When tonight in Nando’s, the girl who was supposed to make us wait at the entrance was on her phone laughing. After 5 minutes she asked us to go up, she didn’t even open the door. Then the table was greasy, with a curly hair on it. the food wasn’t spicy at all, even if I took the extremely hot level, it was like eating a mild jalapeños. The bread of my burger was so dry, and the chips tasted like cardboard. The chicken was good at least and the lager beer as well. When we left, the waitress was still laughing on her phone and didn’t even say thx bye… worst experience I had in O2.

Ordered a takeaway service, to witness that one of the workers in the food counter had no gloves and touched my wrap to put it in the packaging upside down by the way, this is not the appropriate way to handle food and nor did she even wash her hands when serving food. I go to this Nando’s quite often as I work within the o2 and quite frankly after today’s health code violations, I will not be attending again.

We went there for lunch on Tuesday, so it was not busy - and the staff we were served was nice. But unfortunately, I had to lower the rate significantly because of hygiene issues. I understand that Nando’s keeps their price reasonable by making self-service, but I don't think we are responsible for washing dishes. The cutlery was the filthiest possible I was terrified. Some of them had pieces of food that weren’t washed off completely. The plates also had some stains and crumbles stuck on the surface. There were no plates or cutlery which looked clean enough. Although the food was good, I felt bad seeing the horrible state before eating. It definitely ruined my appetite. Like I said, customers take some self-service. So why wouldn't you keep the hygiene? There are many other places that are more clean and reliable. I don’t even imagine what would happen if it was a busy time of the day.

Nandos is always a delicious and reliable meal, but the prices have gone up a fair bit over the years. Service at this particular branch was okay, but we were a large group (14 people) and when we first arrived they said the wait would be 30-40 minutes. I said we don’t mind waiting, and miraculously the table was ready within 5 minutes… not sure why they wanted to deter us initially by saying a ridiculously long and inaccurate wait time. They did forget part of my order and I had to ask 2 waiters about it, but other than that, the rest of the food was delivered promptly and hot.

Review: I recently visited Nando's in the O2 Mall, North Greenwich, and left feeling deeply uncomfortable and disappointed. While enjoying my meal, I witnessed an incident involving four Asian men who were treated disrespectfully by a member of staff, reportedly a supervisor. Her behavior appeared dismissive and, frankly, discriminatory, which left the group visibly upset and prompted them to leave the restaurant immediately. As a 55 year old British patron, I was appalled to see such conduct in a place that should be welcoming to all. Racism and discriminatory behavior have no place in any establishment, especially in one as renowned as Nando's, which prides itself on inclusivity and great service. This experience has left a sour impression, and I hope the management addresses such incidents seriously by implementing proper training and ensuring all guests are treated with equal respect and dignity. This is not the standard I would expect from Nando's, and I will think twice before returning to this branch.

🌟 1 Star "Extremely Disappointed - Worst Experience Ever" I had an absolutely terrible experience at Nando's in O2 Mall Greenwich. What was supposed to be a casual dining outing turned into an uncomfortable and distressing encounter. The supervisor lady on duty was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I experienced blatant racism from her, which is completely unacceptable in any environment, let alone in a place that serves diverse customers daily. Her attitude and actions left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. Nando’s, I expected better from your team. Such behavior reflects poorly on your brand, and I hope the management takes immediate action to ensure such incidents don’t happen again. I never seen racism from a native british people but from a other country lady. Then we immediately left there and never go again and don't suggest to any other friends or families. Supervisor Lady Statement: " you cant go and sit anywhere without telling me."

