Put in an order was told 20 minutes on the phone. Turned up on time got told 2minutes. 45 minutes I was still sat there when I asked the woman how long my order would be she was very rude and just said we are doing it! Then I could hear her slagging me off in the back saying how I wasn’t a regular (not sure how they even have any) so I gave it another 5 minutes and eventually left. Would not recommend terrible service and rude!

I ordered chicken biryani not tandoori the food was Luke warm and it was never like Biriani I've ever had. I Will not be ordering from there again .

Absolutely disgusting order took nearly 2 hours to come and when I phoned to ask where it was staff was very rude , will not be ordering from here again very disappointing

Yet another stunning meal. I ordered Chicken Kashuri for myself and Tandoori Chicken Tikka Masala for my wife. Both meals were really first class and the quality and the taste was superb. Thoroughly recommend.

Ordered food 1835 with a 30 min delivery rang back after 2000 and told it was being wrapped 30 mins later still no sign so cancelled meal.

Food was decent enough. Service and delivery was awful. Accepted our order and it took three hours to deliver. We called three times, communication was very poor. I understand we were quite far away but they knew that before accepting the order; I made sure to call, give my phone number, postcode and a description of how to find us. Extremely disappointing

Order x5 more than you think cos the portion size is an absolute joke

I ordered Chicken Pathia, onion rice, chips & Cheese nan bread. Positives: The food was tasty and it was a good size portion. Delivery was quick and the food was hot. Negatives: chips were slightly dry as if they had been standing for a while. The nan bread could have done with more Cheese. The delivery driver knocked on the door and left the food on the floor, although this could have been because my partner looked out of the window. In my opinion, Food should always be handed over. Overall it was nice.

Contrary to the volume of bad reviews on here we ordered here and were blown away by the quality of the food, flavour meat content and value for money

Ordered king prawn bhuna on puree delicious,lamb Madras ,onion rice & keema nan SPOT ON haven't been for a while as been cooking misty Ricardo's Indian recipes ( great by the way ) Mohamed & his wife do a great job ..I think the busy times they struggle as they like to things there self ..will be back folks 👏

Absolutely DISGUSTING WITH A HAIR AND NO MEAT. The worst takeaway I have ever had. The veg was frozen and burnt - see pictures. 4 pieces of grizzle that was meant to be lamb. 1 king prawn cut into 4 pieces and so over cooked, it couldn’t be chewed. And worst of all, 3 long hairs found in a dish!!!!! I called to complain and was met with a rude and bad mannered and basically accused me of lying. Never ever use again. Be warned

Shocking delivery service, confirmed order on just eat saying our food will be delivered at 20.00- 20.20 which was about an hour wait. Had a phonecall from the restaurant asking our location, as soon as we put the phone down they had the nerve to text us to cancel our order!! This was after we had already waited the hour!!. When I asked is the food cooked we can go half way he said the food wasn't even ready !! So how where we ever going to get our food at 20.20 ?? Do not recommend disgusting behaviour no communication just a no and a refund !

Placed order at 6 on just eat suposed to be delivered at 7 at 7.30 was told it would be soon at 8.30 was told she was getting in her car. From 9 onward there was no answer. Never got the delivery and so far no refund. Will not be ordering again!

I placed an order,as I have placed many orders in the past. The last time I placed an order or should I say my carer did on my behalf, instead of ordering chicken tikka masala she ordered chicken tikka, rice and garlic nan, it took a long time to be delivered as the nan bread was clay cold as it is always is. When the order was delivered I contacted the shop ,the lady on the.phone was very nice and offered to replace it with tikka masala. I told the lady if it was my fault i would accept it and not to bother replacing it, she insisted on putting me through to her husband who must of been the chef. He was very insistent that if I wanted the ordern replacing then iwould have to pay again. Because of this I will not be ordering again from this establishment, it just proves that money.means so much to people.

Ordered food from this takeaway when it was due to be delivered they cancelled. I called the business only to be rudely shouted at saying we dont deliver to your address even though they advertise on just eat that they deliver to my home address. They also take 50 percent of the order without telling you and you have to contact just eat to get a refund when it was the takeaway who cancelled. I would never use this takeaway again as there customer service is terrible and I'm sure they will not be around for long if they keep doing business like this. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE

Ordered a meal last Saturday online. Given delivery time of 1840. When meal an hour late, phoned Pegswood, young woman told me they were snowed under, and my meal had not left the shop. I could See on my phone that my meal was shown as delivered which obviously was incorrect. I cancelled the Order verbally, and requested the return of my card payment. Checked today, find Just Eat have Debited my account. Called Just Eat, who just referred me to the takeaway. I spend good money here At least once a week, won't be doing so again.

We ordered a meal via Just-Eat at 4.30, even though they don't open until 5.40 as we thought we'd get our order in for opening time. At 5.45 we got a message stating the order was accepted & would be delivered at 6.40, which we were happy with. But guess what - no delivery at 6.40! We waited until 7 before ringing them to see where our order was & were told it was on its way & wouldn't be long - then we waited & waited some more, then at 7.40, an hour after it was supposed to arrive, we rang them again & were told they were just starting the order! Needless to say, we told them to cancel the order as we'd just have beans on toast instead!!! If they'd been honest with us we'd have waited, but to be blatently lied to twice, we told them where they could stick it. If they were so busy, why couldn't they ring & tell us that, we'd have understood, but to blatently lie to us is just not on. We've had some decent food from this takeaway in the past but we will never go to them for food again - we just haven't got life left to waste on these people.....

Food is decent and it’s reasonably priced, however, this place has a serious problem with time. Every order to collect always takes at least 40-50 minutes, despite being told 15-20 minutes on the phone. When you arrive to collect your food it’s like you have reminded them about the order and they start cooking from your time of arrival. I’ve ordered 3 times now and have received the same experience. It’s a shame as this is my local but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Say they are going to deliver take your order and Rob you and don't even deliver your food not happy at all won't be recommended to anyone

We like the food here but sadly a couple of things let it down and i really wish the owner would take on board comments. Delivery service is very poor they tell u a time but its always way over. Quoted an hour have waited an hour and a half and 2 hours. Food good most of the time but not always consistent to the menu ie. Mix special kebab no lamb in it everytime and pieces of meat small. Tried something different today. Was awfull..crunching raw ginger & whole chillies. Dry curry .half a carton of rice. And a cold nan😐😐. Gona have to try somewhere else

I had a chicken tikka masala and it was absolutely delicious, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the area is clean and tidy. It has a great reputation in the area and is highly recommended.

Great tandoori situated in the business park which is off the main drag so could be difficult for someone who's not from the area to find. The tandoori is open kitchen style you can see your food being cooked and that's something I really like. The staff are friendly and helpful, the service is good and delivery is prompt. The food is of an excellent standard, making it a very popular tandoori.

Absolutely fantastic food. All sauces top class quality. All nan's 1st class. Meat fantasticly cooked but bits could be a little larger. Overall, best in the north. Link this place with Boulevards for pizzas in Morpeth and Ruby in Stakeford for Chinese meals and your well set! Who needs to go shopping? Well done PW. We go all over the north on hols but nothing surpasses these 3 . Off now to eat more!

only get delivery service....so i dont know if its a resteraunt or just take away....but still had to review the decor of the place to post....lol...
