100% 0 servicio y comida yo diría que totalmente basura no recomendaría en absoluto. necesitan mucho para mejorar el servicio y la calidad de la comida todo estaba lleno de patatas no pollo, etc

My husband and I had Indian afternoon tea. It was not very busy on Tues afternoon: 2 other tables. Wouldnt bother to go again. It was ok but nothing special at all.

First Indian Afternoon Tea both of us experienced. Visited on 14 January and we were not disappointed. The menu was as stated on the Groupon offer. Food was very tasty and filling, moreso than the traditional afternoon tea of cucumber sandwiches, tea and scones. Staff were very attentive, surroundings, vey clean nice decor, comfortable and relaxing. Very nice experience. All being well, hope to return with or without the Groupon voucher in the not too long distant future. Thank you.

Me alojé aquí como asistente del Royal Albert Hall para el servicio de Recuerdo y el desfile en The Cenetoph. Encantador hotel y hermosa comida. El personal también fue fantástico. Recomiendo encarecidamente una estancia aquí. Sin duda volveremos.

We were staying at the hotel and wanted to have breakfast on the day of our departure so we pre-booked the buffet breakfast at the hotel. What a disappointment. We would recommend going down the street to one of the many coffee shops in the neighborhood. We had a great experience at the hotel.

Our meal was decent but service not that great. Also more expensive than expected and there are better restaurant around and cheaper.

Fabulous food. Great service. Quiet atmosphere. You could actually hear your conversation. Highly recommend.

We stayed for two nights. London hotel prices have certainly gone up significantly in the last 18 months or so. I used to hunt and find good 4 star hotels for £180 a night and special ones/ some 5 star for £200 a night; no more. Now I struggle to get a workaday 4 star for £200. Anyhow, I thought I’d try the Park Grand chain because they seem to be converted town houses and personal service. This is the second I’ve stayed in. I paid about £200 a night exc breakfast. It’s very near to Earls Court tube so really easy access to the underground, but although the area is buzzing during the day it is heaving at night - not in a good way... On the negative side, the room was small, optional extra breakfast is tired and worth avoiding (best eat out), the bathroom and bedroom was tired too although well fitted out. On the plus side, the staff were really good in particular the doormen and reception staff. They were approachable and responsive (there were a few problems with our room and the billing and they were really professional and sorted what they could at the time). Would I stay again? Maybe if there was an offer that was substantially cheaper than what I paid. Freshening up the rooms and overhauling the breakfasts would really help lift this particular hotel and help the staff to deliver what they seem to want to.

This hotel was quaint, clean, and in a great location. The staff were wonderful and it was easy to explore all the sites in London!

Went here mid week for lunch and was not disappointed. There were six of us, and from the moment we arrived we enjoyed first class service with a smile. The three courses, and not all of us had the same, were outstanding, with empty plates each time. Compliments to the chef. See you again.

All the dishes served were of poor standard. Also the indian tea served was also not good. Visited end of March for a birthday treat. I will not recommend this place.

My Husband and I went with a groupon voucher for 2 course set lunch not expecting a quality meal. We were very pleasantly surprised. From the welcome by our waiter Francisco to our departure we had a really enjoyable time. The menu was quite extensive. A choice of 5 starters, 5 mains and 4 desserts, and unusually no suppliments. I had the grilled halloumi starter and grilled salmon main, both of which were lovely. My husband had lamb chops for main and home made tiramisu for dessert, which he also really enjoyed. We had a very reasonably priced bottle of wine, which was also good.

Great staff and great service, breakfast was £10 each if you prebooked at the reception when you check in and the food was good.. great location coz its near the Earl's court underground station. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. Looking forward to stay here again the next time i visit London..

Lovely restaurant and Christmas tree and decorations were very tasteful. Nothing was too much trouble to the manager and his staff. Good selection of cold meats breads and cooked food. Eggs choice's could be accommodated for and we were able to have as much or as little as we required to eat.

Stay clear of this restaurant. Please do not EVER visit this restaurant. The service was rubbish and slow. It took 2 hours to get the main meal and at that there were 2 pieces of dry lamb chops with no sauce with about 4 pieces of chips. Don’t even think about ordering the cocktails as that is the worst thing i have ever seen in my entire life. Do NOT ever visit this restaurant

The food quality and service level is excellent at hotel restaurant and you get good variety of food. Value for money and delicious

Wonderful breakfast buffet fresh, clean and hot . Opens at 7AM -10 AM. Coffee, tea, espresso and latte. Fresh fruit, eggs, toast breads, meats very nice
