The set menu, fantastic value, something for everyone and a choice of 2 or 3 courses. Service prompt and friendly and surroundings relaxed. 5 star all round

A small army of friends and family came to munch and enjoy a quite fabulous selection of meals at the lovely Park Hotel. Cannot say enough about the staff .Totally amazing service .Everyone really helpful and serving us all in a timely manner. We would eat here more if we lived local.Why?The menu is varied.There is a 2 course meal option ,that quite frankly is worth every penny. £15 for the 2 course.Piping hot.Freshly made to order. We will be back visiting family in November and look forward to a fab Christmas lunch!🌲 ,

just left the park hotel had pate, steak pie and sticky pudding for dessert, mmmmm well worth the money and the service is amazing especially from the male manager/barman/ table service who wears the very smart suits the place wouldn’t be the same without him he is so friendly attentive and top class

Went for a catch up lunch .. lovely restaurant staff nice .. but that’s sadly was all .. food wasn’t the best starters were ok .. mains not so good macaroni dry no taste chicken burger didn’t look cooked properly and Cajun chicken hard and very dry .. didn’t bother with dessert wouldn’t return

We love the 2 courses for £14 deal.It is quite simply fabulous.Well worth the money.Piping hot meals served by a lovely team who accommodate walk ins no problemo.👍 Cosy warm atmosphere with a slick service.Attention to detail - clean tables,lovely spotless jug of table water with lemon 🍋 and ice.We are aware (we asked!) tips all equally shared out with the staff👍 Oh the food????delicious!We will be back when next in the area.

Food was excellent, cooked to my taste but only to be spoiled by rude restaurant staff. The grumpy old barman was argumentative and wouldn't listen to customers.

Cannot understand why more fab reviews of this restaurant are not on here!We don’t live local but have family in the area,and just love the freshly cooked food when in the area. Little bit of building work outside and in,however not a problem. Piping hot food with meal deal fixed price for starter and main or main and pudding. Quite,quite delicious.!

Regularly have Sunday dinner here. Lovely staff, great service, good choice on menu. Not nouvelle cuisine - just good quality meals and great value.

Went for our wedding Anniversary,36 years later since we got married at the Park Hotel. First class service. The menu had a lot of choices. Food was piping hot . Well done to the chef and staff for a memorable occasion. We will be back with friends. Highly recommend for dinner.

Pre-booked Evening Meal and drinks - very friendly staff - very helpful - Food arrived in good time - tasted and looked good. - ordered desserts to finish off our meal - good choices - very tasty. Had more drinks, with cocktails - good flavours and looked good. Staff continued to be very helpful and provided more drinks during the evening. Will be back.

My sister, our husbands enjoyed a lovely meal here. The seating was socially distant,staff all wore masks and were really nice. The menu was amazing and it was hard to choose what to have,I opted for the pate,the Balmoral chicken,and the tablet cheesecake with pouring cream,which was amazing. We all opted for different meals and all cleaned our plates. Definitely worth going back,and with 3 courses for £10,what's not to love.

Had an overnight stay at this hotel recently on a DBB basis. All Covid-19 measures in place with plenty of sanitiser stations throughout the public areas. The bedroom/bathroom looked as if it had been newly decorated. It was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Dinner was enjoyable (3 courses for £10.00) as well as breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking spaces at the hotel and it is only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Would certainly stay here again.

Was in last night. Busy but all staff were very helpful and we were well pleased. Good pub food, well presented and all good. Will be back. Well done Park Hotel on Covid measures too.

Went here as the beancross is closed expecting similar food but it’s not in the same league. They have went too cheap and the £10 for 3 courses is shown in the quality of the produce.Chicken goujons are frozen and very cheap, veg is either frozen or even canned, roast beef is that tough you can barely get a knife through it. Brie was good as was the steak pie and cheesecake, no complaints on the mac and cheese. Service was a bit slow and could be doing with another couple of servers. For me up the price to £12-14 for 3 courses and up the quality of the food. We won’t be back at 3 for £10 as good quality suffering.