I had the worst dinning experience that I’ve had in years at this Nando’s yesterday. My Friend and I who I have not seen for a long time decided to grab some food in this restaurant over a catch up. We both ordered our food and returned to our table. My friend’s food arrived within a reasonably amount of time. My food however (which was just 3 wings) did not arrive. I was sat at the table waiting over 30 minutes for my wings. At this point, my friend had finished her meal. I have a strong feeling that the kitchen forgot to prepare the wings. I asked up to 3 servers where my food was and all were rather dismissive. After not being taken seriously, and pretty much ignored at this point. I asked to speak to the shift manager (Marcos) Wow! I couldn’t believe how rude and dismissive he also was to me. Marcos offered no apology, and was rather arrogant in his tone when speaking to me. Talking to me like a toddler who was annoying him. Very condescending, and he embarrassed me in front of my friend. I was humiliated. As a 34 year old black woman. I was made to feel small, and as If I had no right to ask where my food was. Considering I’d been waiting over 30 minutes for my food, and my entire dining experience had been ruined. I couldn’t even eat with my friend at the same time. As a Company, you need to do better. Management and staff need to go back and have extensive training on how to provide good customer service. Don’t even get me started on diversity and inclusion. There were racial undertones in my exchange with Marcos and the one particular server who I mentioned above. Had I been a different skin colour, I can assure you my experience would have been very different. Thank you to Princess and Max B who showed me kindness. Otherwise, what a big shame and disgrace!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The customer service was downright awful. We arrived at 8:30 PM, only to find that more than half of the menu items were unavailable. Despite the limited options, it took over an hour for the food to be prepared. The cleanliness of the place was shockingly poor. The entire restaurant felt dirty, but the toilets were especially horrendous—filthy, smelly, and completely unusable. It was truly unacceptable. As a longtime fan of Nando’s, this branch was a huge disappointment. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs!

When we first got there me and my friend were sat down at the worst possible table and the whole entire restaurant probably had 5 groups of people. When I wanted to order, they told me that I had to order online usually I wouldn’t have a problem with that but just ordering alone took us almost 30 minutes. When we tried to ask how to get the tapwater since we couldn’t order it online. They told us everything was self service. Me and my friend went over to get our cutlery napkins and tapwater. After 20 minutes time we finally got our food I thought that my chicken wasn’t gonna be spicy since I ordered it with Spice. It was the spiciest thing I’ve ever tasted. My face was all red my lips were burning. I could not stand it. So I just asked for some milk. They didn’t have milk so they came back with a tiny little cup of double cream. And charged me for it. I went next-door and got some milk because it was so bad. Worst service of my life definitely do not recommend go to PizzaExpress instead. If you’re thinking of coming here, I wish you luck.

I had a grilled chicken wrap, which had 3 pieces of chicken in each half the whole wrap and had more lettuce than chicken. I went here on Thursday 10th October and never again. We queued for over 30 mins just to get in there and they told us they didn’t have half the menu available. We were not notified whilst in the queue, despite staff constantly walking up and down the queue. My friend ended up ordering just sides and I asked a staff member who said they actually did have the items and they just weren’t cooked yet. When she tried to change her order to add the chicken, she was told she would have to pay full price again and could not just pay the difference of a meal. I ordered a butterfly chicken, was charged wrong and the wrong order came out after waiting 40 mins. I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement so tried to eat what came but it was literally inedible. I ordered a butterfly chicken with mash and broccoli and was brought a burger. Only edible thing was the chicken from the burger - the mash was rock solid on the top and cold throughout and the broccoli was so overdone it fell apart when I tried to pick it up with a fork and was also stone cold. Even though I didn’t ask for a burger, if I did I would have been even more disappointed - the bread was so stale it could have knocked somebody out you couldn’t even bite through it. I asked for a refund of the overcharge, not the entire meal even though I didn’t eat it, they tried to give me a voucher and the manager spoke to me like dirt when I said I’d just like the money back - for context the overcharge was about £3. Will never return, the staff were so rude about their own mistakes and I wish I’d have pushed for a full refund. Waste of £22 and nearly missed the start of the concert just to not even have an edible dinner. Avoid!!!!!

