PB peri peri & Fried Chicken in North Hertfordshire

It was my first time eating at PB peri peri and I am very impressed not only was the the food really amazing but the service was great!

Ordered for the first time today. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpful. Ordered for my family and we have honestly enjoyed the food so much! The flavours was so good, food was hot, the chicken was so good. Will definitely be ordering again! So good. Thanks guys! X

I always come here and food is lovely but tonight I ordered the same I always get and my mouth was on fire but order nothing with spice on! Ruined the meal!

This is the best chicken shop in the area, the staff are friendly and nice, the owner is a legend and has welcomed us openly, we will be coming here after the gym most evenings for the rice box meal and at the weekend for fried chicken! Thank you PB!

Food took 1.5hrs to arrive after charging 4.99 for delivery! App said food arrived at 20:45 but actually arrived 45 mins later. Won’t be ordering again!!

Didn’t get any drink with the meal, despite ordering 2 Pepsi max, no call or communication if I wanted an something different, and for £5 delivery I would’ve expected my order in full. Disappointed.

they are normally very good with delivery but today was the worst it's ever been

Ordered online for delivery, half an hour later got a text that they have cancelled the order. Not good, so won't order again from here. Will take 3 to 5 days to process a refund, so not only do I get no food, I have to wait for a refund.

I've been going to this family run business for over a year now. The staff are extremely polite. The food has always been cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Loaded fries are delicious, too. 😋

I don't order fried chicken often but when I do it's always this place. it's been consistently good over the past 10 years and they've kept the prices sensible while others in Hitchin have not. chickens always fresh, chips are crispy and the coleslaw is really good. can't fault it. Good job 👌

On this occasion our coleslaw and sauces were missing. I only saw when I dished up. We use PB regularly and this is the first time. It is a pity as their coleslaw and PB sauce are the best!!! The rest of the order was delicious as always.

Very rude customer service. The food all out of date , ordered wings , but its smell so bad. I reviewed my order in that day but as i see they have deleted my comment. So i have to do it again. Let them people see it , if i pay money. I need food to eat not to chuk it in the bin

Rice was perfect spice, peri chicken cooked well tasted good too and the coleslaw was really good not sure what they put in it but whatever the green stuff is, tastes so good :’) best coleslaw from any takeaway I’ve had random to say but it was that good haha

Prompt friendly service. Have used these a couple of times, both via delivered takeaway and from just a walk in order. Both were with a quick service with excellent food.

That was lovely thank you, really good food from a chicken shop, if that's your idea then boom this is it. the tikka chips were outstanding 👌 listened to all of our requests. my only negative was that it arrived a bit warm rather than hot and the chips were soggy. but I would order again as the actual food was tops. I blame the delivery process for the soggy less than warm chips.

For the food, it was incredibly charred, like what it was cooked on hadn't been cleaned. I could only taste burned bits. Delivery was frustrating, they did not read the delivery instructions and banged on my door multiple times waking up all my dogs who then barked a lot and woke my family up. Quite disappointed, last time I will be ordering from here

Friendly delivery as always. The hot wings have changed. Very fatty and veiny, the coating was also soggy and nothing like they always have been. My son enjoyed his boneless meal choice as always.

Terrible, ordered off their website and if there was an option for no stars they would of got it, first and last time I order from them, they forgot my rice and my sauces (most places DON’T charge for a small pot of sauce but they do) half of my meal missing, had to wait 25 minutes for the rest of it to arrive so by the time it came the rest of my meal was cold, the chips were half cooked, spent £24 and still paid £3 delivery and £1 service charge !

Hot wings weren't very spicy! Other than that it was great

BURGER WAS GREAT, HOT WINGS WERE A BIT SLIMY.

The food was abysmal, two of the items smelt off, the fried chicken tasted like it had been covered in salt, the barbecue sauce on one of the items didn’t taste right at all, the chips were below average, and the whole thing has left my stomach rather unsettled. I will certainly never be ordering from here again. This was the first and last time!!

Food wasn’t delivered so had to cool the family food out the freezer for our movie night hopefully doesn’t happen again as we really love this place and always order on cheat days.

Chicken pieces, chicken strips and popcorn chicken were fab, the chicken nuggets were mediocre. Chips were lovely and hot and salted just right but the coleslaw was a bit weird tasting! Food arrived in good time and was well packaged.

Ordered delivery , arrived quickly still nice and hot ( Hitchin to Henlow) My fiancée ordered a boneless box, which she really enjoyed. Unusual for her as chicken isn’t her fav meat. I had the fried chicken, which was cooked perfectly, the fried chicken coating was really nice and not too salty like others. The fries were just how I like them . Would I order again ?…… most definitely, we really enjoyed it .

Ordered a 3 chicken and wings combo meal and only 2 chicken no wings

Ordered from here a few times and has always been lovely but this time order was wrong. Half chicken was supposed to be bbq but arrived cooked in spicy base. Tried calling takeaway over ten times, answered once but didn’t speak?! Then the other times straight to voicemail?

So happy the chicken tikka is back 👌🏼