We've just had a fabulous, and very reasonably priced, lunch. Two courses for £12, 3 for £14. The homemade lentil soup is very tasty and we both had the homemade steak pie, tremendous! Proper steak pie, not stew with a pastry square added when it's being dished up. Picture is of the homemade sticky toffee pudding. Been told it's fantastic (diabetic so no pud for me). Haven't been since it changed from Best Western to Hannigans but it's still the same quality of food. Would definitely recommend and will return. Rebecca was excellent, hold onto her, good staff are hard to find.

Paid a lot for a special Xmas day meal, and we were extremely disappointed The table was too small for everything There was no bar service, you had to go yourself The staff were not professionally dressedThe food was poor, I didn’t even eat the dessert, It was disgusting Other people beside us and before us had also complained We were all given vouchersI did not think this was adequate and wrote a complaint but have still only been given a voucher, I wanted a full refund, as this was like a very mediocre bar lunch, not an expensive Xmas day dinnerAvoid like the plague, food is poor, do not book for special things like Xmas day

We went as a group of 11, two of whom were children. The food and service as always was excellent and extremely good value. All who ate commented that they enjoyed the food and could not believe the choice on offer at the price. Unless a big eater you will struggle to do three courses. After we ate another couple of friends joined us and we remained in the bar/reception area for a "few" drinks afterwards. (We apologise for rearranging the seating) As a group of family and friends it was nice to have a quiet area to chat after the meal. A couple who live in Falkirk but have never visited before plan to return again.

Stayed for just one night thankfully. Sure the place was clean and the facilities OK if very basic. My problem was the staff and the restaurant. Staff were more interested in themselves than their guests, and the food diabolical. I ordered a rare steak and was served a crucified one which I sent back. A replacement one arrived which was vir inedible. To cut into it a chain saw was required rather than a steak knife. When I complained I was offered a free dessert worth £2. I had paid a £6 supplement for the steak. I have lived and travelled widely in Scotland for many years and almost invariably met a warm welcome and good service. This was the worst meal ever and a bad advert for a country I love. Avoid!

Upon pulling up to the hotel we had some reservations. The exterior could use some sprucing up. However once we were inside we found the hotel to be comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly. We didn't have an opportunity to eat at the hotel.

I usually eat out in the evening when I stay at a hotel, but I ate dinner here twice. The soup was good and varied each day as a starter. The mains were very well cooked and tasty. The deserts were fantastic. Especially the chocolate cookie cheesecake.

we booked to eat at this hotel restaurant wish i had went somewhere else we got our table and got sevice for drinks and food order i got the sirloin steak for an extra 6pounds when we got the food the sirloin was very tough and stringy this sirloin also had a huge bone like a pork chop has tomy knowledge a sirloin steak does not have any bones in it and it didnot taste nice at all onto breakfast againsat down it was a buffet but they seemed tohave runout of a lot of things like eggs and mushrooms and sausages and they took there time to refill these as i had finished my breakfast and that was themjust filling upagain wouldnot comehere again as not much taste in there food

Angenehmes und ruhiges Hotel mit zweckmäßigen, sauberen Zimmern. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Wie wir im Lauf unserer Reise erfahren haben, ist das in schottischen Hotels alles andere als eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Abendessen und Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr lecker. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Atmosphäre ist insgesamt etwas nüchtern, aber als Durchgangshotel auf einer Rundreise sehr gut geeignet.

Don’t let outside put you off all places it is under upgrade , it doesn’t look fab from outside but the staff and the spotless interior more than made up for the exterior . We had a lovely meal with 40+ in our party and there were no complaints at all . Very pleased .

We are regular visitors to the Park and I have never been disappointed with the quality of food on offer. We occasionally go there with family and find that what we spend could easily be doubled at another restaurant. I personally recommend the gammon steak which virtually fills your plate and must be among the biggest plateful on record.