Visited today for a lunch. The ambiance was amazing but the customer service was horrible. First we were guided to a seat and after told you couldn’t order on the app and you need to order on counter and I spend more than £50 . The started the staff told me to take it from the counter and not been a table service. Another main dishes a lady came and put the plates on the table without any cutlery, tissues or anything and she left without saying anything.Then I saw another member of your staff serving on another table with cutlery tissues and sauses and I requested for a cutlery and she told if you want go and get it from the counter.So this states may be a mind of discrimination from your staff to us that’s why. So this is the horrible service I ever had from Nando’s which I been to lot of Nando’s on past. So this things will stop me to go back to Nando’s again. Unacceptable service Don’t recommend.

Customer service is non-existent. One particular staff member ( wish I had gotten her name, all I remember is that she had long ginger braids) should not be the first person that customers come across because her attitude is absolutely horrible. I know dealing with the public can be a hard job, because I have experience of it. However, not all customers are the same, therefore, should not be treated as such. Staff members, who treat good customers horribly, unfortunately give Nandos a bad name, and that's bad for business. I'm sure there are some lovely people who work at this particular branch, but whoever that staff member is, she needs a refresher course on customer service because she is definitely lacking in that department.

Words cannot describe the appalling experience I had. We were greeted poorly at the entrance and told it was a 15 minute wait despite the whole of the ground floor being empty. I want to thank the Nando’s team at The O2, especially Laci at the Nando’s restaurant at The O2, who was very helpful, wonderful, and understanding. I have been to many restaurants, bars, and different facilities, and I have never had that kind of experience and customer service. I visited with my family and my fiancé. My brother-in-law has some allergies that make him very picky and difficult when it comes to food, without mentioning the rest of us that couldn’t decide on what to eat and the Nando’s team was excellent, especially Mr. Laci. I can't thank him enough for the service and help. I hope this review reaches him as motivation to keep up the amazing work.

Nando's O2 "Hit the ball out of the Park" yet again with good food, excellent service at a fair price. Seating when things are quiet is on the 2nd floor and the toilets are on the 3rd floor so, keep that on mind. There is a balcony, which give a great view of the road below and the feeling of being away on holiday!

1 1/2 before watching Bad Boys Ride or Die, felt just right to dine at Nando’s inside the O2. Not to mention, at the same time, the Killers concert was in full swing & as well as the semi final of the Euros when England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 was playing Netherlands 🇳🇱 so the O2 was extremely busy If your coming as couple, there might be a waiting time depending how busy the O2 is, however that might be the case with every restaurant inside the O2, so pick & choose your favourite palate

Shocking customer service. We were told upstairs is closed unless there's an event at the O2 - understandable, but the way we were treated when told we'd have to wait was very rude. Manager, Marcus, then said "you have to wait outside" - when the large waiting area inside was empty. Crossed arms, very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I tried to explain that he was coming across rudely but he just interrupted me as I was speaking to repeat his point. Side dish arrived cold. Smaller than normal portions of chips. We came to celebrate my son's birthday and they brought the cake to the table with no candle lit... Then they threw the cake box away so we had to cut up the remaining cake and stuff into takeaway boxes. One error after another and team mostly unapologetic. We asked for a refund; they offered to only refund the cold side dish. After a thoroughly unenjoyable experience, and spoiling my son's birthday, we insisted on a full refund, which was processed. Won't be back. Hope they value future customers better.

I am disgusted with this place!!!! We was turned away at the door just because we had a pram with my baby init and they told us we wasn’t allowed upstairs with it which was ridiculous. They have a two floor store and decide to shut the bottom floor for whatever reason then decide that they can discriminate people with prams by not letting them sit upstairs with their babies. I have never been so disappointed. SHAME ON YOU NANDOS!

5 stars to the black girl on the till who was wearing a hijab and maintained professionalism throughout, a great asset to the restaurant & Great customer service from her……..The girl that came out screaming from behind the counter shouting and swearing at another colleague needs to be sacked asap. There’s a time and place for that type of behaviour and not on shop floor, I had to cover my kids ears. How unprofessional in a restaurant full of kids and families. She spoilt the experience but the girl on the till definitely made up for her terrible behaviour.

