We went on a whim and were certainly not disappointed It is a bit expensive with their Malabar Creamy Chinese dish coming in at nearly 20 quid but it was absolutely divine We were very tempted by the largest thali ever that is served here but we felt that it would be an overkill. It was a mistake though because we ended up having la carta and ended up spending similar kind of money We went with the smaller mix thali which is half veg and half non veg plus the Malabar Creamy chicken and naan The kheema was very flavorsome, very well done The dhaba chicken had a fire to it and the malai chicken and malai broccoli balanced it nicely The dal makhni was a surprise. It was very we well done. The chole were a bit dry , I would have liked more gravy Overall the dinner was very satisfying, highly recommended The decor gives you railway vibes inline with the name 'Patri' meaning railway tracks. Wooden chairs and peculiar taps in the bathroom all look genuine

I have been a regular at patri in Northfields. Always get takeaway via Deliveroo. The food has been inconsistent and I have given them enough chances. Deliveroo kindly put credit back on my account after I complained. Since September the food has been a joke. Robata chicken 3 pieces is £9.38. I expect a decent quality. Food came cold, the chicken was old and hard to cut. The saag paneer was cold. Definitely not fresh. The paneer was vile. I also ordered the seekh kebab 3 pieces. Took out and it smelt. Was so greasy and hard. Totally unacceptable. The takeaway I ordered 18th November, I took the takeaway and dropped off at the restaurant. The manager was not available. Stop giving disgusting food and charging ridiculous prices. The place has gone downhill big time. I’ll never be going back.

My husband and I went there with our brilliant friends for a special birthday celebration, My husband and I have recently moved to the area, but they have lived in Northfields for years. Patri is a go to takeaway for them and they know this is the kind of food I love. I am very fussy. mostly vegetarian and sometime pescatarian and like high quality and well spiced food. WOW! The food here is AMAZING. I could eat it every day for a year and not be disappointed. We all loved what we ordered and loved what we shared. I am about to order a take -a -away for my husband and I and have also recommended for to a friend who is celebrating with her family this weekend to order from Patri too!

Hands down, the most delicious meal I've had this year and the restaurant has a lovely, vibrant atmosphere. What a pleasure! Even my fussy kids were delighted to explore new tastes and were blown away by the chocolate samosas! The fish thali is exceptional as were the boyfriend chaat, pani puri and the daals. There is something original about the place, everything is beautifully considered and convivial. My whole family had a memorable time and savoured so many delicious foods. Great selection for vegans, many vegetarian and meat dishes and the drinks menu is unusually creative with craft beers and cocktails. Service was excellent. I'd forgotten how enjoyable it can be to go out for a great meal. Price was very reasonable while the cuisine was superb.

This is one of the finest North Indian restaurants in London and for us the best in Ealing. Superb food, both in quality and variety. Lovely service too. Highly recommended. Roger Nellist, Sham Jacob and family.

Had dinner here with my partner yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. There is SO much choice that George (who was fab) happily took us through the menu. Puneet was also so lovely and made the best pornstar martini we’ve ever had! 10/10 service and food, will definitely be returning.

I ordered the thali non veg, it was delicious. So nice to see a different menu. Although mine was non veg it did also have veg dishes. The paneer was soft not rubbery and beautiful delicate taste, never had it like this before. It was all cooked to perfection. Service was very good too, staff are lovely.

We live quiet close to this place so we decided to give it a go and we did not regret it. The service was great and we could not fault the food as it was delicious. We had the sharing selection for two as we wanted to try everything and it was all very tasty. We were also very impressed with the vast and diverse tap beer selection that they had here. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend this establishment if you fancy a curry.

Just gone to Patri Northfields after being advised it was fantastic from others...what a waste of time and huge amounts of money. The food is awful infact this is actually embarrassing that Patri call their food indian. It is tasteless, bland, small portions, over priced, over rated and completely a waste. The dishes that are "makhan" i.e. butter are all used with the same base which tastes like tomato soup...truly disappointing. £130 plus for 4 people is extortionate when the food is not as it should be. Will Not be going again and will never recommend.

Came here to try their ‘artisan street food’ and craft beer… First three craft beers on the menu they didn’t have so asked for the 4th one. They brought out a completely different beer which I didn’t want so asked for the final one on the list. They brought it out and the can was warm. At this point I’d given up. I didn’t wanna call them over again so I just asked for a glass with ice. We ordered a lamb, chicken and potato dish, the lamb was decent the chicken and potato dishes were bland. Won’t be back. Service was good- could not fault it however food was very disappointing. Chaat was acceptable but the vegetarian thali was swimming in oil and lacking in flavour too. It was also overpriced. We shared a starter and thali and it was over £50 - for street food experience - which was not enjoyable. I would not go back.

A nice concept authenticating the Indian railway bit. Service is super friendly too. But the food is terribly overpriced and not upto the level expected for that money. 3.50£ for a tiny bowl of steamed rice!!! Curries are greasy and not authentic. Couple of things like tandoori paneer and chaats have flavours but not overtly so. Too much usage of oil and fats. Starters are better than mains. Cocktail had no alcohol in it. All in all you would be better eating from a Central London restaurant considering the astronomical prices of simple things like a naan bread and flavoured soda. Never going back

Again and again, we find ourselves coming here (and in dire times, ordering take away), for the superb food, flavours that explode in your mouth, rich vegan menu and the wonderful service. The music (in reasonable volume that allows a conversation!) Is an additional perk.
