Paulie's Cafe in Rochdale

Unfortunately, my latest experience, wasn't the best. Over 2hrs from ordering to delivery. Ordered the chicken risotto, very bland and the chicken was dry and tasteless.

I ordered a take away via Uber Eats. The driver couldn't find my house and did not deliver my order and I found the driver had said on Uber Eats that it had been delivered. Called restaurant and was spoken to aggressively and told Uber drivers not their responsibility. Will be contacting my bank as to me this smells of a nice scam and they have taken our money for the food ordered. CCTV shows the driver never arrived. Disgraceful behaviour and attitude. Do not order from these people.

Had a reservation… heard nothing & drove past it on the way to work a couple of days before & all the windows boarded up… Not sure if RIP or good riddance….

Don't use this take away. They will steal your money, not deliver the food you ordered and will not answer the phone. Stay away if you like to keep your money.

Server had no personality, quite abrupt & offered little help when we were trying to order something we hadn’t had before. He decided to clear the table when one of us were still eating, reaching across the persons face! Rude. A larger group arrived, he was very attentive & looked after them. Clearly trying to obtain a tip! I hope he gives a smile if he gets one. The service at this place has been substandard now on a few occasions!
