Paros Greek Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

Went here tonight with my brother for the first time. Staff were really friendly and helpful when we arrived. The atmosphere was very nice inside with ambient lighting and nice background music. We ordered the sharing platter and it was so tasty! Everything was cooked perfectly and well seasoned and the portion was massive. The salad accompanied it well also. Dessert was amazing too! So tasty and fresh. Already planning on going back again

Very Greek menu. The Greek house wine was excellent. We had a sharing platter of mixed starters for 2 between 4 of us and it made a really nice introduction. I had the charcoal grilled pork chop with chips and salad. The waitress was brilliant, really helpful. We paid £40.00 a head including a tip and quite a bit of wine. No complaints at all.

Impromptu date night. Great food, service and lovely ambience. Definitely recommend this restaurant and we will visit again.

Paros has a lovely welcoming atmosphere with fantastic staff and amazing food. For those who have experienced Greek street food but never dined at a Greek restaurant it is a fantastic menu to dive into. The staff even gave us a complimentary cheesecake as we couldn't make our mind up on desserts.

Wonderfully warm welcome, great menu & Chef that really knows what he’s doing. Food was awesome, full of flavour, wanted to go back before we left 🤷‍♂️ Great experience, one to make the effort to get there.

Been meaning to come here for ages after reading so many good reviews. We were unsure whether to order starters so compromised by ordering one between us; hummus and pitta were delicious, could happily have ordered two! Moussaka was good but the star of the show was the slow cooked pork, melt in the mouth and beautifully flavoured. Have never had greek wine before, definitely different and almost sherry like in taste. Enjoyed it but for our taste, we like a red to be slightly warmer. The room generally was a bit cold but maybe that was because it was early evening and not full. Would definitely return as the quality of the cooking is excellent.

Lovely atmosphere lovely food. Only downside beef stiffafo didn't have much meat. Would definitely return.. staff helpful and pleasant. Overall a lovely night.

I actually ordered to take away it's the first time I have used this restaurant and certainly won't be the last I was told straight away my order would take 20 mins and I have to say the food was beautiful efcharisto everyone involved

This is probably the most authentic Greek restaurant in the North! The keftadaikia tasted just the same as in Athens. The lamb chops were divine, the aroma was enough to spirit me back to the islands. A restaurant not to be missed!
