Ordered 7 items received only 5, Needless to mention the telephone guy who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this restaurant at all cost.

Great Job Satisfied service, I never visited similar restaurant but the service and the food was fantastic👌👌 I would come next time if I come back into the area. Thank you Nema and Nabokov for the wonderful service. Great job.

Went to Pavillion for the first time today and had the best experience ever. Food 10 out of 10, service 10 out of 10. I don’t know what other reviewers are saying but every one had a mask on, enough social distance and staff super friendly and accommodating. Keep up the great work and I would recommend them anytime.

3rd class food with 3rd class standards.. how have trading standards not closed this thing down.. avoid at all cost they overcharge and then save money on missing all the sauces and salad you chose.. don’t even wanna know what kind of meat their using.. my wrap came as dry as their wives

Over the last 10-15 years Pavillon Rouge was arguably the no.1 Doner Kebab Shop in West London. However over the last few years it has been slowly on the decline. I remember their Doner kebab meat during this time being absolutely exceptional and miles ahead of anyone else's lamb meat.... but about 3-4 years ago they changed their Doner meat and it went from being this fantastic wafer thin juicy tasting meat to a processed generic meat. People would come just for the meat.I have been back a few times in the last few years, but yesterday was really dissapointing. I went back hoping for improvements but the meat hadn't changed. What made it worse was my Doner kebab meat was burnt (could of just been a one of to be fair, but was annoying) and what was even worse was how GREASY the whole Doner wrap was and also the packaging was dripping in grease - something not associated with Pavillon Rouge.....ever. Super sad times as it looked like the staff honestly was completely oblivious to all this, as they still get people coming in to buy. But for me its not all about quantity, its quality too. I would strongly encourage the owners or staff to give their point of view as I feel like I speak for a good few friends from around the Hounslow area.. Also I find it incredibly unprofessional reading other similar negative reviews and all the Owner can say is 'Thanks for your visit'. Surely you want to improve your business based off loyal honest customer feedback :/

I have been loyal customer to Pavilion Rouge for over 15 years and highly recommend it to friends and colleagues. We drove there specially from Perivale to our favourite kebab shop and didn’t care the journey was quite long- it used to be well worth it! Unfortunately the past two times we have been has been very poor. Prices have increased and portions much smaller and lacking taste. We visited today hoping the standard may have returned, but unfortunately it has become much worse!!I ordered a lamb doner with 3 salads and garlic sauce. I started to eat the kebab and noticed loads of yellow hot liquid dripping from the bottom. I was hoping it was just the juice from the meat but to my horror this was thick grease. This was inedible and disgusting. It looked like a candle had been dripping on tissue paper with all the hard fat and there was loads of it! This is no exaggeration.If I lived nearer I would have returned it and demanded a refund, but I threw the lot in the bin. Shame on you. I will never return !

I have been here a few times before so I suggested to my friends to come here. We got a large table at the back it was freezing Cold. One of my friends we t to the front and ordered 3 platters and some appetizers. We get a bowl of Hummus no pita bread than he brings us wings still no pita than he gets us pita and chips with curry sauce we have no plates. By the time we get our drinks still no PLATES. He brings the first platter still no plates and no pita.He goes and gets the 2nd platter and 2 baskets of pita. The 3rd Platter eventually arrives the food is like warm and tasteless.After we finish eating the MESS on the table have not been removed. We ordered 4 TEAS as he brings them he is having a hard time finding space to put the POTS.Anyways it was a disaster and I felt embraced taking them there

Ordered large chicken shawarma, which was turnout to be horrible wrap I could only eat half of the portion and throw the rest in the bin. The chicken meat was cold and chewy. It takes ages to get your order in and have to wait long time. Bit too expensive for my liking. I'm sure there are plenty of other places for kebab around Hounslow. Fingers crossed I hope I dont get food poisoning after eating the wrap. Not recommended.

We’ve been coming to Pavillion for over 10 years now but recently made a large order for a group of 20 people.The service was great from Mohammed and he ensured an amazing spread was provided with all grilled meat, salads, mezzes and sauces. It’s a shame we don’t have any photos - no one could wait!! The food was very tasty and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.We’ll definitely be going back!

Can’t believe it’s taken me so long to actually eat here after I’d heard so much about it.Well unlike most things in life this restaurant has totally exceeded expectations. Initially unsure as it has a very small shop front but welcomed by a very well stocked counter with numerous salad options, went for a lamb shish with kofta combo. Very courteous staff with so many sauce options, on eating I can honestly say I’ve never tasted such good well cooked lamb and gorgeous kofta. Hoping to get back soon.

We ordered mint tea and burgers, at 1 o clock at night. Seemingly, the only restaurant open past night serving such delicious eatery. I thoroughly enjoyed my time. They have tables and chairs to eat-in behind their counter with dim lights and music for good feel. The surroundings are beautifully decorated with the ethnic dresses and some paintings for display. Even past midnight, I saw so much rush at this place. This could only mean one thing: its pretty damn good! Service takes about a good 20 minutes.

Ordered charcoal hot and spicy full chicken. Can honestly say there was no spice to the chicken. Never had a bad take out. Will most certainly never go there again.

Been going here for years so not sure why I didn't review it sooner! One of the main reasons I continue to come back here after 10+years is because the food is consistently excellent. I cannot remember a bad experience here and that is as a result of the level of expertise the guys cooking the food hold and how well they maintain their setup. Easily the best lebanese around here and dare i say it top 3 in London! If you want unique flavours and fantastic range of sides and salads, this is the place to go!

