I got a burger when I didn't ask for a burger

Expensive, small portion, disgusting. Also shop was very dirty which seems like no one bothers to clean it which chicken bones left on the seat.

Someone is going to get seriously ill eating here, bought here last night and the place was colder inside than outside.. the food also matched and was cold..

When I visited London to see my friend he took me here for some quick food and it was 10/10 would def come again no cap

This establishment used to be quite friendly and inviting. However, there seems to be new management and you can clearly tell they are not friendly at all and just want you 'in & out' as quickly as possible with your money. Friday night, no wings or pieces of chicken readily available and when you ask for anything else you are given a smug or rude demeanor even though nothing is ready. I do enjoy their food but, the way things are going I will be giving a miss by a long time

Food was okay (chicken strips and chips) but the meal deal should have come with a pot of baked beans that I thought were in the bag. I also had to ask for the free drink. I got the feeling as if they were trying to rip me off. They owe me a pot of beans!

Food was ok. Pork buns I think they expected me to bake because they were running late. Need to improve customer expectation because this was a big let down.

Wow, this experience was not good. I wasn't expecting much anyway, as most of these cheap knock off KFC places taste the same and have no authenticity.. its just very cheap deep fried rubbish. My particular meal was a shocker. My fillet burger was pink inside. The pieces of chicken had a slimey consistency between coating and chicken. Wouldn't go near again! Being opposite a weatherspoons is their only saving grace, luring in the drunk

Delicious! A bit oily and grease but overall really enjoyed it! Had to wait 20 minutes for the 16 piece chicken pack but kind of worth the wait

I ordered chicken burger meal but instead I received kids meal. I told him the burger is kids size but he refused to take it. The burger is literally same size as Pringles lid.

Terrible service.... refused to give uber driver my food. Left items out of my meal. Cold food! Nasty!

Never had such a rude dealing with anyone from a restaurant over the phone. Uber eats accepted my order but the restaurant shut halfway through the order and I had a message saying only half my order was available....no good to me. The restaurant was abusive and aggressive. I cancelled my order. The person I spoke to was offensive

My order did not arrive so I phoned up the restaurant , the employee told me he didn’t have the food and could not cancel the order because it was too late (even though he should have cancelled it when he found out they ran out of the food). He then proceeded to shout at me down the phone, interrupt me and not let me get a single word in telling me I don’t understand. He told me to shush and hung up on me twice and told me to resolve the issue with Uber, he did not seem interested at all and was incredibly rude to me. I just wanted my potato wedges ): disgusting customer service I would not recommend.

Absolutely shocking service! Not everything on the menu is halal even though it says halal I have placed an order and at least they rang to say the ribs are not halal so out of good gesture I’ve said no problem just replace it with more wings etc they said no problem. An hour later they said they cannot do that and i have to cancel the order otherwise they will deliver me the order and they said it’s up to me to keep the food that I cannot eat or throw it in the bin because they need to deal with other customers and cannot waste time with my order. I’ve managed to get a full refund from Just Eat but nearly lost £10 for nothing by the restaurant!!! Highly recommend to AVOID this restaurant otherwise you will get scammed one way or another!

Food is delicious, fresh and the prices are reasonable. My favorite items are the BBQ wings and the chicken wrap. Staff is friendly, with good service and the place looks clean. Would definitely recommend!

The Thai Green Curry was good as always but disappointed with Special Fried Rice had just chicken and few baby shrimp...I have ordered before so could see the difference missed out on the other meats...please keep in mind going forward...

So happy I came across this restaurant! Amazing food. We got the Peking duck with pancakes, some dim sum and Indonesian fried rice. Everything was outstanding and delicious. Would definitely recommend ordering here! Delicery was early too, which was great.

Thai green curry was very thick. I ordered a vegetarian one and a prawn one but could not find any prawns in the prawn dish. Apart from this, the rest of the order was great!

Looked for a good Chinese delivery for years and stumbled across Paya. Hot, tasty and great value. Just Eat were very quick as always.

