Up visiting family and came to the park with my niece. Had some lunch at the Pavillion cafe. Srrvice was great and the food was exceptional. The Eggs Pavillion was beautiful. Will definitely be back next time I am visiting the family.

Astonished to find that whilst the cafe was open, they wouldn't sell us a take away cup of tea as it was 3.45 and there was no one else waiting. Amazingly you can't get anything to eat after 3.30 even though the cafe is open with at least three staff "working"... What's the point in having a cafe in a park full of Summer holiday visitors next to the great kids playground and not serving basic refreshments ? Someone needs to shake this place up and manage it properly. A new low in customer service.

Although advertised online cafe closes at 4 pm i entered at 2.50 to be told hot drinks are not served after 2.45. What was more a kick in the teeth a woman had skipped in front of me was served hot drinks I also had to wait over 5 mins while a woman couldn't get her card to work inbtheir machine. Im in the park constantly walking my dog but I'll never set foot in the cafe again.

Had a brilliant NY deli sandwich here. Was surprised to see it on the menu expecting normal cafe fare, so had to try. Have to say it was great!!! Looked fab and taste to match. Big appreciation to the young lad that made it.

Popped in today and had the homemade tomato soup with a Morton's roll. Best soup I've had in ages. Nice setting in the park.

Great cafe, food is lovely, staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Especially in these strange times we are in just now when we all have to adapt to different ways of life. Could be doing with more staff as the ladies were run ragged when I visited but still had a welcoming friendly smile.

Operates as a Training Centre for the benefit of vulnerable people in the community. This will often mean being served by one of the client group. Alternatively, they may be working behind the scenes in food preparation or cleaning tasks. Unfortunately the Work Connect Charity client group is currently excluded due to the restrictions of Covid-19, however the café continues to operate as a limited take-away service within the park. It is very well supported by the local community.

We live in Blackpool and visited here when we stayed with friends in Dumbarton. A super varied menu of hot and cold food and all at VERY reasonable prices! The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. I will definitely be visiting here again! Thank you

Love the cafe. Good atmosphere. Food reasonably priced. Staff friendly. Would be goid to get more dairy free or vegan options as lactose intolerant. Ingredients chart for menu items would help.

The staff in this cafe are really nice, just a pity that the ones behind the scenes couldn't run a drunken night in a brewery. Promotes healthy eating yet charges more for a bottle of water than they do for a fizzy drink. Hmmm, okay then. Although the staff are really nice they are treated like dirt. A family friend also was in & waited 40 mins for a lukewarm coffee. Better off going to rigos on the high street or benvenuti in dumbarton east. Waste of money giving it to the money grabbers in the council.

Popped into the cafe after the local art exhibit in the pavillion. As it was a cold wet day the fennel soup sounded ideal. It was. 2 soups with rolls, a coffee, pot of tea a scone with jam an a slice of chocolate cake. All lovely. Very tasty soup and everything else, and a proper bargain at under £12. This is a great resource in the park.

We decided to have a family day out at the levengrove park as we had heard a cafe had opened up within the park. The park was great but the cafe was less than great. We decided to go in as a family and get a quick snack. I ordered a toastie which one getting was burnt so just tasted of burnt toast :( . We tried to order drinks but we were informed they had ran out of milk (surely there are shops close by that sell milk???) We got some cakes the millionaire short bread was okay but the sponge cake was stale and just not very nice. In the future I think we may just being a picnic.

Always enjoy a coffee at this cafe. Have to sit outside with your dog which I don't mind but when so many places are becoming dog friendly it seems strange the cafe isn't.

My wife and I visited the gorgeous park before making our way to a holiday flat. The park was a revelation, even in late September it's flower beds were a riot of colour. The best surprise was the Pavillion café - good food and super coffee to aid two weary travellers.

The grounds and kids play park are great! Our little boy loved his time running around, however our visit to the cafe was disappointing. The loose leaf tea and hot chocolates were nice enough, however the service left much to be desired and the cakes and scones were dry and unappetising.

Had a few hours to spare on a visit to the Jubilee Hospital. SatNav found this for us. Brilliant discovery. Beautiful park with wheelchair friendly walks and great views. And the café was exactly what we were looking for - friendly service, wholesome food and prices that could only be dreamed of in Aberdeen!

Lovely place for a quick bite to eat. Indoor and outdoor tables ( all under cover). Simple but good food. Good for breakfast lunch or a coffee. Surroundings are amazing. It's a really strong community venture as a side note.

Stopped here last week after a walk with friends. We had delicious onion soup and french toast at a reasonable cost. It was sunny so we sat outside and enjoyed the view, staff were friendly and efficient. Will definately return again next time we are in the park.

Beautiful wee cafe in gorgeous Levengrove Park in Dumbarton. Great choices of toasties and sandwiches as well as french toast, scrambled eggs on toast, filled rolls and very tasty home made soup served with a cheese scone. Prices are great value. Bowl of soup and cheese scone is only £2.50. Lattes etc are £2 and piping hot. Wonderful home baking and crepes made fresh on order. The staff are lovely, very friendly and professional. You will not regret popping on here for breakfast (open from 10 to 4), lunch or coffee and cake.