We have tried and failed to enjoy a meal from here for some time. We’ve been customers for in excess of 15 years but that patronage has now ended.The food is dire. Cheap rubbery meat, dry tasteless shawarmas. The staff lack manners and customer service. This used to be the best shawarma place around but over time now ranks as a 2/10.

Ordered king size chicken shawarma, . The wrap was tiny, was a large at best..Tasted bland. Overpriced for tasteless food. Only positive was the salad. Would not visit again after this experience. You can get better chicken shawarma elsewhere.

Just came from this place and ordered 3 shawarmas and 1 shish. The food was bland but what makes it worse is the staff. I didn't find anyone who could clearly understand our order. The guys started fighting among eachother and one guy just left order in the middle complaining his colleague shouting on him which left me speechless and shocked. They charged me twice on my card and later voided so I have my money hanging between them and my bank. I ordered large portions and was given small. Overall the customer services has been awful and staff rude. Please avoid this place.

We waited so long for the staffs to take our order plus more time for the food to be ready. All the other late customers got their food before us. And then we came back home to eat burnt food. Never visiting again...

Ordered a simple mixed grill and waited over 25 minutes. Lots of Asian males came in and they all got their food before ours. The charcoal was not working and guy cooking was too busy chatting to customers and mates. We got our food just before mid night. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman

This was the worst experience! From telling us that they couldn’t serve tap water and had to pay for bottled water, messing up the orders, telling me that the gravy was vegetarian for me to later discover that was a lie and then physically pushing my friends and snatching menus when we were trying to calculate what we owed so that they could overcharge us for things that we didn’t receive.

Went there late night aftet gym. The front was deceiving i thought it was a take away joint. As i followed my friend through the KITCHEN to this hidden seating GEM COZY chairs nice little set up about 20 seater. The music in the back ground was just right not interfering with our conversation. I had SHISH KOFTA WITH CHIPS . It was well presented and the KOFTA with all the salads and sauces. Great tasting the fries even though frozen were well fried and crispy. The portion were large. Will go AGAIN to try other item's

I have only visited once, but it was a very pleasant experience. Some items on the menu reasonably priced, others a little expensive for what is essentially a kebab shop. The quality of the meat was good and the flavour was delicious. The seating area out the back is authentic Tunisian style and a hidden delight.

Decent Kebab house with a small seated area at the back. Always busy day and night. Lots on the menu and everythin very tasty. Not the best quality by any means but good for something quick or cheap or late night :)

The place is clean and tidy. You get to see the staff make the food in front of you which is brilliant. Excellent customer service and tasty food at reasonable prices.

Me and my buddy went to the Pavilion on a Sunday evening. What an absolute delight! The food was amazing and the ambience of the seating area spot on. It is rare that a small family business on the outskirts of London actually does more than what is strictly necessary to give the customer a wonderful experience of both food and service. Top recommendation.

Love this place they certainly are the best burgers and kebabs in London. The food is made fresh and tastes delicious. The selection of salads is home made and completely different to the standard kebab house, I would recommend a side of Bombay potatoes. Will certainly keep coming back to this place.

I used to like this place, but I went there today and was hugely disappointed. My chicken shawarma was lukewarm, soggy and bland and my chips were stale. Never again.

I went to get a Chicken shish kebab and when my food was ready I wanted to pay by card. I had no cash on me and I know they accept cards, because I have been there many times.

We used to go here, but lamb doner kebab became very greasy and had something unpleasant in chicken kebab. Spicy potato and chilli sauce are lovely Undecided if we would visit again as whilst eating doner you can feel your arteries clogging

Got served after 5 other customers even though I had arrived and ordered first. To make it worse the lamb shish I ordered was extremely bland,didn't even finish it. Definitely won't be coming back.

I and two of my friends went to this place literally every Friday night. Upon a visit about a month ago we have stopped for good. We went in on a Friday as we always do... we ordered our food. The starter we got, humous, was literally the smallest portion I had ever seen. I think even a begger would have refused to accept that portion. We assumed that it was a genuine mistake so we approached one particular member of staff. To our amazement, he said "sorry this is the portion size". Hmmmm.

Pav Rouge is the best kebab shop for miles. If you want a proper authentic kebab then this is the place for you. Always busy, and always delicious. I eat here all the time.

Highly recommended, we always stop for shawarmas to take to the office. Great choice of salads and dressings. Best around!

Went in for my second donner meat and chips from there (to make sure the first one wasn't just a brilliant fluke!) and wow, the food is fresh, the hot sauce is hot and the service is swift and polite!

Was stopping across the road at Best Western Park Grand hotel and bored of there buffet restaurant. Ordered a king size chicken sish which came with free fries . Food was superb with great choice of salads and sauces .will happily return

Am so surprised this place has only just arrived on tripadvisor. Have been to this place so many times and can honest say it's so good ! You have to try the spicy potatoes they are amazing as is the chicken fillet !

Me and my mate always do a large order here once a week, food and variety of salads always freshly displayed, friendly team and fast service, one of the best places to eat in Hounslow and opened late which is a bonus

Popped in on the off chance while passing through. Excellent food, excellent service and a dedicated seating area to the rear of the counter (just ask). Would highly recommend either for a late night snack or a sit down meal! Perfect!

This place is very small, so no tables to sit down, take away is the only option! The food is really great, one of the best kebabs I ever had in London. The service is polite and fast. Parking might be trick. Overall highly recommended!
