Antonio's Italian Kitchen & Pizzeria in Rochdale

This place is really good. I like it a lit I do. The pasta is far better than my wife's. In fact I've been here a few times and all the food here is indeed better than my wife's cooking... I will marry your chef man or woman just for their cooking... especially the person who makes pasta... they need a raise!!!!

Order from here often and this is my first review the new spicy pizza sauce was tasty and not to spicy for myself, garlic bread is always on point and the blue cheese mushrooms are the go to for me every time keep up the good work guys. Never been let down.

We have ordered numerous times from here. Unfortunately, the order last night will be the last time we order unless there is an improvement with the food. We ordered a couple of months back and that's where the food had changed. Decided to try again but it's the same. The lasagne is now a drippy mess. It's too cheesy and well doesn't look anything like a lasagne anymore! Chip portions have shrunk. Chicken risotto is bland, too little rice. The pizza is not the same either. Margarita was really salty. Delivery was 90mins and the delivery driver asked whether I had ordered before and whether the food was any good. To which I replied 'it's okay'. I'm not sure what's happened, but it's overpriced and the food standard has dropped immensely.

I've been out of the country a few months thought I would order a takeaway from my favourite..could not believe what I've just received..lasagne frozen cold no meat ,pizza floppy bland cold..what's going on ?? I seriously don't doing reviews like this ..but honestly gobsmacked because I've never ever had a bad takeaway from this place in the past.

2 months ago ,Just been taken over by new management so that's why I gave it 3 stars I complained had pics of everything we spent a lot 4 adults and couple of kids ,but it the was they put it right for me 50% offer had a pizza and it was great so was the lovely manager Sharlot thank and I hope u doing well I could see how hard you were working to make that food go out, hope you have lots of success for the future thanks pete

unfortunately we could tell it was a new chef. chicken with creamy mushroom sauce was nowhere near as good as usual. not enough flavour in the sauce and too many onions. chips weren't as crispy. such a shame as that was one of my fave takeaway meals.

Beat food I feel like this is the best pizza I ever had in this year. And also the stuff are very polite the food is nice they are very clean is well over all the best take way

Phenomenal pizza, honestly it's hands down the best pizza I've ever had. The crust is so perfectly light that the box almost feels empty when it just has a margarita inside. Fries are often overlooked as just a side but the fries here are skin on and fantastic too, I had a salad this time and I polished the lot. The best part of Antonio's is the consistency when it comes to quality, it never dips.

Had great pizzas many times before but my latest experience was a great let down. The toppings were scarce and the pizza crust was overcooked, making it quite hard. Disappointed.

My boyfriend and I had a take away from here on Saturday evening and it was gorgeous, the pizza was great and the peppercorn chicken is really worth a try, we loved the tiramisu and such good portions. We also had bruschetta, lasagna and wings and everything was spot on. Great little place one our doorstep we’ll be back

ordered burgers, not near as good as they have been in past. burgers were pink in the middle and not very nice.

The pepperoni pizza was delicious and the spaghetti bolognese was so flavourful and steaming hot!

Had 2 Antonios pizza and 1 Pepperoni after it being nearly 15 minutes late the pepperoni was fine as you can't get that wrong no matter whos cooking it But the Antonios pizza with the chutney and BBQ sauce didn't go well especially when the chutney is cooked with the rest of the toppings It tasted strange were if the chutney had been applied after the rest had cooked, it might of been more edible and taste the chutney To eat this I HAD TO add sauce to it Shame really as it was recommended here

We ordered two pizza and a goats cheese mushroom starter. Wow it was amazing. Everything was so tasty the pizza sauce was beautiful. I would highly recommend it did take 50 minutes to get to us but it was worth the wait and we did order at 6pm on a Friday so would be waiting that time for any take away. This will be our new regular place for Italian. The pizzas was huge and very filling

food was absolutely gorgeous. first time trying here and loved it. coleslaw was missing but nevermind. will definitely buy from here again. cheers guys :D

Very hard to rate Antonio’s. Great food but terrible customer service, they cancelled our order once they learnt it was terribly late. The girl who answered the phone hearing angry customer (that was me🙊🙈) was terrible rude. Instead of calming me down, speaking sweet, assuring our order is coming and soon, comforting us, trying to win us over as first time customers - she just cancelled our order and put the phone down. What kind of customer service is that ‼️⁉️

Tasty Italian style pizza’s. Great quality

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I was a little disappointed. The bruschetta came with plain pizza bread instead of crispy toasted bread, I binned the dough. The pasta and other sauces were too salty for me. I feel it could be lovely, just a few changes needed. Sorry.

