Amazing afternoon tea with a French twist. Delicious savoury and sweet selection. Brilliant service too. Will be back

I ordered 10 takeaway afternoon teas for a friend's 50th birthday celebration at my home. The food was boxed beautifully, it was all fresh and had a lovely French twist to it. The lady at the cafe was a pleasure to deal with & everything was ready for collection on time, she even included tea bags. The celebrations was a great success.

Fantastic pastries and cakes. Stopped here with my son for a coffee and a pastry. Left with several delicious cakes, to eat later.

Had Afternoon Tea here today, the food was amazing, so fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again. The staff are so attentive, friendly and very proud of the food and the care that goes into making it. Treat yourself and visit!

Hi, i ordered a mango & raspberry sponge birthday cake from here, have to say, it was absolutely fabulous, the best birthday cake i've ever had, moist, not to sweet, but beatifully light. l had absolutely no complaints from anyone and the whole cake got demolished ;-) These cakes cannot be compared to your run-of-the-mill cake shops that churn out 10's of cakes a day from a brochure, this place is a little bit special. You definately get what you pay for here.

I visited because of the good reviews, the food was nice but the staff (2 of them in particular) were so rude that it's put me off going there again. Life is too short to be rude.. be nice! ( I really thought twice about writing this but if the owners read it and change their attitude, maybe other customers may benefit)

My husband and I had an afternoon tea at Brione today and I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough!!! All the savoury and sweet treats was of top quality - as good as any top hotels in London! The lady owner of the place and her daughter really looked after us. It was really a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back to Brione to try their opera and chocolate tarte! Oh, and the brunch options certainly look very tempting too…

The most amazing afternoon tea at Patisserie Brione today with my sister.. The quality and taste of the food was out of this world! Would highly recommend Owner Delfine and also Leonie were so lovely and kept checking in on us to see if we wanted any top up on drinks etc , such a lovely family run hidden treasure! Thank you 😊

My mum and I went for afternoon tea and it was just delicious. The presentation was beautiful and everything had clearly been really carefully thought about. Some afternoon teas leave you with aching teeth afterwards but all of the pastries were the perfect amount of sweetness; the pastry was crisp, the cream and fruit was fresh, and the flavours were wonderful. I usually am not a fan of choux pastry but theirs was an exception to this rule! The savouries were also lovely and it was nice to have something other than the usual cucumber sandwiches: roast beef with aioli, tapenade with goats' cheese, ham and gruyere cheese croissants etc. The two ladies working were incredibly friendly; they talked through the food and checked we were enjoying. There were plenty of hot drink options and, unusually, you could have more than one. I had a lovely earl grey and my mum loved the pear and ginger tea. We then both had a coffee - my late was deliciously rich and almost a little nutty - and my mum had a hot chocolate. They couldn't have been more welcoming and we will most definitely be back!

Visited so many times, always impressed by Don’s offerings. From croissants and chocolates to afternoon tea or lunch the standard is superb.

Just WOW!! Visited with my sister for her birthday, wanted to treat her to Afternoon Tea. It didn't disappoint! The food, ambience & staff were all 10/10. We can't wait to return for my birthday. Loved it.

I ordered 4 vegetarian afternoon tea to takeaway for some friends who were coming over and let me tell you this is the BEST afternoon tea I have ever had. Having paid top money at some of the best 5 star hotels in London this afternoon tea tops them all. The savoury food (not standard sandwiches) were all fantastic and the sweet treats so tasty. Every single item was devoured by my guests who were so impressed with the selection. The homemade sweet cream and jam was delightful. A little gem in Eastcote.

Probably the best cake shop for miles around. Lunches very good as well. Comfortable surroundings and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Easily better than most of the well-konown patisserie places . Highly recommended...I have shopped here several times, I can not praise it enough.

Exceptional cakes, pastries, chocolates and coffees. Patisserie Brione outshines so many of the patisserie chains abouy, the quality and the skill drips is evident in every delicious mouthful. I absolutely love this place and always make the time to drop-in whenever I'm in Eastcote.