Went here for a family meal. I had chicken salad starter thing and it looked straight out of packet of marinated sliced chicken breast from Asda. Basic and nothing special. With my main course the plate came with only 3 chips on it!! Had to send it back and they put a portion of chips on it. I don't understand how this wasn't picked up either in the kitchen or by the waitress. There was a empty space on half my plate. I won't be back. Tried it a few times before this and the food was always basic. They do cheap deals but you get cheap food.

We attended the funeral of a friend at The Park. The car parking is great - a main and overflow ensures that everyone is going to get a space easily. The function room which we were in was very spacious, comfortable and easily accessed. The staff were very attentive and managed to accommodate a large group of people with apparent ease. The buffet and drinks offered were of a very high standard. A very professional outfit provided a very good service at a time when everyone needs to feel that they're being well looked after.

We stayed here for a week and the staff were always very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping was very good. The food was very good, with a good choice for breakfast and evening meals

I'm not a regular but have been in a few Sundays having set dinner. Meals are in keeping with fairly average menu selection. No complaints, as already stated average.

Met a couple of friends here tonight for a meal and a few drinks ... hadn't been here before ,however won't be back ...very basic meals and wine was awful....only 3 of us and staff still got bill wrong.

Era el habitual que cabe esperar en un hotel de 3 estrellas. Torta de carne, pescado y patatas fritas, pasta, curry y opciones vegetarianas. £12 por tres campos es una buena relación calidad-precio, en mi opinión. El bar y el salón es agradable y estar adyacente al restaurante le permitirá disfrutar de una bebida relajante, ya sea antes o después de la cena. Tuvimos una experiencia en su mayoría positivas, pero había una cosa que me molestó que comparten como una advertencia a otros; nos dieron una habitación en la primera planta por encima de la entrada y el ruido de la gente disfrutando de una tarde noche de cigarrillos y en la zona de fumadores blether abajo me mantuvo despierto. Evita las habitaciones encima de la zona de fumadores. Has sido advertido!

the unassuming building belies the comfortable interior of this hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious and the restaurant is welcoming in its appearance and personnel, it offers a albeit limited menu at 3courses for £12 or 2 for £10, amazing value and good quality.the carpark is large and private, always a bonus in a city environment

El tipo de comida se refleja en el precio del menú. Visitamos con la familia para el almuerzo. Sopa no tenía aderezos y paté no sabor de pollo hígado. Tres de nosotros tuvimos torta de carne, que recibió diversos comentarios i. e. 'horrible, insípido, sin aderezos. La apariencia era de un estofado en una de siviera plato torta de carne con un preparado de pastelería. Dos miembros de la familia tenía pudin que describe como "agradable" pero seca. No hay crema o helado, ya que fue un extra. En una nota positiva, la tortas no blandas (servido con paté).

Vino malo en £14 predeciblemente - £19 precio del hotel. No hay máquina de tarjeta en función de la habitación; "sólo". Mayoría de personal joven, agradable y trabajador. La comida era perfectamente adecuado para una función con un billete de 25 libras por cabeza. Todo el lugar se siente un poco cansado. Bien para una función o funeral taza.

Vine al restaurante en un grupo y era preocupada porque soy alérgico a productos lácteos. Cuando recibí la carta de la camarera había cruzado la marcada y comidas que incluía y no incluyen productos lácteos. Super servicial y nada era una molestia. Hayley y la otra camarera (perdón, no conseguir un nombre) eran un crédito.

visited here a few times so thought id leave a review. upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member who showed us to our table, and took our drinks order. a short while later we order our food, you cant argue with the selection of food on offer at 3 courses for £12.00. the food is always well presented and adequate portion sizes, last week when i visited i had the jack daniel's pulled pork which was truly amazing, overall the whole place is just warm and inviting and if you have not been then i recommend you give it a try. you wont be disappointed

Mi marido y yo reservamos una mesa antes de asistir a una boda en el hotel. Tuvimos una comida agradable y el servicio fue estupendo. Puedo recomendar el pollo balmoral, muy sabroso y abundante. El personal era muy eficiente y amable, también noté que estaba lleno, así que puede ser necesario reservar con antelación.

