Parkside Cafe & Terrace in Greenwich

Nice place for a little snack in the park. Friendly staff and great food (loved the carrot cake!!!), with a lot of offers. For sure I will go back!

Came here for afternoon Tea. Was really nice. We were really pleased with our server, Elliott, who was very pleasant and professional

Stopped here for lunch during our museum visit. My family's meals were ok, but unfortunately my Gluten Free meal were contaminated. I accept the usual 'contamination' disclaimer was made before purchase, but the actual 'not gluten free' nature of the meal was not described until afterwards, if this was fully explained beforehand I would not have eaten. Staff member was very dismissive of the situation. This rather upset our day. Otherwise the café was kept reasonable clean, and well maintained. I felt it was a little expensive but probably comparable for Greenwich.

Esta jaula está dentro del museo marino. Es muy amigable y fácil de estar cerca. Tiene asientos en el exterior y también en la terraza. Las vistas desde la terraza son preciosas.  Tiene vistas al jardín de la casa de la reina. Tienen jugo de naranja recién exprimido.

Ja, ja. it’s a joke! It’s meat, with potatos. It’s tasty, and the soup was fantastic ( advocado) , But I think is a few expensive, but there are not place in the park.

We were at the museum on two different days and ate here both days. Ordering was a little slow, but it appeared that they had some new staff. I figure everyone has to learn sometime and they were nice and trying their best. The first day I had the risotto and it was outstanding. There was so much of it I couldn’t finish and it was delicious. My husband had fish and chips which was HUGE and tasty. The other day we had sandwiches; a hamburger and the open faced club. My husband said the burger was over done and he likes it pretty cooked, but he said it was ok, just not great. I also noticed that the staff was quick to clean tables as people vacated them. Nice cafe.

Very impressed with the freshness, menu selection and quality and taste of the food. Service was quite good and polite as well. Bright and spacious environment. Will definitely go back again. Delicious and well made.

Enjoyed a delicious tea time nutty chocolate brownie here, sitting outside with a view of their interesting 'ship in a bottle'. Very peaceful, a welcome break after hours in one of the Greenwich museums.

We were attracted to the food displays and our grand son spotted the menu on the table. He chose a long sausage and chips. We had sandwiches.

Fuimos a Greenwich de visita y como siempre donde comer. 2 adultos y 3 niños pequeños no es fácil que todos coincidamos y aquí si lo hicimos. Hay platos para niños muy ricos y para adultos con gran variedad y buena calidad. Salimos satisfechos y diría que al mejor precio de todo lo que hemos pagado estos días por comer o cenar. Además los empleados son muy amables y el servicio en general de 10. Muy recomendable.

La journée peux être très longue et une pause quelques fois s'impose ... Ce restaurant en fait bien office, au rez de chaussée du National Maritime Muséum. Agréable terrasse en conditions soleil, comme aujourd'hui, mais je crains l'ambiance cantine à l'intérieur par temps de pluie ... Plats plutôt bien présentés et plutôt bons, pas grand choix. Personnel compétents et agréables.