Great selection of cakes which the owner says is baked by her husband in-house daily. I have bought selections for friends birthdays etc & it is always delightful. I’ve also eaten in the cafe & the service was wonderful.

I have been visiting Patisserie Brione since it opened and have always found it to be excellent. The cakes are too die for and they continually add new ones to there menu. The service is brilliant and prompt and the premises are immaculately clean. Love....

I ordered two Christmas buches/logs, one chocolate and one praline. Both were heavenly delicious. A perfect treat to the end of a Christmas meal. My grand-daughter qualified the chocolate one as YUMMY ! I strongly recommend all their patisseries. Well worth ordering cakes for birthdays...

We have visited every week through lock down. The choice of pastries are amazing. They also do lovely breads. I believe they make all the products on site. They delivery afternoon tea too. The only problem with this place is there is to many lovely...

I met a colleague here for lunch before a business meeting in West London. 'Patisserie Brione' is not the typical cafe you'd expect to find in Eastcote. It is run by a genuine French couple, (the wife running the cafe and the husband making the amazing French delights out in the kitchen), and as such has a very French ambiance. The menu is not extensive, mainly healthy breakfasts and a huge selection of amazing homemade French pastries, tarts and cakes... They are stunning to look at, let alone eat. The artisan chocolates are also outstanding. My colleague had the Scrambled Eggs and Smoked Salmon and I had a Banoffee Tart, we both enjoyed what we had very much. We both had coffee's that were also very good. Prices are reasonable for such amazing quality and the service was great. I have read several reviews that say the Lady owner is rude... Well speak as you find and I found her to be nothing but delightful. So in summary I highly recommend a visit to 'Patisserie Brione', especially if you love French Sweet Treats. Amazing!

We have visited several times and are always impressed! This is a special and unique patisserie. The French owners are incredibly welcoming and passionate about the food that they serve. We usually enjoy something delicious from their brunch menu followed by one of their amazing cakes. My wife is a baker and this is always underwhelmed by the cakes when we eat out. This place is the exception and she is a big fan particularly of their chocolate cakes. I would highly recommend this patisserie for both take away or eating in. You may have to wait a while for a table when it’s busy but it’s well worth the wait!

Just moved to Eastcote and I have just came across this beautiful French Patisserie.The cakes look and taste fantastic, they also sell sourdough bread. At the moment, it’s only take out but look forward to visit the restaurant in September to check their full menu. Great find!

Wow this place is just like France but in Eastcote. Cakes are beautiful and tastes phenomenal. If you like French pastries, then you definitely need to go there ASAP.

A touch of France in Eastcote. Great coffee and the pastries are beautiful. I come here with my wife and we have never received anything else than a warm welcome and excellent service.

Despite this being one of my local patisseries and displaying some genuinely delicious looking cakes, the attitude of the female manager sadly lets it down to the extent that I shall not be returning, which is a pity.

I have been at Patisserie Brione few times and the service has always been friendly and efficient. Actually, I don’t even believe the bad reviews as myself have always received excellent service with a smile. On top of that the pastries are to die for, lovely quality. I visited today and asked whether they were any vegan cakes or pastries. I was greeted by an belligerent French woman who simply stated no and in essence told me to go somewhere else. She asked disdainfully whether I had an allergy and when I responded that it was a preference she threw me a further filthy look. I have never encountered such appalling customer service and frankly behaviour bordering on discrimination. She then had the audacity to tell me that her business was very successful and that she had managed perfectly well without vegan customers. I understand she doesn't even bake the items in store and it is her husband who is the talent behind the business. Frankly I pity the man and I would suggest he change his front of house to someone with at least an iota of customer service skills because his wife is doing him a huge disservice. Change your attitude quick smart because you are causing your husband to lose business!