Este hotel tiene un restaurante muy bueno y el precio es razonable. Yo recomendaría una nightvout aquí.

Had the 3 course dinner for £12 prior to the psychic show with Paula O'Brien (who was amazing).As was the 3 course dinner, which was exceptional. Great choices of starters, mains and sweets. I had beef bourguignon and my wife who likes to watch her figure had the breaded haddock which was quickly named Moby befire she started. Excellent portion sizes on all courses. Tremendous value for money, but it was the quality that really counted. Definitely worth a visit. We both had three excellent courses and a bottle of wine for £38. Can't compliment it enough.

We visited here with our grand daughter after a show at Falkirk Town Hall. They do a deal, 3 courses for £12. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal for the price we paid. The service was very good too, plenty of staff to serve everyone. I would recommend the steak pie for the main as the meat was beautiful and tender. Good children's menu and the chicken nuggets were pieces of breast of chicken battered. Well worth a visit and I'm sure we'll be back. Keep up the good work.

We went after a funeral, the place was too dark. The food was good and also the service was good. Maybe there are other conference rooms nicer at the hotel.

I eat here on a fairly regular basis and have never been disappointed - gammon steaks falling of the plate - sticky toffee pudding to die for ould thoroughly recommend

Mum and I were there last night for the first time.They have a set menu for £12.95 for 3 courses but if you want the steak it's an extra £5 per person.Mum and I skipped a starter as we like to order a main meal and a dessert that's plenty for us. Mum and I both ordered the sirloin steak,both of us wanted them well done.We seemed to wait ages for the meal coming-at least 30 mins-and we were the first people to order!.So finally when the plates came the steak had battered onion rings on top of it,there were a few mushrooms to the side,a lot of chips,and a whole tomato and we also got HALF a small jug of peppercorn sauce to share-good grief!So they gave us steak knives and do you think i could cut this steak of mine? I even turned it over to discover it was burned to a cinder.I was not happy at all.The chips were not much better-some were still hard and not cooked properly.I asked my mum how her steak was-at least she was managing to cut through hers but she said there was a lot of tough bits in it.I said to our server when she come for our plates I couldn't eat mine and even my hand cramped up trying to cut the thing and she said she'll tell the chef!For the desserts I got a cinnamon crumble with custard-it was lovely and hot but the crumble itself had a lot of hard bits in it.I couldn't eat a lot of it.Mum had the ice cream-the small balls of chocolate,vanilla and strawberry but there was no extra like a wafer or chopped nuts or a cherry or anything!So when the bill came we still got charged the full amount £12.95 each plus the extra £5 for the steak-what a nerve!

Very small tables didn't feel very private, fast service food was nice apart from dessert, trio of ice cream was very disappointing cheap gritty ice cream and was served like something at a kids party

Went for lunch for 5 people. Restaurant was well set out, clean and we were seated speedily. Menu choice is good as it is a set menu (2 course for £10) in my own opinion this is reflected in the quality of ingredients (Scampi) on saying that 2 of my party had the pasta dish which they say was very good. So some mixed reaction for this visit. Staff were very friendly and service was first class.

Having decided to spend some time in Falkirk specifically to see the Kelpies and the wheel we hadn't given much thought to food, We stayed at the Premier Inn and the beefeater attached was doing 3 courses for £16.99 but we decided to check out elsewhere and wandered into the Park hotel just to have a look at the menu and decided that £12 for 3 courses was too good to miss especially on a Friday night without booking!The food was really nice and the only downside I would say is that there was only one vegetarian choice ( why is it always Pasta!! ) but both our vegetarians said it was really enjoyable so all was well.I don't know if we would have got such a good deal if we had gone into a restaurant in the middle of Falkirk and the staff were efficient and helpful even giving our 2 hungry teenagers extra rolls at no extra charge, these are the little things that mean a lot and if in the area I would go back there again for dinner.