The Quality of the Food was bad and Looks like it was heated in microwave and not freshly cooked. Will not be ordering again.

Not bad food although extremely hot which kind of ruined it for us- we like hot food but this was overpowering so much that we couldn’t taste much of the food. Would help if cartons were labelled with contents - we ordered one Thai dish and one Chinese and we couldn’t really tell which one was which! Service was good but Don’t think we will order again.

Delivered to wrong address. Issue is with just eat app, however, it doesn’t help with the supplier shouting down the phone to you and the driver telling you not to order through them. Poor understanding from the supplier.

Food was very late, deep fried wonton were in fact spring rolls. In the noodles there was more onion and bean sprouts than noodles and no flavour what so ever! Even the spicy beef was bland. Too bad, we were hopeful!

I ordered the Thai green curry with tofu. Whilst the delivery was right on time and food piping hot, this wasn’t like any Thai green curry I’d had before. It was a disappointing mixture of congealed thickener and coconut cream. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Was disappointing. My sesame prawn toast was just fried bread with sesame seeds on top, literally no prawns, not even the thinnest layer, zero! The crispy balls were good but on the whole not a great meal

Really fancied Thai food, so took a chance on Paya as they were one of 2 restaurants open for delivery at the time. Although the food was delivered very early and was piping hot it was absolutely tasteless. We love Thai food and the food did not even come close to the described menu or seem freshly cooked. I'm pretty sure its frozen food that's heated due to the delivery time being so swift. I have to say it was the worst Thai food I've ever had. Won't be ordering from Paya again.

Used Paya many times. The food is good, portions are a nice size and delivery is quicker than expected. Crispy duck is very good.

Food was bland though decent sized portions. Main disappointment was no contact delivery meant the driver wouldn’t even come into the building. I am on the 3rd floor and struggle with stairs so really unhappy about that. He told me it was “the management” who had instructed him not to come to the door to deliver. I can’t see what risk he would be exposed to in an empty stairway. On principle won’t eat from here again.

Satay chicken was dry and chewy like eating rubber, green curry was taste less, excessively thick mush. Phad Thai was ribbon noodles mixed in a store bought sweet sauce. Singapore noodles nice And delivery time was very quick, is good but that means how much of that was pre-cooked and just warmed through?

I ordered 2 tofu curry’s they gave me 2 vegetable, this is unacceptable.

1st time using this establishment.. I can only comment on the ribs as this is what I ordered. One word- horrendous! Definitely not Favorite ribs for me...should be awarded 5 stars for the worst ribs. Hardly any meat on them, the meat that I did find beneath the stodgy 1 inch thick coating was dry and hard. Making me feel sick again thinking about it. Anyway.. chicken might be nice but I won't be risking that.

The food was awful. Inauthentic Thai food, the worst I've ever had. My guests and I enjoyed the free prawn crackers more than the dishes we ordered. Unfortunately a total waste of food, and money.

Wrong food, ordered Thai Red Curry, Thai Green Curry was delivered. Unfortunately my wife cannot eat Thai Green Curry so ended up eating just coconut rice.

I’ve ordered from Paya numerous times and it’s always been fresh and delicious!

Flavours were good but the chicken satay contained very little chicken and the green curry very few prawns. The curry was thick ,sludgy and a curious pinky beige colour .Sad as we had an excellent delivery meal from Paya a couple of years ago. .

Tried for the first time today as our previous Chinese wasn’t very good. The food was absolutely delicious. Well worth the money and great portion sizes. Thank you !

A lot of dodgy Chinese and Thai restaurants around. This isn't one of them. Food was very well cooked, correct spices. Flavour was on point and portion sizes were good. Thanks guys.

The menu is not visible. Staff not very helpful. Asked for well cooked chicken and they said do not worry as will be well cooked- arrived home the chicken was not cooked properly, very pink inside - had to throw in the bin. The portion of chips very small as well. Not impressed at all, actually very concerned seeing that they selling raw chicken which we have to give to ear to our kids. Never again will but from this place.