Had a fantastic Father’s Day afternoon tea. Very easy to order over the phone after talking to a jolly French lady. Great social distanced pick up. Ordered for 2 adults and 2 children and was £68 but well worth the money. Lots of savoury bites & sandwiches with new flavours, delicious little cakes & pastries and fantastic brioche & scones with jam & cream. There was so much to eat we left some for later. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely order again

My daughter ordered afternoon tea for two to be delivered for my 81st birthday. Three boxes arrived tied with red ribbon. Box one contained about 15 assorted savoury canapes and sandwiches. All wonderful. Box two contained fruit scones, brioche rolls, cream and jam in little pots with spoons. Box three was filled with about a dozen superb little sweet pastries. Everything was of the highest quality and a delight to eat.Reviewers have said that the owner was rude...RUBBISH! I rang the shop to compliment her and she was delighted to talk to me at some length. We also had some emails back and forth, all very friendly. She even sent me some images of their products. Please ignore the uncomplimentary remarks about this place and go there.Peter Jordan.

My husband ordered the afternoon tea to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary at home and we weren’t disappointed.The selection of cakes and savouries were fantastic. So much effort and thought had gone into creating everything that was served. Everything tasted fresh and was really high quality. The portion sizes were just right. I would thoroughly recommend this afternoon tea and would go as far as to say it was one of the best we had ever had and we have been lucky enough to have experienced a few. We have already made plans to order again. I only wish they did a children’s afternoon tea on the menu as we ordered for 4 but we have a 7 and 8 year old who found the standard portion size to big and they weren’t able to appreciate the amazing savouries as like most children they like plain fillings. Also, they don’t deliver to ha2 so we had to have them delivered to my sisters and picked them which for us wasn’t a problem. They did deliver promptly.

Ordered a raspberry macaron cake for husband's birthday and was amazing. The creme legers delicious, the macaron was fresh, soft and light. We added a few touches to the cake. I highly recommend.

We ordered the afternoon tea for 3 people to be delivered to celebrate my mum's birthday during the lockdown. It was by far the best afternoon tea we've ever had! It was delivered exactly on time and everything was fresh and delicious. There was a huge range of sweet and savoury items and we enjoyed every one of them. The mini chocolate cakes were especially delicious! They also included a lot of pescatarian options for my dad who doesn't eat meat and these were equally as lovely. I would highly recommend this to anyone for a treat or a celebration during these difficult times and I will definitely be going into the Patisserie in the future!

An amazing afternoon tea, delivered to our door due to the lockdown to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. What lifesavers. We had the most memorable afternoon, when we opened up the box of petite fours, they were so beautifully crafted it was breathtaking, my youngest daughter said “I felt like crying”!! The bread and pastries tasted so fresh, the fillings were so interesting and varied. Patisserie Brione is a gem of a cafe, we’re so lucky to have this cafe on our doorstep. The service is lovely and the owners are wonderful. Huge thanks.

My partner and I wanted to order a birthday cake, but were not sure how to get it as we didn’t really want to go out. We called Patisserie BRIONE, the lady owner over the phone was very helpful and kindly offer us to have it delivered to our home.We took the opportunity to add some croissant, sourdough bread and a box of fine chocolates to our order and got everything delivered straight to our door.All we had to do is to enjoy...What a treat, excellent quality.I have to disagree with the previous comment, I guess this customer had a bad day before entering the shop. We have been visited the Patisserie BRIONE on many occasions prior to the lockdown and have always been served by the Lady in the most courteous manner. Until we can’t go to the Patisserie because of the lockdown, we will definitely be ordering more bread and pastries using their delivery service.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 issue we had to have our afternoon tea as a takeaway. The quality of the food was superb. We will be back.

We had ouefs a la royale with coffee and hot milk on the side. Good option for a light brunch on a sunday morning. The owners were nice and pleasant. they knew I was new to the place and they made me feel welcomed. Took home some dessert for dinner. We would definitely go back and probably try their afternoon tea.