First visit after we were recommended to go there for a comfortable lunch break while sightseeing in Falkirk. We were not disappointed. Restaurant looked high class but was not high priced. £8 gave us a good choice of main course which left no room for sweet even though it would have cost us only another £2. Good, friendly service. Only criticism is trying to find it when you don't know Falkirk but that was more my fault than their's.

We held our funeral wake here and were not let down by the menu selection, value for money and quality of service. This was our 3rd family function here and would choose this venue again for a similar life event.

Hadn't been for a wee while and was pleasantly surprised with the up to date menu deal choices at three courses for £12.Would probably have preferred a two course option howeverThere was a nice peaceful atmosphere with plenty of room at our table for two adults and two children (aged 6 and 4)A good choice of dishes, well presented and decent quantity. If anything the children's portions were a bit on the big side. Although there is a specific kids menu, the children may have preferred a small portion from the main menu dishes.Won't leave it so long to return

I took my mum here for the hotels set menu. £10for 3 courses. The food was excellent with a good choice for all courses. Large portions too !Would defo come back. Nice setting too in the restaurant.

after attending the service for my late aunts funeral we had booked the Park Hotel for a meal,on arriving we were disappointed at the attitude of the head waitress,the meal was appalling and possibly the worst meal I have sat down to in my life,soup tastless,melon hard and waver thin.main meal frozen fish dry and disgusting as was the sorry excuse for a steak pie,no coffee or tea offered and a grumpy service to boot.i would never recommend this place to anyone

I have been to this hotel several times and always get the same level of professional service. I have not had any problems each time i visit and the food on offer is of a good standard. There is car parking which is free. You are only 5 minutes drive from the town centre and less than 10 minutes drive from the Falkirk Wheel.

Both my friend and I took tomato soup but it was awful. It was so watery, it was like made the day before, they ran short then added water. We complained to the waitress who did nothing. Main course wasn't much better and we were glad to leave. I won't be back for a meal there.

A regular eating place for myself and family. Their special three course meal is great value. Complained once about food being cold but that is a rare occurrence. Great value for money and a varied menu to suit all tastes

Visited on a Sunday at dinner time. Even though the restaurant was busy we got a table no prpblem. The set menu on offer is excellent value, 3 courses for £12. The menu is varied, the food excellent and great service from the staff. Would highly recommend.

We dined here when staying the night before a canalboat holiday on the Union Canal, and had their 3 course dinner for only £12. A great range on the menu and the 6 dishes we had were uniformly high quality; fresh, tasty ingredients, well cooked and beautifully presented. Speed of service was just right too. Highly recommended!

My family and I went here for my dads birthday. We opted for the set menu. The food was very good and well priced. The service was good and it was family friendly. I would recommend going.

We go to The Park often for dinner as my mum loves it!! The surroundings are lovely and the menu choices are great, also if you want chips instead of potatoes or veg instead of salad or even just gravy on your meat instead of the sauce that its supposed to be served with they will accomodate this! The staff are very friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. ALso we find it very good value for money and the choice of foods are good, you could go every week and not have the same thing twice (unless you wnated too).

very good value for money, 3 courses for £12. It has a quite extensive menu and good portion size. It might be worth pre booking a table as when we visited it was quite busy.

