Paradise Takeaway in Leeds

Do not recommended!! Bought on the 21st June 2024 around 9pm, just over 2 hours later we was sick and not feeling well what so ever! Chicken had a hair on, pizza greasy as anything toppings falling off, chips not cooked probably. You name it!! FOOD POISONING

Worst food on the planet they do not know have to make a kebab and the food smelt like moldy fungus the place should be shut down

It's a long time since I ordered from Paradise Take Away.I ordered a Meat Korma ,but when it arrived it was nothing like a Korma.A Korma is made mild with cream and is a pale yellow colour. I phoned to tell them they had not sent me was not a a Korma they arranged to replace it with a Korma but when the second meal arrived it was the same ,with not a trace of Cream anywhere. I understand its under new management all I can say I will not be placing any more orders with Paradise At Coldcoats ,Gipton Leeds.

Placed an order for delivery ..confirmed what was ordered..turned up paid the driver .opened it all up stuff missing ..rang them up to only to be told I didn't order the stuff that was missing ..won't be ordering from them again

over charging for what you get (£3 for a sliver of cake that would even satisfy a small child and I ordered peri peri wing with chips and a milkshake that should have coats £10 yet again they over charged cost was £12) then they keep forgetting what your ordered cuz they too busy talking sorry shouting at each other. also the food hygiene well what can I say oh yeah the font know what that means using a tub for sauce and watched them putting chicken and beef in the sameone tub instead of using separate tub so cross contamination. I tried this place again as it was close ordered a mixed calzone that should have been donnor meat chicken and chicken tikka surprise surprise didn't end up with what I ordered was given what I assume was a version of a curry calzone that had chicken bits and a 2 inch layer of cheese. Didn't fancy a heart attack so that went in to the bin and was charged £9 should have just given them the money and walk out would have been faster.

They don’t even deliver the food

Best Pizza in Town. Yesterday I tried Chef's Special Pizza. It was Yummy😋. New Management new chef makes me addicted to their foods and I have become their regular customer. I ll give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pizza was absolutely beautiful! The dough was so light and fully, we absolutely hate crusts on pizzas but this was too nice to miss!! Staff always go above and beyond to give us the best customer service, so friendly and welcoming. Pricing is spot on, banging quality! We’ll 100% be going back, this is my new pizza place.

They have buy one get one free on uber eats but they have trippled their prices! It's not buy one get one free if you double the prices, idiots.

Literally just had their pizza from here and wow it was amazing. Lovely service, asked me how i wanted my pizza and generally overall top service and food. The new owners have really invested. Will 100% be coming again and recommend highly the pizzas, kebab box and crocodile pizza

Took bare long to make my order and especially took long to even TAKE my order. Workers are stingy with sauces and have very poor communication skills, I was there for at least 30 mins and other customers were frustrated at how appalling the service is. I would never come back to this restaurant again and it deserves to be shut for good.🩸

Awful food gone in the bin £20 for something I wouldn't give away for free, onion bhaji were not cooked properly still uncooked and full of the soggy batter mix they put the onions in to fry them, curry was just pure heat and spice no flavour hardly just heat and for a rogan josh never had one as hot in my life and its the same I eat all the time from any takeaway, then called the shop to tell them the staff member who answered so cheeky and clever and said that's just how we make our bhajis what way under cooked and thrown all food away as all my mouth tastes of now is floury batter mix seriously stay away save your money

Just ordered the curry deal. One curry, two chapatti, Pepsi and onion bhajis. And all the food is brilliant.👌🏻👌🏻 Came piping hot and all fresh👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks a lot

Don't order family box chicken and chips.just throw in all on bin the chicken was burn and like eating a house brick and if that was chicken breast I have more meat on my little toe the chip we too crispy . Was not happy

Curry was just straight spice and I like spicy food all kinds, but that was stupidly spicy and had NO TASTE what so ever to it, gutted I’ve paid to throw my food in the bin it’s a joke, don’t sell curry’s if you can’t cook them properly. I love curry all kinds and that was just disgusting, poor rating from me and will never get my custom again. Lucky I didn’t have a option to give 0 stars

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED! I placed and order on Uber eats and they cancelled order claiming that I had rang them cancelling the order which I didn’t. so my order was cancelled but because this restaurant lied saying I had rang them I was still charged the full amount. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Still waiting after 3 hours this is ridiculous I better get a full refund

Won't eat there again. Seen the man take something out of the microwave I said I hope that wasn't mine he said no. He only went & put my kebab I. The microwave half was hot & half was cold waste of money couldn't even eat it

My food is always hot and very tasty sometimes fast but sometimes slow but all takeaways are like that but the chicken pakora are so nice i could eat them all day

Food was not fresh and when we took something back he threw half away then topped it up with some thing else and presumably warmed it up and gave us it back was not impressed the rest was more rubbery than my Yokohama tyers

