Firstly, I've got to say I'm disappointed... Erdinger Dunkel has been taken off tap! I've worked in Erding on many occasion and this was by far one of the best poured pints outside of Bavaria. I guess it's time to try something else.. Had food here on a few occasions, always on point. If it's a long session, just a swift pint whilst waiting for the train or a curry I highly recommend you give Peacocks a try.

Always handy to know a good 🚂 station local that opens at 12 noon on a Saturday. A fine collection of cask ales including the Fractal Pale which is brewed locally. Unfortunately no time to try the Indian Street Food today. Great service from the friendly barman who seems to be as passionate about the beers as we are 👍🏻

Had drinks and food with friends and it was great. It was busy for a Tuesday evening as they had a poker session going on which added to the atmosphere and the food was delicious!

Amazing food , bit busy so had to be patient for the food. Goan Fish curry was simply the best and Lamb curry delicious! Generous starters so do not order unless you are hungry.

I've been a few times now and their curry is amazing. Limited menu which is a good thing because what you get is really nice authentic Indian food. I had the onion pakora and the lamb curry and it was cooked to perfection. Good food with good company and a few drinks made it the perfect evening. The staff are very friendly and look after you.

I like the Peacock and the guy who runs it is really nice, but honestly, please have a word with the bar staff, cos unless this improves I'm not going back. One thing I really, really hate in a bar, and the one thing guaranteed to ensure I never go back is a lack of a welcome and basic politeness at the bar. When you walk in and the bar assistant just looks at you, not managing a "hi, what can I get you?", which just makes you feel like you're being a nuisance by even being there. And then pulls your pint, followed by "card or cash?" without even a "please" or "thankyou", just chatting to the regulars while she serves you, as though she's doing you a favour. That level of service is inexcusable, but it is exactly what I just experienced, so unless this improves I won't be going back, sorry.

I mean, it's the best place in Bingley. The food is incredible (shout out to the chicken Tikka wrap), as a craft beer fan the beer selection is always great and we always have a laugh with the bar staff! Peacock is a great place for a drink or to order a takeaway from!

First visit as recommended to go for the curry and it did not disappoint. Really tasty and good size portion

This place is a hidden gem, my wife went a week before with friends and really enjoyed it. We went as a family a week later, ordered drinks and four courses, three were superb, one was poor, I explained the issue to the manager who was understanding and sorted the situation. I would go again without hesitation.

Great place, bigger than it looks from the outside. We found seats for 4 albeit being busy. Delicious Indian street food. Spam pakora is a must. Friendly staff.

It's absolutely fabulous. We stumbled on this place by accident. Just called in for a drink whilst waiting to go somewhere else for a meal...( we didn't know anything about this place)... WOW, we loved it. Would have been quite happy spending the evening here. Ambience, staff, owner were absolutely spot on. We will return !

Although we haven't had an opportunity to visit the Peacock Bar itself yet, we were fortunate enough to encounter Peacock's pop up restaurant in Ilkley over the weekend. The food was absolutely delicious, and we also had a very enjoyable chat with the owner. We will definitely be making the journey to Bingley soon and look forward to trying more of the menu and craft beer.

Saturday 17th December 2022 This Bingley sister pub to Bradfords North parades peacock and boar and fable is a tremendous real ale drinkers paradise. Served on my visit a excelent choice of hand pumped real ales with excelent staff and local following lovely place to drink ace beer handy for Bingley Train Station

We really like this pub. Located near the station it's perfect for a last pint after a walk before boarding your train. They even have a screen live streaming updates about train departures and arrivals. Plus you can treat yourself to a curry (subject to availability) while you wait!

Goan curry was great and the samosa spring rolls work which did suprise me.

Beer was ok, but the guy behind the bar was scraping back his hair, rubbing his nose, picking his ear continuously and then taking up a glass to serve without washing his hands. Disgusting even before COVID suggested hand washing...which he didn't do! Anyone heard of staff training?

Only recently visited the Peacock and was delighted and pleased at how the place has been transformed. Superb choices of drinks and craft beers, beautiful friendly hosts (is family owned and run) and the food is to die for tasty Indian Street food, freshly cooked with quality ingredients. Probably the best spot in the whole of Bingley IMO ❣️

Came across these guys by chance at Leeds corn exchange - from just fancying a snack we added to our order to try most of what they had on offer at the pop up. Lovely owner who explained they are family recipes. Epic curries, amazing flavour and loads of meat in them. Recommend all chicken tikka and the paneer!

Four of us had lunch at Peacocks on an old fogeys day out, the service both from the bar and kitchen was excellent. Quality beers at realistic prices, and a specials lunch was available. We had 4 different options and all were well recieved. I had Chicken Vindaloo with Spinach and Chapatis, and i can certainly recommend this dish. We will certainly be returning on our next train trip

Great beers and the curry is something different. Based on street food, the menu options are limited compared to other locations, but don't let that put you off - the food is top quality and can be customised for heat preference. The friendly staff can help you get to the right option so as not to overwhelm the flavours.

Had a few pints and some food in here on Wednesday. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. The owner and staff are really friendly. Had a few deliveries over lockdown and went to their pop up at salts brewery as well. Always enjoyed it.

Ordered for the 1st time yesterday. Best takeaway curry I have had in a long time. Delivered really hot and fresh. The currys seem really high quality. A bit disappointed in the nan bread (but don't think they travel well). Definitely my new favourite.

We just called in at the Peacock in Bingley and ended up having a fantastic meal. The place is well equipped for social distancing with rearranged seating and screens between tables. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. Please support local businesses like the peacock. They have made the effort to look after their customers - make the effort and look after them👍🏻
