Peggies Diner in North East Lincolnshire

Called in Sat 31st Aug 24.We both had a large breakfast.Everything was perfect on the plate.The staff were friendly and top with efficency and chat.We will return and let all know it is the perfect brekky in a great,clean location too.Get yourself down Wilton Rd people,you wont regret a visit to Peggy's !!

As good a full English as you can get anywhere. Great service and great food. I have only ever had the full English when eating in but the other food always looks good. Very clean and warm service

Tried several Cafes in the area for breakfast but this one is the best. Best Value Best Tasting Clean and Friendly

Me and my mates always come here for breakfast before any big sessions. Sets us up for the wekeend and it's always tasty.

Unfortunately I was recommended this place by a friend. Cheap products, everything was fried, coffee awfully weak. It's great if you want that sort of thing but I prefer quality over quantity. Sorry I didn't like it.

Tried this place on holiday and it was excellent value , me and the Mrs are big eaters but this set us up for the day , it's 2 mins outside of cleethorpes so it's realitivly quiet if I was being massively picky my one criticism would be they use cheap brown sauce that's a bit vinergery but that's just my taste I like hp lol

Usually it's spot on at Peggies, unfortunately this time, not so good. My sausage was only warm, fried egg not cooked enough it was still a bit snotty as I call it, when it still has jelly left on it. I wondered, do you have a different cook as portions also seemed a bit smaller. We shall still call again as I said it's usually spot on.

Have the big breakfast here every time and it's absolutely top notch every single time. A better full-English fry-up than anywhere else in Grimsby/Cleethorpes offers. Just a shame it's a bit hidden away in an industrial estate meaning not as many people know about it because it's not something people pass regularly. A clean and tidy place too, unlike some breakfast cafe's you see. Can't fault the staff and I always recommend Peggies when people ask where they should go for a breakfast.

What a delight this place is! The staff are mega friendly, and Colin the boss is a very personable guy. Why is this place a "secret"? Easy. It is not the easiest place to find. It is in Wilton Road Industrial Estate behind Tesco, and even when yourself in there, the cafe is not apparent. That is because it is on the ground floor inside the Cleethorpes Business Centre...you might need to ask someone, once entering this small trading estate. You will not regret it. Top value place. Very good all day breakfast for £4.50...includes a mug of tasty milky coffee. Lunch is £4.70 excl Fri when it is dearer. Good wholesome food.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived as you never know what to expect with an eatery on a trading estate. The diner was light and airy and the staff helpful. Excellent choice of food at reasonable prices. The breakfast I had was well cooked and good value.

We ate here on the way back from a wedding. My partner had been previous and liked it. My partner and Son had the everyday breakfast and I had the Big Breakfast. Plenty to eat and a very nice breakfast but only complaint was the prices.

If you like a traditional English breakfast Peggies takes some beating. The quality, quantity and value is superb. The staff are friendly, the premises are very clean and light and roomy.

One of those places where the standard of the food comes as a surprise. Excellent staff, great home style fare. Seems a tad Industrial when you go in but sit and enjoy. NOT JUST A GREASY SPOON.

Great value for money - you get massive portions for a tiny price! I work down the road and we all often do a "bun run" every now and then. No one is ever left disappointed, these buns are absolutely lovely!!!

Excellent breakfast. Great service clean and tidy. Food piping hot and breakfast is served at your table. Will definatly go again.

Great Breakfast with Nice Sausages. You Get Loads for the Money. You may have a Wait though because its more of a Contractors Café and Gets Busy. Having said that this place Caters for Everyone so worth it if your in the Area. Only issue is the Teabags are Weak so I put an Extra One in my Pocket. But not everyone likes Strong tea I guess.

Get place lovely food just how you expect a diner to be. Lots of places to sit lovely food mainly breakfasts and sandwiches. Need more of a variety of food. I had sausage and egg bun was lovely will be visiting again. Great value for money.

Visited this Diner many times with work colleagues and family, always spotlessly clean, staff very polite, and all day breakfasts great value for money. Well worth the trip.

Good value breakfasts and dinners all home cooked with good ingredients. Great salad bar options. Pleasant staff creating a good cafe/diner atmosphere.
