Ordered a salad and got half toasted bread instead of croutons for £16. Then the manager yelled at a lady for leaving her food out and attending her daughter because pigeons began eating their food. Then forced the daughter to sit inside. The mom is in front of me crying at eating alone outside.

Had a good relax while I was there. Had to get a takeaway cup of hot chocolate which was £3.50. Overall, I had a nice time.

The staff is lovely, especially the owner. He makes you feel like you’ve known each other forever. The food is good, service is fast, it’s clean, good atmosphere.

Love this part of Hyde Park..it has a great atmosphere and is very pretty. It transports into a different world.

The staff at the Coffee Shop in the Park are always friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. They are knowledgeable about their menu and always willing to recommend something new to try. Their warm smiles and excellent service add a personal touch that makes every visit special.

The Paddington Recreation Ground is absolutely fantastic to spend time with family - play and picnic. And added to that is this Cafe, just get a good coffee, and something to eat and relax in the park. Burgers, pizza and soup are definitely good.

Food is ok however the attitude of the workers is terrible, they plain lazy and rude. The waiter brough my food to the table and i asked for the drink he told me to go and get it to the bar i had to leave my hot food in the table and go to get it which is unfare as they charge you extra for eating in, on top of that i left tip when i paid which i regret it !!! Dont tip in here they are lazy and have bad attitude!!!

Very nice service and cute location

Living 2 mins away makes this a regular haunt. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or tea, the service is always excellent, the food fresh and tasty ( special shout out for the pizzas!) and the atmosphere welcoming and friendly.

Wanted to order some fries for 3 year old. We were with a big group of 3 families. My family don’t eat meat and only kids options with fries was with meat. I was refused fries only as an option and spoken to very badly. Ended up having to order with meat. Then saw tables with portion of fries only. When I tried to ask he didn’t want to hear. Awful experience and no idea why I was treated so badly.

The closing time is incorrect and it should be open longer in the winter (for people to sit in) which the current time is 5:00 when people want to be inside rather than it closing late in the summer (6:30)when people want to be outside

Fantastic park cafe. The food is delicious and ingredients always fresh. Pizzas are amazing, as are their grilled chicken salads etc. Family run cafe. We love it here!

I popped in late afternoon & Great friendly staff & had a great coffee & bite to eat. Someone else had a hot penne pasta dish & it was looked so good...... deffo next time. Literally the Best Park cafe I've ever been in.

Was taking a stroll in paddi rec with coffee I had purchased from Gails, it started to pour so I stepped into the cafe to seek some shelter from the rain and grab a bite, was immediately given the finger wave at my coffee by a man (who may have been the owner as he wasn't in uniform) with a disapproving look, did not bother even speaking or asking if I was planning on ordering food, bearing in mind I am 7.5 months pregnant and could've used a seat. I've had food there once and overpriced for the quality. Regardless, kindness costs nothing and I'd rather get drenched in the rain then condone discriminatory and rude behaviour like that.

It's like heaven. Fresh air and trees and watching people being happy together. Good coffee, great pizzas. Go early if you want a croissant because they tend to run out. Breakfast menu in the morning.

I love this place. On a sunny day, lovely to sit at the park and have a caesar salad at the cafe, which they make really well.

Staff a bit nasty and the disabled toilet is out of order for more than a year... I asked why is that and they refuse to answer sending me to another toilet in the park which was out of order too...

A lovely café, the personnel is friendly, the coffee is cheaper than most options around while being just as good. I go there often and I'll keep coming back!

After reading reviews about the quality of their coffee decided to give it a go. Unfortunately it wasn’t as described. The interior space is great and there’s ample outside seating, the service is friendly, BUT I agree with one reviewer who said they could do so much more with it.

Freshly prepared tasty food. Service was speedy and a lovely outside area to sit and enjoy the winter sunshine.

Reasonable prices. Food is decent, but their coffee is where they shine (I think I will have one every time I visit this park).

Really awful service, I asked for a tea with Oat milk, (I'm lactose intolerant). I watched the man pour cow's milk. When I pointed it out to him, he didn't even apologise. He just handed the made a new tea and waited for me to move along for the next person. It wasn't even busy but felt incredibly dismissive. I would be careful if you had any allergies or intolerances, they don't seem to care.

They serve super delicious hot chocolate. Staff is kind and polite. 🤗

A great little café in a great location. The food and drink tastes good and is reasonably priced. The staff are nice and helpful, there's a healthy menu for the kids and a build-your-own breakfast menu. The atmosphere is pleasant and informal and with tons of activities, adventure playgrounds, sports pitches and a wildlife garden located in the surrounding park, it's a great place to bring the family for a day out.

As I work locally, I & my friends visit this lovely functional cafe regularly for lunch! The staff are friendly & efficient, the food is decent cafe fare with large portions & competitively priced (FYI: we usually have baked Potatoes, toasted sandwiches/ciabattas, soup or omelettes). The coffee is also good (which helps us survive our afternoon at work). Usually plenty of room inside or out (in the better months!) it never feels too cramped. Unfortunately toilets in the cafe are only for the disabled or people with children, & you have to ask for a key, but clean public loos are found only a minute away!

Regularly come to have breakfast here, the eggs florentine are very tasty. Only wished they had more juices on offer and wifi available as it will be nice to work from there since its in the middle of the park.

Friendly and great space to relax. Good range of food and drinks with fast service indoors or outdoors. We come rain or shine as the view is great and it feels like an escape to the countryside.

I had a lovely brunch here with a friend of mine. We had a very nice time and everything was good - the coffee, food, service. Also, it's located in the park so that's a plus too.

This place is so comfortable, friendly, cheap, and incredibly well-located if your kids like the playground at Paddington Rec (as mine does). I've never had the entrees but the sandwiches are nice and simple.
