The best breakfast I’ve had ever since I became strict vegetarian. I arrived there around 12p.m. on Saturday and it was easy to get a table. The place is cozy, friendly and the food is delicious. I had the Paradise Pancakes, a Cappuccino and a Smoothie. Everything was tasty and the service was good. I definitely recommend it!

I popped into here last week and got a bunch of food and desserts for takeaway. I found the wait for food to take a bit but I was too distracted ogling the desserts (and moaning the rain outside) to care! The staff seemed relatively friendly to me. It’s also a very attractive space, with light green walls and fern decor, with the range of salads and desserts displayed in glass cases. The chickpea omelette and pizza were AMAZING: full of flavour and very filling. I had them in the next couple of days for lunch and I was always sated. As for the desserts, well they weren’t all home runs. The chocolate and hazelnut almond biscuits by the till are TERRIBLE and give vegan desserts a bad name: dry and just bad-tasting. But the pear and chocolate teff cookie next to it is lovely: soft and crumbly with bits of pear in the cookie. The truffles are also lovely, with the date and chocolate pairing, a good match. The protein balls were nothing special: a bit too dry and tough and not the most flavourful. So would return for the food and truffles (and cookie!)

We enjoyed a breakfast here this week. The full breakfast was tasty and the scrambled ackee was a really tasty substitute for eggs. I'm not sure about the avocado and baked bean combo - it's not a totally complementary pairing. Pancakes also went down well. I felt a couple of things let it down. It was very slow service which often seems the curse of vegan cafes. Why does being vegan seem to mean that you are never in a hurry? My daughter had to get to work and it was about twenty minutes before we got our food so she had to cut it a bit fine. As there were only a couple of other people in there it seemed a bit lax. I would have appreciated the offer of hot water to top up our tea which was quite pricey at £2.50 for a small pot. I also wondered why the sourdough toast was served dry when a bit of spread would have lifted it a bit.

Place picked by vegan cousin, am veggie myself. Not been before. Looks very trendy and cute but limited seating and limited offers on the menu. Waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to take order despite prompting. I have an allergy to the onion family and waitress was unsure about ingredients and called the chef. In the end had the Paradise breakfast, sausages were tasty but dry and crumbly, ackee isn't chewy enough for scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu would be better, also avocado ring round beans is a bit weird and portion was small for the price, small quantities of veg with tiny piece of sourdough. We ordered pancakes to share, also not very pleasant I am afraid. The bagels others were eating looked better. Essentially style over substance, poor service, won't be going back.

Can never go past a smoothie bowl, I had the berry smoothie bowl. So delicious, presentation could be better but obviously doesn’t change the taste, large portion as well. The interior is lovely and feels very clean and relaxed. The only negative is the music, felt like I was in a hotel elevator. It drove me nuts. I will be back to try more on the menu.

Told by a waitress to sit down and she'd take our order. She never came so after 15mins we went to the counter. Ordered the beans and bagel. No mention on the menu that it contained an excessive amount of cocoa which was not enjoyable to eat. Left the majority of the food on my plate. Drinks came at different times. Cutlery brought after our food was served. Toldm I was disappointed with the food and that it didn't mention it on the menu. They offered no sort of restitution. Considering there were 3 waitresses and a practically empty venue, the service should have been more efficient. £15 down and I'm still hungry.

Despite this being a vegan paradise of dreams, the food is just generally enjoyed by vegans and non-vegans alike. Good portions for really reasonable prices. I come here fairly regularly and I will keep coming back - delicious doesn’t cover it. They’ve recently improved their Mac n cheese which was already incredible but is even cheesier and the coconut bacon adds the perfect crunchy texture.

My girlfriend and I just came back from this lovely, lovely place which I highly recommend to anyone who wants a fairly priced, politely served and, critically, DELICIOUS vegan meal!!! After a difficult choice from a great looking dinner menu, we both had the Nice Guy burger, which is a tremendous tower of tasty treats; encompassing a sumptuous aubergine, lentil and quinoa pattie on a bed of smashed avocado, topped with sweet caramelised red onions, delicious vegan mozzarella and a roasted Portabella mushroom. Our sides were sweet potato fries and some of the best vegan “chicken” (chickpea) nuggets I have ever had. Try ‘em, you’ll see what I mean. The service was great and it’s a lovely place to sit and enjoy a good meal. If you’re in the area for dinner you should definitely stop by and, if you still have space for desert (we didn’t, but forced ourselves!), the Brownie and Cashew Ice cream is a strong choice. We have also had the pleasure of their daytime menu on a couple of occasions, so if you’re after a banging lunch then the Mac and Cheese is not to be missed either... Really happy we went, I’m sure you will be too.

I’ve been going to Paradise Unbakery for a while and it NEVER disappoints. The quality of the food is amazing and so much better than so many vegan places in London. My fav spot to meet with friends or do some work solo. Now they have an insanely tasty dinner menu. Myself and my boyfriend had the ‘Chick-P-Dippers and a couple of ‘Nice Guys’ burgers. They were absolutely delicious! The staff are also lovely too. A vegan ‘paradise’ that never compromises on taste or quality!

I have been back a few times since my last review, in fact, any and every time I can find an excuse to take quite a detour to enjoy their amazing menu. Great service by all staff. Delicious, healthy, cruelty free, vege, vegan and raw, and items to buy from their little shop too :)

Nice and relaxed settings, eat in/eat out option.. I tried various salad and they were delicious. Most of the food from menu is raw, some is not, but everything is vegan. Regarding the price, average prices for that type of restaurant. I will be back.

Service is great. We don't eat garlics and onions and they can make dishes accordingly. Smoothies are great. Chickpea omelet is nice. The environment is comfortable, green and tidy. Love the "peeling off"table, cool background for food display, overall very nature-wise furnished decoration.

“The customer is ALWAYS right”. Have you never heard of this saying considering you operate a coffee shop?! We rocked up for a quick drink prior to a gig in Wembley Stadium on June 29. I asked my husband to hold our chosen table while I nipped to the loo. Immediately I was accosted by the extremely rude and aggressive security guy working the door on June 29 (tall, white, British, unpleasant looking) who told me I couldn’t use the loos until I bought a drink. How dare he assume I wasn’t going to buy a drink?! Would you rather have your customers pee while purchasing a drink?! I explained that my husband was holding the table while I used to loos. He aggressively insisted I should buy a drink prior to sitting down or using the facilities. Is this how your cafe chooses to treat PAYING customers?! I understand you’re right by a big stadium so have a lot of passing traffic but if you’re going to suspiciously assume every patron is solely there to use your dirty toilets and not buy anything, you should NOT be operating next to Wembley stadium as this attitude will lose you genuine customers who you should be trying very hard to hold on to in these economic times! You should be grateful we bought a drink (because we were parched and hot!) despite your rude door security! I hope you go out of business! To slightly prolong your longevity in a market that’s saturated with coffee shops (that serve better coffee!), I suggest you teach your door security guys some basic manners. And most importantly fire that rude guy on a power trip who was “manning” the doors on June 29. I will be making a formal complaint against him to your head office.

Ox & Gate is a great spot to watch any sports available on the television. The seat where I sat looked like it's seen better days. I sampled the margherita pizza and it's fair to say absolutely nothing to write home about.

We went in for a coffee. Staff were friendly. However there was a spillage and the staff member used the blue cloth to clean the tables, and then the floor. As far as I cooked see she did not change the cloth and proceeded to clean the counter tops. I know costa employees don't need hygiene training as they don't technically touch the food but this was gross.
