Got a good breakfast from nice people. But I sat and thought about how dirty it was in there. It ruined the experience a bit.

An around the corner little cafe. Visited for brunch. Lovely people that work here. I find it amazing they’re able to keep a reasonable price with it being in the heart of Liverpool, taking into account of rent, bills etc. it’s a very small cafe but I like it here. A big English breakfast for £5.5 in 2024. Recommend 10/10 for the price and quality of food. Already shared to all my gym friends about this place!

Nous avions décidé de déjeuner dans ce petit cafe pas très joli ni accueillant avec ce vert terrible. A l’arrivée, l’odeur de graillon dès l’entrée, l’aspect misérable et sale de la pièce donnant sur une cuisine nous ont incité à faire demi tour. Franchement, je ne comprends pas les commentaires positifs. Le sol, les vitres, tout était sale .

Lovely little place to take the family. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Prices were fab so it was a perfectly affordable for a family. The breakfasts were big and so were the sausage baps. Would recommend.

Think this must be the most perfect place for a good breakfast. The taste is good even if it is simple. Here you get what you need for a good start to the day. The place is not fashionable. Not the point either! Ate here several days during our vacation! And there are good prices.

Had breakfast in here one morning with my wife. I had the large breakfast and she had the smaller one with a coffee each. Big breakfast cooked to perfection, great price (£13.50) and friendly people running it. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

Small family run cafe, lovely and polite welcome . Products are local, and the meals reasonably priced. When you visit Liverpool look it up for food, you will not disappointed . Excellent value for money as well.

The small but mighty Cook Street Coffee! Fantastic value for a superb breakfast! Excellent service. Where else can you get 2 large breakfasts with 2 great coffees for about £15? I'll wait! So glad we passed up the likes of Cosy Club to find a proper, unpretentious, down to earth place for a much needed breakfast.

Found this little gem on my last trip to the city. Friendly couple run the place and dish out a solid breakfast.

This coffee shop is an absolute must, ordered crispy bacon and cheese toastie, came with salad coleslaw. Was excellent, tea and latte , what great staff very informative on Liverpool. Would definitely recommend, it is a small cafe so get there asap😊 5 ⭐️

If I could give 100 stars I would, discovered this place while looking somewhere decent for breakfast without all the fancy rubbish, this is a good old fashioned cafe with amazing food! And quick service, everything cooked to order, and the best part is that it's affordable! Cannot recommend this place enough!

What a hidden gem 💎, yes you may call it a greasy spoon, but what an outstanding breakfast probably the best you will see out and about and for £5.50, I'd have happily paid double (so we did). The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming, couldn't do enough for you. There are only 11 tables but this place is a must.

Found this hidden gem using Google Maps when we were looking for breakfast in Liverpool city centre. 2 big breakfasts (each with 2 eggs, 2 rashers, 2 sausages, 2 hash browns, 2 door stop slices of toast smothered in real butter, black pudding, beans, fried mushrooms) flat white, latte and a bottle of Fanta lemon all for around £17! Amazing value! Food was excellent. Freshly made and piping hot. Coffee was superb. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere.

Oh my....just AMAZING. I love this place. Run by Fiona and Pete and the food is brilliant and reasonably priced. It's my secret place. Anyone who stays in a hotel overnight should go here - food is far superior that mass produced Premier Inn slop.

After a bit of research of places offering a good breakfast, we decided on this wee gem of a place. We thoroughly enjoyed a fabulous breakfast here. I had poached eggs on sourdough toast & himself had a small “English” breakfast! We had lovely tea & toast to round it all off. The place is small- only 14 seats so anyone lucky enough to have an opportunity to eat here, please go for it! Apparently a good spot too for lunch too.
