chicken pakora it was very chewy and cold.

Ordered around 4:45pm, food arrived 8:30pm. It was made out like it was our fault for living so far away... Yet they set the areas of where they will deliver to! Tried to claim some money back and they refused, said they gave us something free off the menu, there wasn't anything free in the bag, just what we had already paid for.

Always brilliant food, the flavours are so authentic. We only ever order from here.

The butter chicken from here has to be tried. Is the best I’ve ever had. Please do not ever change it. Plus the nann bread is perfect. Other places it’s thicker but stoggy. Here it’s thinner but so much tastier. Yum yum.

Food was cold on arrival. The vegetarian Nan and Keema nan were in the same packet. The Nans were also soggy, not fully cooked. The cucumber raita was like a jelly. Not edible. Vegetarian korma, was korma sauce with frozen veg thrown in. The delivery was about 45 minutes late. Despite been ordered over an out before the delivery time. Finally one of the sheets was spilt in the bag, so all the contents were messy.

Lovely spicy dishes and prompt, friendly delivery. Our first order from here - we will order again, thanks.