The best place for Italian food. Always on time, always arrives nice and hot. The pasta is lovely and fresh and great portion sizes for the price. They always listen to any changes/requirements you have and I've never had an issue with this place. Thank you once again for a lovely meal :)

OUTRAGEOUS. Our food hasn't been delivered after 1.5 hours of waiting. Nobody is answering the phones, replying to Facebook messenger, or responding to emails. (Actually the email address provided by the takeaway on Google reviews isn't even active. ) They've taken our money and left us with nothing. They have ruined our evening of celebrations and can't even be bothered to answer the phone to explain themselves. We will pursue this takeaway for fair justice.

Just got a pizza from here and it was disgraceful the pizza was undercooked and had so much cheese on it you couldn’t even see what the topping were on it whoever the chief is needs a lesson in cooking please avoid this place and don’t waste your money!!

Absolutely superb food I got a starter man and garlic bread with cheese and there was plenty of food, piping hot even after a twenty minute drive home and we loved every mouthful. Definitely going to be back on a regular basis

Usually order standard pizza but nephew is coeliac (gluten free) so ordered gluten free . Genuinely cannot tell the difference which is rare! Recommended for any coeliac struggling for decent take away

This is too good to be called take-away food. Ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. The pizza was beautiful. Thin with a delicious crust and plenty of fresh toppings. The pasta was tasty and not too al dente. Sauce was rich but not overbearing and the chicken perfectly cooked. This is the kind of meal you might get at a restaurant such as Bella Italia rather than the usual take-away stodge that occasionally passes for Italian. If you fancy an Italian meal but can’t be bothered going out then this is for you.

Both gallic breads were very undercooked and all the toppings fell off

2nd time we have tried to order food from here to be told they are closed. The first occasion, they weren't taking orders yet, even though it was 5.05pm and opening hours state open at 5pm. Second occasion, It was 9.25pm and their opening times were until 10pm. The staff were also rude on both occasions.

Portion size 🤣 to small imo everything else is spot on. The two young women are very pleasant and welcoming. The rest of the staff are spot on as well. Highly recommended and the prices are really good.

Middleton is spoilt with Antonio’s, it’s far better than any other pizzerias locally and the pizzas are as good as any I’ve had anywhere…the fries are pretty damn good also.

Never ordered from here before, but wow! wish we’d have done it sooner! Superb food! Highly recommend!!!

Had a great pizza a few weeks ago but more recently had a burger and it was a huge disappointment.

Was a great place for the past few years. Very expensive but you didn't mind for the quality. For the past few months that quality has gone down and down. Last night meal was a pasta dish and the mushrooms was full of soil. The pizzas had a lack of toppings and the lads buger was not inviting at all. Sorry to say I'll be looking for a new place to use for our Friday night meals.

Gorgeous food, which arrived piping hot, and we don't live that close to the take away. All generous portions, we all thoroughly enjoyed our pasta with rich tasty sauces, pizzas, burgers and garlic breads. We will be ordering again soon.

ingredients and crust was good, doh wasn't the best, i was inside waiting to order but the young man took the telephone order before asking mine although i was waiting 5minutes before the phone rang other than that the in house had cool vibes, definitely the best local pizza, looking forward to trying more.

Brilliant food! I stumbled across this place on Google and I'm so glad I did! I ordered two pizzas and they turned up really hot and fresh. They were not greasy like normal takeaway pizza they were lovely! Can't reccomend this place enough.

Popped in whilst working in the area as it looked nice, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pizza is amazing and a step above any ive tried elsewhere, the toppings are proper. Thank you for great service and top quality food.

I love Antonio's. The food is lovely and the cheesecake is to die for. I have one issue with the cheesecake. It used to be a generous slice cut from what had to be a big thick cheesecake. For over 4 pounds it was worth paying. It is now served In a plastic tub. It's like biscuit base is packed in and fills the tub and a thin scraping of the cream cheese put on top. For the same price! Same gorgeous taste though, but lower the price if you're going to scrimp on the topping.

Food absolutely beautiful, ordered takeaway for delivery came very promptly, lovely freindly driver. Food was piping hot when it got here and absolutely gorgeous really fresh. The only thing I'd like to see is a thing called vesuveo (we've had at another Italian and it's gorgeous) on the menu a chilli, garlic and tomato puree type bread, then you can add cheese. Highly recommended and we will be ordering again from here. 😋

Very good quality food, definitely restaurant quality. Got my order wrong but not the end of the world. Quite expensive but worth it.