The French lady who owns this place is incredibly rude. I feel sorry for her poor husband who makes the food as he has done nothing wrong. All she has to do at front of house is be HAPPY bad NICE but she can’t do either. She is abrupt, offhand, rude, not welcoming and unfriendly. Why would you want to eat somewhere to be served by someone like that?! The one star reviews on google all echo the same message. Read the one star reviews to see what this wan is really like and what you’re in for if you visit this cafe. The husband needs to sack her and he would get a lot more custom!!

Staff are completely welcoming, friendly and checked in on us regularly regardless of how busy the cafe was. Food was delicious and I'm impressed at the quantity given for the afternoon tea. Every element tasted really fresh and packed with flavours especially the mini patisseries. Looking forward to going back again!

This place was recommended to us - delighted we went. Lovely environment and fantastic attentive service from the French owner (sorry don’t know your name). I had the croque monsieur- very nice. The cakes!! - it really was difficult to choose but I selected the chocolate pyramid - beautiful!! Have to go back and try the others! Great all round, independent and family run - we will definitely be back.

Wonderful cakes. They do a special tea that must be pre-ordered which is the best of any I have had, even beats Fortnum and Mason.

My first visit to Patisserie Brione after hearing such lovely things about it.

I have viisted this little gem a few times. Everytime the family that own this place have been so warm and welcoming, with smiles and lovely french greetings. The food is tradionally French with amazing filled baguettes, croissants (which are the best ive ever had... even including in when i visited Paris), and the sweet patisseries that are all made on site are well.... breathtaking and out of this world. I then by accident stumbled across Breakfastts and brunch with partner this week. OMG it was amazing, so much so it was my partners frist visit and he sent me back for croisants as he was working from home the day after.

Went in to study, it was a very friendly environment. Staff were very nice and routinely checked up on customers. Will definitely return to study here again.

I came with my family to celebrate my sister's birthday. I'm the only vegan in my family so I asked at the counter if there were any vegan options to which I got a prompt reply of 'no there is nothing, eat somewhere else'.

I visited yesterday with some friends and the afternoon tea was amazing. The assortment of savoury and sweet dishes was extensive and absolutely delicious. All leftovers were beautifully boxed to take home and larger servings of the products were available to purchase. Would definitely recommend and will return

I chose to go to Patisserie Brione for a first date because I read some reviews online and decided this sounded like the nicest of the options available in Eastcote, however I was very disappointed with my experience here.

Favourite place for post (morning)school run with friends. Yummy coffee and pastries and lovely friendly and very talented owners.

This cafe is a real gem. Fabulous pastries and tasty lunches. The afternoon tea is one of the best we've ever had.

We used to have offices based nearby in Eascote, close proximity to the station and this place was our go-to when we had any special occasions for the staff. I popped in out of the blue and needed 30+ cakes (which are usually displayed on the counter). She was very helpful and catered to our requirements. I'm bad at deciding so she kindly advises on how we can make it a good variety for everyone to enjoy. She did mention that with all of the cakes on display (which are good for one person - or two if you're willing to share!), you can request for larger sizes.

Love their cakes as it’s always fresh and their almond croissant. It’s a nice little treat on the high street

Visited with my family and we all had the afternoon tea. The friendliness from the owners was lovely, even though they were very busy they still stopped to have a chat. The savouries and cakes are gorgeous. Eastcote is very lucky to have this in their vicinity.

My wife and I have visited this café/patisserie on several occasions. We have never been disappointed. It has always been busy (good sign) and a great atmosphere. But most of all.... it’s the food. The meals are lovely, but the pastries are divine. Worth a visit.

My daughter booked Patisserie Brione to celebrate Mother’s Day, as expected the sandwiches, scones and cakes were delicious, good variety to cater for all tastes, so much so that anything we couldn’t eat was boxed up and taken home. Highly recommended

I really like Brione. The coffee is decent and the cakes are amazing. Service is rapid and always friendly. The ONLY down side is that people that go there don't seem to understand that there are other customers there. It's a perpetual cycle of "well they're talking loudly so I will talk over them" management should put signs up saying be respectful of other customers. Not everyone wants to sit and drink coffee in a school canteen.