Forty people including myself went to the kelpies the Falkirk wheel and calendar house and finished the day at the park hotel Falkirk ,never been here before but would certainly go back fair enough they new what everybody was having to eat as it was pre ordered but the food and service were excellent,

We won a Sunday lunch at the hotel. My girlfriend had the beef dinner. She loved the beef as it tender. I had the pork dinner. It was nice.enjoyed the 3 course i had. Would go there again dinner

My husband myself and friends all had a lovely meal here. We each had a different main plate and all of us really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent and it was good value for the money paid. We would certainly recommend this Hotel.

we did not plan to be going out for dinner on Saturday of the Easter holidays but as it worked out could not be bothered cooking so our initial thoughts were to visit the Rosebank Beefeater as it was only 6pm and only wanted a quick bite to eat on our way to function. The beefeater had a few tables in but not busy and much to our surprise were told we would have to wait for 45 minutes for a table. As no time to do so decided to give the Park hotel a try. Got there at 18.05 and were told they could fit us in but had to have the table back to them by 19.30 as try had another booking then. This was not a problem as only wanted a quick dinner. Well I was blown away with the ease of everything after this. They obviously listened to us as within minutes we had our 3 course options taken ( did not see an option to have just the one but at £12 for 3 great deal) and we had all course served and sitting the lounge by 18.45. Thank you do much for a lovely meal and for the fast service. Just what we wanted and will definitely come back for a more slower meal the next time when we can delight in your restaurant and food

We have had lunches and dinner here on many occasions. The menus have a great choice of meals at very reasonable prices. Lovely atmosphere I reco bookiing as it gets very busy in the evening.

Place over all is large, some area,s I felt were needing a refurb, the dinning area of the hotel is large and open, seating area plus breakfast dining area are just at the front and I found it a bit chilly, food was ok as its set priced meals

This is one of a family run chain of local hotels run as a Hannigan Hotel, which I have stayed in on several occasions in the past. But now as a local, my family and I visit the restaurant about twice per month for Sunday Lunch and have never been disappointed withe extensive 3 course varied menu, or the quality of my choices, and the service never fails to impress. Being a Hotel too, the restaurant is always open, but best to stick to regular mealtimes as the freshness of the food speaks for itself when busy. Oh, the cost of a 3 course meal is about £10 to £12 depending on your preference.

Only previous visit was for a night out and prices for drink where average for a hotel, Usual sort of a spread for a funeral party, sausage rolls, sandwiches (not the best) cakes and a cup of tea or coffee. and don't forget the scone and jam.Overall this is what most other hotels and pubs, clubs would supply for a funeral tea. Attended on an office night out. The usual price of £10 per head was slightly increased to £12 per head due to proximity to Christmas but still represented excellent value. Plenty of staff. Service was swift and cheery. Often on such occasions I find the serving staff and kitchen are overwhelmed by the numbers but although the hotel was obviously very busy there were no problems and we were well looked after.

We have had many meals here over the years, and it is hard to beat for value for money. They do a £10 , three course meal , with an excellent choice, and we have yet to have a bad meal. Our mosr recent one was for my birthday, and both the veggies and the rest had good meals.

Once again we have had a super meal here. The price (£10 per head) and choice cannot be beaten. For some of our party there was too much on the plate! Staff very friendly and helpful.Good place all round

This Hotel is good value for money. The menu is varied and the High Tea includes scones and cakes. This Hotel can accommodate coach parties if this is required.

We have been to this restaurant a few times now for a no frills dinner (3 course set) and I have to say it is well worth it.The food choice is good, the food is first class, the service is faultless, the speed of service is again faultless and the atmosphere is great - and yes the title reflects my stomach.The final bill for this is even better!

Myself and family were in for a early dinner for my sisters 50th. Food and value were very good but some of the service let them down. Only asked once if they could take a drinks order on arrival sadly after that had to keep asking a passing member if staff if we could order drinks. While all the time there were clearly 3 sometimes 4 members of staff just standing at the cutlery station. At no point were any glasses cleared from our table. When I asked a staff member if there were child changing facilities I was told no I would have to use the ladies. When I got to the ladies there was hardly any room to change a baby, walked back out the toilets and a member of staff came out the disabled toilet after clearly using them and I the spotted the baby changing table. Sorry Park Hotel but I expected a lot more professionalism. Up side was I enjoyed the food and your staff who brought out the birthday cake. Thank you.

