Parlour makes very good ice cream. It's easily in the second tier of London's ice cream shops. Unfortunately, it charges like it's in the top tier, which makes it overpriced for the quality. To be fair, it's in a particularly pricy part of London, and if you're nearby, there's no better ice cream option in easy walking distance. So it may be worth the splurge if you're nearby and you need an ice cream fix. But I wouldn't make a special trip for it. Be warned that there is no seating provided and there's no room to linger inside. If the weather is nice, you can find some public seating options on the street outside.

Slightly overpriced but very good quality ice cream and great flavours. It's located on a lovely traffic-free street which you would want to visit and hang out even without the ice cream.

What a fabulous find between dinner and a concert! Absolutely amazing, quality ice cream. The shop interior felt like I was in some sort of ice cream vault in a billionaire’s sleek home. The staff unexpectedly friendly for the setting, ha - they let me have two flavors in a kids cup! (I wasn’t so hungry but was only in London one night and I have to try to have a great local ice cream everywhere I go). Salted caramel and mint chip were just excellent. It was quite expensive for the size but not a surprise for London.

This shop was recommended to me as the best ice cream in London. I am from New York and never had an ice cream in London before so I can’t compare, but I was not impressed. It was just ok. I ordered dulce de leche. It was on, but too sweet. My husband ordered pistachio. I never had pistachio ice cream that didn’t have any nuts in it. It was ok, but no something we will ever order again. Not worth the calories or the price. .

Stopped in for dessert after dining at Kahani. The ice cream is magnificent, particularly Cornflake. Enough said.

Nice ice creams, good service. We had an afogato which was excellent - lovely strong espresso. Salted caramel was really good. The star of the show was the chocolate and crickets ice cream. Tried with trepidation but it tasted really good!

Came across this place on our way to the national science museum. Hidden gem, not cheap but amazing ice cream. I had creme de leche and my son had mango, both were so good, although I had to swap as he wanted the creme de leche. I have had similar in Buenos Airies but this was perfection. Worth a detour and such a treat for adults and kids.

What a cool shop! The perfect way to store ice cream at its best condition, no nonsense way to display. The ice cream is made from real materials, best pistachio ever!!!

This is a quaint little take-away parlour in a mainly pedestrianised road in Chelsea off Sloane Avenue. There are multiple ice cream pots with lids within the counter and the server knows which is which as there are no name tags. The ice creams and sorbets are delicious and we tried honeycomb and watermelon. Payment only by card. The server encourages tasting (using normal washable spoons), however this just lengthens the queue.

This is probably the best Italian food I’ve ever had! I’ve been to many Italian restaurants around the world, including in Italy, and this one is the best. Located in Belgravia it’s definitely worth the trip. Yes it's a little expensive, but I think you get what you pay for, and the high-quality, fresh food is worth it. The service was excellent, making the experience even better. I highly recommend it!

Des glaces avec un goût et une texture pareils....seul en Italie j' ai trouvé cela. Temps maussade donc choix de pistache/noisette. Excellent ! Prix raisonnable vu la qualité et le lieu.

Can’t get this lovely place to reply to me either by phone or email, I really wanted to reserve a table, what a shame.
