Nando's - Greenwich in Greenwich

It is my second time here all the staff are perfect and respectful I will definitely recommend here for people who want to have a nice and great time.And Mr Ifti is very helpful and a good staff. LOVE FOR IFTI ..5/5

The food was absolutely amazing, the service was warm and welcoming.the staff went over and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect especially Ankita, she was absolutely amazing, she answered every question I had and provided me with anything I needed. This is the perfect branch of Nando’s to enjoy your lunch and dinner!

I ordered my 1/4 chicken green reward, was disappointed that it was dry, however didnt think much of it. Shortly afterwards i was quite unwell to put it nicely and not in the ideal location. Cheers nandos.

Not only did I get an incorrect order, but when I opened the box there was a half eaten chicken bone. It seems that that it was scraped off someone’s half eaten plate. When I took it back to the restaurant, not only did they not apologise but started giving excuses that the person speaking to me did not pack the order so they are not accountable. All they did was just replace my order with the correct order; no apologies nothing about the hygiene issue. In fact they tried to pass it on as that chicken has bones. I mean when does a half eaten clean meatless bone come into packaging? Not expected from a restaurant of your reputation.

Exceptional service for allergy order

Worst food everrrrrrr!!!! Firstly we waited 1 hour for the food and when it came it was cold and burned. Two couples came after us and they got their food before us, thats a piss take lol, never in my life coming back here againnn!! Money wasted

Very expensive for what it is, couldn't order at the bar had to download the app. Had to get our own drinks. Very Very noisy with lots of kids screaming.

Decent Nandos for a get together before or after the cinema.

It's been a while since I've been to a Nando's, so there was a lot I wasn't familiar with, such as ordering online. The staff did ask if we knew how to do it though and presumably would have helped if needed. There was a bit of a wait for a table but not too bad. Food was ok, but the chips didn't impress. It was very noisy, despite not being a very big restaurant. Not a place I'd recommend if you want to have a conversation. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Surprised that they didn't serve any hot drinks whatsoever, can't remember if this is true for other locations as well.

Always love Nandos. Couldn't use my gift card ordering on the app but no biggy. Just use it next time. Too lazy to get up and order, old school style.

If you don’t have cash, don’t bother trying to order at the tills as you’ll be forced to order from the phone. Even if you will be losing connection they still won’t let you. Uttterly ridiculous. It’s not that they don’t have staff… but maybe we’re going to be served by robots soon? Who knows.

Had an absolutely amazing experience! Staffs were really nice and helpful especially the guy Nischal was really helpful greeted us and took us to our table and helped us understand the menu and how it worked as it was our first time in nandos. Went with his suggestion and it didn’t disappoint. 5/5 for the food and staff’s great service👍🙌🏼

Cozy place, delicious food and incredible service. If you like spicy, this is your place

The place was dirty, the service was awful. The servers couldn't find things and didn't know what they were doing. The cutlery was dirty with food marks on them. Staff were not as friendly as I'd expect, I know it was a Sunday and they may have been tired, but it's a food establishment. First and last time I will go in there. Do not recommend this place.

Probably the best service I’ve had in Nando’s the staff are great here and the food was up to scratch. We ordered off the app to save time as it gets busy at the till. The restaurant is nicely put together and it is always busy here as next to cinema and IKEA. If you get a seat you’ve done well and it’s worth it. First visit to Nando’s in a long time and way better than my last visit to the one in Greenwich.

I visited Nando’s in bugsby way Greenwich for the first time with my mum on the 03/05. Honestly our waiter Kola really made our visit so pleasant and recommended our meal and sauces. He also checked on us routinely to ensure we were okay and was always willing to help. Always had a smile and was very welcoming. The food was fresh and arrived in time but Kola made our visit so worth the while. Thank you 😊

It was one of the best Nandos I have visited in London. The food it was well cooked and the corn on the cob it was the best I had, for a long time. The staff included the manager who was very attentive, and it was lovely to see

i ate in Nandos the other day with my family and was served by Tia. Her customer service was amazing, she was so welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. And Baldeep was so lovely aswell, she was always smiling and also had the best customer service. Overall we had a pleasant experience at this Nandos and will definitely come back. I am a regular customer on the Nando’s at the North Greenwich Oni including the staff they are very helpful and kind service they do I would recommend anyone want to buy Nando’s can go and see In north Greenwich how good they are. Food are great.

My favourite place. I just got dessert because I had eaten a full meal at the Nando’s in bluewater earlier in the day lol. I loveeeeeed the chocolate pudding it was soooo gooey but also not too sweet and the ice cream was a lovely touch. I took out the orange liquid gel because it didn’t really taste nice with the whole dish as I’ve had it before. But the chocolate cake and ice cream were delicious. Also, Sean was really efficient and helpful

Food is great Unfortunately could be a but we'll arranged in terms of spaces We (couple) took a table that could seat 5. I think if seating customers are better arranged wait time could be less (had to wait 30min to be seat) Service was great and fast. During our dinner, we have been asked 2 or 3 times if all was OK

You already know I had a good time at Nandos Peninsula. Had a sensational cross section on my chicken thighs for my sunset burger - griller of the year potential for whoever was on front grill that day! (09/04/24 at roughly 8/9pm)

I came to the restaurant on a Saturday & I had a very good time. I have to say Suchi made a great effort to make me feel very welcomed. She went above and beyond to get me the sauce I wanted despite there being no bottles of sauce available on the floor.