Pizza was falling apart because it was too greasy and almost all the bottom was black. Also under staffed was alot better before new owners took over :(

Ordered a chicken buna a chicken marsala. Well it was ment to be chicken but it was just like shredded chicken no actual peices like there scriping and saving on meat. Was the worst curry I've eva eaten. Old owners

Pizza was excellent, really excellent, not over doing or under doing anything and keeping good pizza as good pizza the way it should be. Turned up in good time as well. However they made the cardinal sin of forgetting the garlic sauce. I said I wanted garlic sauce two times to them over the phone and the receipt said I ordered it. Massive shame, but it's a relief that the overall quality of the food was some redemption. Would be my go to place if I can trust my order will be correct.

A big let down cheese pizza was like eating chewing gum was so chewy and just came straight off pizza in 1 piece chips soggy and not hot. After ordering from here for the past 16 years I will not order again since its been took over the quality of the food has unfortunately been took with the previous owners really disappointing

We don't do take-away often, maybe once a month, and Paradise was where we used to get our pizzas from, starting 3 years ago when we moved to the area. The pizzas were always excellent so there was never any need to change. However, our last 3 orders have been, well, dire! We even binned one order it was so bad and cold. You keep ordering because you assume that it was a glitch. The other night we thought we would risk it once more but when we tried to order on line it allowed us to order our choice but not extra toppings? This might not be Paradise's fault but changing the Hot Shot to include chicken is ....... why???? So we looked for somewhere else and decided on Dawn's Pizza. When our food came it was hot and the pizzas were excellent (with no chicken on the Hot Shot), definitely on a par with Paradise from a year ago. So, my advice would be to forget Paradise and move to Dawn's. Hope this helps you.

I ordered a meat feast calzone, bbq chicken wrap and a torpedo wrap the calzone was cold and was not a meat feast the bbq chicken wrap looked like someone had taken a s#@t on it and it was burnt and cold and the torpedo wrap was so bad my son in law was sick

Very pleased with my order. Food was tasty and curry made spicy just liked i asked. Customer service was also good 👍

WORST donner kebabs I've tried in Leeds so far, Ordered Chicken Tikka Massala and Chicken Tikka Dansak, both were tasteless, no flavour at all We were very disappointed had to throw all in bin, Been using this Takeaway for over 25 years With this new owners every thing is gone down hill.

0ordered from here for over 20 years nows it's changed hands never again total waste of money waited over two hours for delivery when it did arrive after many phone calls was an incomplete order and what we did have was cold and inedible rude staff on phone total waste of money would not even recommend to my worst enemy

Tried this place last night for the first time, as I Was passing, absolutely disgusting service and food,firstly they forgot about me stood waiting there for an hour, then gave me someone else order, then gave me a small portion when ide paid for the large one, when I finally got my meal it was flat cold and the curry was disgusting stay well clear of this place peeps

Been ordering for over 20yrs .. waiting times are now ridiculous.. ordered tonight got told 1 hour.. turned up after 2hrs 15 mins with some of it missing .. off you go... I'll order from somewhere else ..

Really enjoy their curries so let it slip when I waited 2 hours for it a few week ago, then today I ordered again & AGAIN 2 hour wait..no chapatis with curry as stated, food was cold & tasted like a plain chicken curry! Naff place will not be ordering again!

1hr 45min for one pizza and 1burger and fries...... what a joke only NOT LAUGHING..... treat for my two children for tea ! This is not the first time we have waited ridiculously long delivery times. The thing is I can see the shop from where I live it's that close !! I see people going in and coming out lots of them all carrying food! NEVER AGAIN!

Just bought garlic chilli chicken and onion bhajis. Speaking as a trained a la carte continental cuisine chef, I must say these guys know what they are doing. Bhajis perfectly cooked, curry rich and tasty and cooked to perfection. All arrived hot and polite delivery service. Wow ! Major respect. Lovely food. You cheered me right up. Thank you

We regularly order from here as we love the pizzas. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 hours later we rung back to see if they were anywhere near ready to be delivered and they said that they don’t deliver to us, they also put to the phone down on me twice, and were rude. As a result they completely wasted our time, we will not be order from there again

Bad experience!!!!..I have been ordering for my kids-..rude staff who claimed he Is the boss..charging crazy money for one meal.. putting the phone down when I m trying to explain what my orders are! Food is greasy.. absolutely disappointed!! Charging me £18 for pizza..disgrace!!!

Ordered a pepperoni and donna meat pizza they sent me a pepperoni pizza ant threw a portion of donna meat on top. Bad service.

I didn't like the fact I ordered a can of Dr pepper with my order and didnt get it after I payed for it also my chips was cold and tasted horrible. I want my can of Dr pepper