I dined in the Park Hotel for the first time last night for a quiet meal with the family as it was my 30th and I have to say I was impressed. The speed of service and professionalism from the staff was top notch, as was their friendly, approachable and accommodating attitudes everyone from the bar and restaurant were on top of their game last night. The food quite simply, hit the spot as did my cool pint of cider which helped me wash down my gorgeous stake. As for the cost, what cost it was a steal. A big well done to everyone who made my time at the hotel a pleasant and professional one. Keep up the good work!

Second time been back for dinner and just as much of a let down. Food dull, presentation poor, staff not very interested. Not at all welcoming feeling which was same on previous visit. Don't recommend for dinner.

I don't know how they do it but for £10 you can get a very decent 3 course lunch. It isn't gourmet food but tasty and plentiful. Some items were better than others.We were a party of 8 and they coped well. Some items were better than others. The steak pie is good and the chicken strips were a nice starter. Waiting staff were a little cool and reserved but got the job done well enough. Can't complain for those prices. If you are looking for a good value lunch in a pleasant atmosphere then I would suggest you go to the park Hotel.

Myself, my partner & parents went to the Park Hotel for food, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is 3 courses for £10 with a very good selections of starters (about 4), mains (easily 10 or there abouts), & deserts (about 4). You definitely need to reserve a table at least 1 day before you plan to go. The food is served very quickly and portion sizes are excellent considering you are only paying £10 for 3 courses! The only negative thing I can say is that waiting staff did not come to check our food was ok shortly after serving, however as our food was excellent, this was not an issue for us. All in all, a lovely, competitively priced restaurant & would recommend to anyone.

Great food at a great price, however we had our baby girl with us so we asked for there high chair and the waiter went and got us the high chair and it was absaloutly disgusting, don't think it had ever been cleaned and bits if food/liquid all over it and the straps were brown with stains! It was that dirty it kinda put me off my meal! It would have been more hygienic feeding her in the toilet it was that bad! £30 quid for a new high chair... Get it sorted!

Had dinner here with 5 other members of my family. Have to say the decor is really nice and the whole place feels very inviting. The menu is obviously not extensive but there should be enough choices to suit most people. The meals themselves were well presented and taste wise very good. Staff are very attentive and I would definitely consider returning to this restaurant.

Great service with very nice rooms. Good location. Meals are good value too with three courses for just £10. The staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful.

We regularly book here for Sunday Lunch for 3, and choose from their 3 courses for £10 menu which has plenty of choices in all 3 sections. The food is consistently well prepared and served, the table settings are first class, and get this, they use real linen napkins, which nowadays is a real treat. This is not just a restaurant, it is part of a popular local hotel that caters for business folk, weddings, funerals, and all other catering functions, which means they have a wide range of staff and skill-sets available to meet any demand. Add to that a large car park and an ample lounge area and there you have it - a really nice lunchtime treat in good surroundings, with good food, great staff, very competitive pricing, and excellent facilities. And as luck would have it, this week I had a traditional roast beef dinner with all the usual trimmings - but found the gravy not to my liking - it had been overly infused with thyme which in my opinion spoiled the flavour of everything else on the plate. So I mentioned that fact to a very helpful and understanding waitress who exchanged my order for a roast beef in peppercorn sauce that was delicious. No fuss, just very professional service. Well done Park Hotel. Keep it up and we will keep returning.

For £10 for three course, don't know where else you can go. Lovely menu, good choice, well presented hot meals. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great value for money!

I had my hen night in the restaurant and was happy with being in a room with my friends and being treated great by all staff on shift that night. The room was decorated lovely and we were all pleased with the meal and the service. Thanks to manager and his staff for a special night would recommend to all for a special night.