This restaurant offers a great experience at a reasonable price. It is situated around ten minutes away from North Greenwich station by bus and is located near the Odeon cinema. The restaurant is relatively small, and due to its popularity, there is usually a wait during busy times. However, the food is good and generally arrives on time. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant is clean and modern. The prices are reasonable compared to most, and there are often new items introduced on a regular basis.

Worst service and food from all the Nando’s in London. After waiting for 25 min to be seated we need it to wait another 15 min to order and another 30min for the order to arrive to the table!!!! The place was not full but they had shortages of staff ?! After one hour in and a half of waiting all together we had to ask the very unfriendly Asian hostess about our order . It turns out that the order was ready and they had no staff to bring it to the table . We got cold 4 pieces of chicken but we ordered the full chicken plate to share ?! The chicken was not grilled properly so we had to send it back . They grilled it only in one side and just burn it . The 2 broccoli big sides where made to one and put in the plate with the chicken and the 2 big chips sides where made to one and put in the plate with the chips . We asked for the second portion of broccoli and the unfriendly asian girl simply put some of the broccoli from the plate and just dropped it on the tray . The chips and the broccoli was cold and tasteless. We were so disappointed and didn’t want yo stay in this place . Very Very bad experience in this Nando’s to our surprise because we love Nando’s and we are regular customers .

We had a really nice meal here, we were seated quickly by a friendly member of staff and we then used the App to order. This worked really well. We had a nice table near the window (good for people watching!) and the food was lovely. We also had desserts and the gooey caramel cheesecake was particularly good! I'd recommend.

Arrived at Nando's just before closing time and despite ordering a few items, I was impressed by the exceptional attitudes of every staff member. I had an amazing experience during my visit, which incidentally, was my first. The manager, Sarha and her team were friendly; efficient; professional, and obviously loved their jobs. Great teamwork, too! I had a tasty meal of chicken and chips within an atmosphere of excellent and courteous customer service! I felt so well looked after! Food was awesome and the staff was very helpful. He asked us whether it was our 1st and then he explained the menu very clearly. Food was more tasty than expected and not as costly as I thought. It took only 5 mins for us to get the food just like other fast food chains do and with far better service.

I dined in. The food came very quickly and was good - up to my expectations. However, I went to the toilet. When I came back, the table had been cleared and other customers were sat in my place! I know this is not a fine dining brand, but this speed of turnaround left me a little exasperated :-(

A brilliant branch of Nando's, all the usual Nandos delights on offer. I highly recommend the Fino Pitta to anyone that hasn't tried it yet. Great table service today 26/10/23 and the manager is on the ball ensuring everyone has a good meal.

I visited this Nandos with my daughter and grandchildren and finished going to Pizza Hut as the service was non existent. Hoping this was a one off experience we went again today. The chips were cold and replaced, the broccoli was so cold it was inedible was was reheated. The rest of the meal was warm but just inedible. This was my last visit I'll look for somewhere else.

This branch has a phenomenal manager: we only realised an error in the invoice after a 20 minute wait. When I went up to the counter, the manager immediately cooked the missing item herself and ensured that the additional wait was minimal - what an amazing service!

No disabled toilet ?! What actually!! Lift broken for ages apparently! Why do disabled people not need a rest room ?! Very very poor provision. I will be reporting thos to disabled rights it's just wrong in a big chain like this especially

Nice place to eat, spacious and airy. It was busy but the staff were efficient and professional. I had the butterfly chicken with chips and tenderstem broccoli. Also had the halloumi sticks with a tasty dip.

I have been attending the Nandoe’s on going for years normally 2 visits daily, I asked if I was able to have a larger glass and was told you get what your given if you don’t like it you can F off to another place to eat and starting shouting at me in front of a full restaurant of people I was very impressed and disappointed from the approach from Nandos I was spoke to by the manager there named Neuza stated to me I have been here years I’ll do as I wish and continued to swear at me.

Nando's dishes are incredibly tasty with a perfect balance of spices. The chicken is tender and the sauces are a game-changer. A fantastic dining experience with the manager who was present at the time. Made it very enjoyable as I had some unique requests that were listened to. Truly appreciate the service here.

Been to this branch of Nando’s several times now and it’s certainly one of the better ones around. The service is generally very good and efficient, and also I feel the chicken breast served is larger and better quality than others. If you’re in the the area and fancy a quick tasty lunch, I’d recommend it.

Floor is as dirty as you can get, massive wait to be seated, 37 minutes waiting for food now and still waiting. Staff clearly lost and poor communication. Never again coming back here.

Went on a weekday for lunch. Lady who greeted us wanted us to use the app. There is barley any signal so I asked if we could order at the till she was very rude and insisted they were asking everyone to use the app. Walked out as the app wasn't working and the server didn't want to do her job.

Best experience at a Nandos yet, and I go fairly regularly! Very warm and friendly staff, particularly the manager Oni, who was very attentive with my gluten allergy. Food tasted fresh and was piping hot.

Staff were efficient & helpful. Food took a reasonable about of time.