It was very busy, we had to queue up at nearly 4.30pm but we were seated soon when we said we were okay with sitting outside. We sat on the balcony upstairs and it was fine at first until a pigeon flew overhead, so we didn't feel comfortable sitting there anymore. We asked to be sat indoors and they accommodated and changed our table number on our order. Food was brought quickly but I felt my usual grilled chicken wrap was a bit dry this time, missing the sauce. Nandos is usually great and I rarely ever find the food dry, but this was a bit of an average experience at this Nandos. When we left at 5.30pm the queue was even longer.

My party has a combined 7 severe food allergies. And the manager Marcos at the O2 location made this one of the most comforting experiences when it came to the allergies. He made every everything from start to finish was good and safe for us. After 2 or so visits he remembered our allergies by heart and even prepared the separate cutlery we got ahead of time so it was ready before we even ordered. This location should be a mentor in how allergies should be treated worldwide. We are from the states and we can only DREAM of treatment like this back home

We had to wait 20 minutes outside because downstairs was closed. :( and then the food was undercooked. We were on a table of 4 but it was a round table and rectangle table together so very unprofessional. The person outside was nice though . It was extremely mid and ruined my nandos experience. I would say im never going to nandos again but its nandos but coming from outer london . I would not recommend the o2 nandos to anyone

Went to this Nando’s before a gig where it was pretty empty inside yet they still made us wait about 20 minutes to let us in, and the staff were too busy arguing to actually take notice to customers outside who are starving and want a quick meal before a gig. Staff throughout the evening seemed to not care at all. Food was so late I had to leave most of my food to make sure I got into the actual arena in time! Very disappointed as previous times I have been to this Nando’s I have had no issues and had a great pre gig meal

We came to Nandos yesterday to have some food before we went to Boom Battle Bar to celebrate my friends birthday. There was a concert on so the O2 was really busy. I was a bit worried as there were 8 of us and the queue was really long. But a really nice worker came down the queue and noted we were a table of 8. He said the wait would be about 15/20 mins. The queue went down so fast so we were really impressed! The worker was so nice and friendly! He had great customer service skills and overall such a lovely, fun and bubbly person. We were seated really quickly on a really nice table. Service was really quick considering it was really busy. And the staff were all so nice. As we were leaving I asked the name of the really nice guy on the door. He said his name was Tevin (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly). But honestly just want to give a special shout out to him because from start to finish he was amazing! Thank you so much we had a lovely time. And food was amazing as always. I also tried to new warm choc pudding for dessert and it was sensational!! Cannot wait to come back :)

Very nice atmosphere at Nandos. You can order your food online from the table by scanning the scan code, which will automatically take you to the site and allow you to order and pay without any problem. You can also choose the level of spiciness of the sauce, which I personally think is great. The food arrived at our table very quickly. The staff was also really friendly and quick. The food was very tasty, the chicken was very well fried and seasoned. Were very happy with everything. The vegetables (broccoli) were a bit hard but still edible. The toilets were also very clean and tidy. You can refill your drink and ice cubes at any time. Whenever I'm in London again, I'd love to come back here.

Avoid if you have children. I've tried to go to this nandos multiple times during maternity leave and with my partner. They make it unnecessarily difficult for parents by insisting that you leave buggies downstairs, even when you have children under 1 who can't sit in a high chair for long. They say there is no space upstairs for buggies and make you walk through a spacious empty area downstairs that they don't use. If you're on your own how are you meant to carry all of your valuables, your baby and shopping bags upstairs to the cramped part of the restaurant (their staff's description not mine as I've never been up there). Common sense would dictate that a restaurant in a shopping centre might consider the amount of bags people would have. Clearly the management here don't care about this, staff can't be reasoned with, no attempt to accommodate mothers put in an impossible position.

Went here to eat prior to seeing BMTH on January 20th @17:30. Only place I had eaten due to traveling for the concert and time restraints that day. Had some tummy pains on the train home, next day I have food poisoning. Thanks, Nando's @ the O2 Arena.