We came here for an afternoon tea for mothers day 2018 and honestly it was the most fabulous afternoon tea of my life. We were very stuffed afterward and the selection of teas was incredible. Highly recommend!!!!

The food is amazing, I had the lemon tart which is lovely!! The mocha is also tasty. The food on offer such as the croque mounsour is so traditional and the eggs are always cooked to perfection. The only issue is the atmosphere have never felt very relaxed. Everything else was lovely.

I am a regular at Patisserie Brione and I have always received, as others, a warm and friendly welcome. This family business is run efficiently and smoothly. Nothing is too much for their clientele. I have seen Mrs Brione often doing her utmost to assist in placing a child's buggy or a wheelchair. This patisserie is children friendly and my young grand-children love going there. I would have found it most unpleasant and totally unhygienic if I had been present when this young mother decided to change her baby's nappy there and then. Prior to her visit, with such a young baby, she should have checked the facilities available.

I went with my boyfriend to the Patisserie Brione few days ago as recommended by friends. And glad we went, the cakes are so good. The selection is amazing, thanks to the Lady who helped and advised us what to choose as we were not sure which cake to have. And it was spot on!

Given the age and era we live in, establishments try their best to make every type of person welcome and they are most certainly well versed on customer service, something this place lacks.

Visited lunchtime today and enjoyed a tasty, filling meal. I have been here quite a few times and the service has always been friendly and efficient and the food is always well prepared and reasonably priced.

Owner is very rude and doesn’t make you feel welcome. I mean, if she isn’t a people person why open a cafe then?! Avoid- cakes are average and coffee is sub par. Ambiance is a huge thing to me and if you want to treat yourself to a cake and coffee you would prefer if people were friendly and made you feel welcome, not like a burden

Just returned from a catch up with a friend with my 5 week baby. The owner/waitress is a French lady who is abrupt, rude and does not make you feel welcome. My baby needed changing and to my dismay there were no changing facilities in the bathroom. So I attempted to change the baby in the corner, on a bench. I was told, quite rudely (not apologetically), to refrain as it wasn’t hygenic. That is fine but there was no suggestion for an alternative solution (the floor of a unisex bathroom is not a solution). She actually lied to another customer who queried the complaint, saying I wanted to change on the table?!! When I asked her where I could change her, she implied that it was my problem and abruptly told me I should have changed her before I came. A 5 week baby is not regimented and soils pretty much all day! I was aghast! Never am I visiting this cramped, unwelcome place again. The coffee is no better than Costa’s and the pastries are no better than Pret A Manger’s. And the service just ruins it all! Avoid!

I have been twice, wasn't impressed the first time but my friend wanted to go. Both times the lady who served was miserable and the cakes were hard and goodness knows how long they'd been there. Won't go again.

It has been over a year since I last visited this cafe which i consider as one of the best ones Ive been too. They would definitely give some London patisseries’s a run for their money. We were passing by London and I had to stop by before heading home. As you can see from the picture, i didnt hold back. 14 cakes for roughly £40 and they were worth every penny! Absolutely gorgeous and filling.

So many savoury and sweet goodies to choose from for afternoon tea! We left full but had lots left over to take home. Make sure to book ahead as afternoon tea is only available by reservation. If you’re there for lunch, make sure to try the Brione Club -it’s a bit challenging to eat due to it’s size but it‘s delicious!

Quite dated inside.Menu interesting for quick snacks and dessert etc.But expensive.Staff can be a little off colour at times.cakes gorgeous but. The overall feel ing is you can feel you have to be acceptable to them.If you spend and they know you you are ok!! Popped in here for the second time a couple of Sundays ago. I absolutely adore this place! The service is wonderful - always with a smile, despite my rubbish attempts at speaking French, and the food is brilliant - quite possibly the best brunch I've ever had. The cakes are wonderful too.
