Parliament Square Coffee in Liverpool

We ordered the house breakfast, the veggie breakfast, eggs hollandaise with parma ham, and scrambled eggs with chorizo. All four were top-notch, as was the coffee and the service from the staff.

Had an amazing breakfast here. Really tasty, beautifully presented and the service was great. Everyone was so friendly :)

Visited this coffee shop yesterday. Independently owned, with great coffee. I was actually trying to hunt down an independent coffee shop with great coffee, especially now as i live in Thailand and miss local spots like this, and this was exactly what I was after! Having worked as a barista for 2 years myself, I can honestly say the owner of this cafe served me an excellent coffee! 🤩

The food and environment was very good. The English breakfast was amazing! Never had one like this in my life. Staff was very professional and polite.

Absolutely love this coffee shop. Really family and group friendly but also suitable for a space to work/ read. The layout how it curves round is good and the location is great. Hot drinks are always crafted nicely and the staff are super friendly. Some of the food I personally think is on the spenny side but I normally just go for a coffee which is fine.

Went today for a Veggie Garden breakfast. Food is amazing and can tell they are buying in top quality, fast service and really nice atmosphere. Would 💯 hands down eat here again and it's only down the road from mine.

I recently visited Parliament Square Coffee and had a delightful experience! The Eggs Hollandaise were perfectly cooked, with a rich and creamy sauce that complemented the dish beautifully. I also enjoyed a chai latte that was wonderfully spiced and frothy. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax. Highly recommend for a delicious brunch!

I would rate this as the best breakfast that i have had in Liverpool. Frequently attend. Food is locally sourced and always fresh. Staff are very friendly and always welcoming.

Took a small group of school children, this was organised with owners and we could not fault the services! So accommodating and understanding! Children said hot chocolate was 10/10. We loved the whole vibe and layout but they mainly loved the brownies. Highly recommend this place and supporting local businesses!

Says lunch served till 3 on their menu. We get there for quarter past 2 and they said they stop serving food at 1.45. Very disappointing. Should make it clear to people beforehand.

Nice coffee and very nice staff. The V60 filter was perfect for a cold morning, nice aroma and good flavor; the staff was helpful on recommending the beans and very friendly.

The atmosphere is cosy and inviting however the food and drinks were not. When ordering my partner tried to order the eggs Benedict and I tried to order the eggs royal, we were told halfway through ordering the they think the kitchen might be closed as it was 7 minutes to 3pm which is the closing time of the kitchen (understandable however there wasn’t any visible information on when their kitchen closed). So instead, I got a Chai Latte and my partner got a plain latte. Both of them were watery and had little to no flavour. We also got a cookie brownie and a strawberry cream slice, both of which were incredibly stale. Two drinks and two sides was not worth the £16 spent on them, didn’t even finish any of it and left as we were so disappointed.

There’s a multitude of coffee shops throughout the city centre & Baltic Triangle. I’m delighted that a friend pointed me towards this one. Couldn’t ask for more, great service, great staff. The owners Chris & Hayley, like all involved make it a most welcoming place to chill & enjoy the food & of course, very importantly, their excellent coffee. I speak for my four legged friend too! Loves the place 🐾

Really good place for a hot drink and very lovely staff. Always get an oat matcha and it’s always made perfectly by one of the staff - not sure of his name but he has brown hair and wears glasses - really nice guy. Clean and calm atmosphere

Whilst visiting Liverpool recently I had the pleasure to grab lunch at this lovely new Coffee House. Set in an impressive development of luxury apartments in the Baltic Triangle area of the city it was warm, welcoming with great fresh dishes and a huge variety of coffees. The café is clean and spacious with friendly staff who are helpful but not intrusive if you want to just relax and work. I can highly recommend a visit if you are in this great area and like to steer away from the usual chains!

What an amazing little spot for coffee, sweet treats and everything in between! Every time I’ve been the staff have been lovely, and have gone above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible. As a self proclaimed coffee snob, I’ll also admit they serve damn good coffee (which I don’t say often)! I also love the option of the guest blend, which always give you something new to try. My son and I had a coffee and a hot chocolate both were delicious and the staff were very helpful the gentleman who was playing Paolo Nutini over the speakers was especially helpful I forgot to ask his name.

We popped in here midweek, as it was raining , and the place was new to us! It turned out to be a fairly new start-up, and we spent time chatting with the lovely couple who run it. Great cakes and coffee. Comfy seating and all very clean!

Probably the nicest coffee in the area. Their coffee cake is superb too.

Amazing coffee shop in a great location. A great addition to the offering in the area, love that they use a local supplier for their coffee too (Crosby Coffee). Quality food offering supplied by Philpotts, you couldn't otherwise get this on this side of town.
