Horrible experience ordered to same flavour milkshakes and they came with 2 different ones from my order they refused to send me a new one and blamed Uber eats horrible company stay away

This place is absolutely disgusting and the customer service is vile. I ordered a banoffee waffle however it came with just bananas with no sauces on at all. The doughnuts looked like they were made by a toddler. Once we called the shop to complain the ‘manager’ swore at us in Urdu and then proceeded to call back just to swear back at us again. Avoid this ghetto place should be called Fusion Ghetto not Gelato.

This place needs to be shut down ASAP! The reviews are an understatement for how awful this place is! The customer service is ridiculous, the food portion and hygiene standards is horrendous. The staff speak to customers with no respect (shouting over the counter, shouting over the phone when I requested a time for when my order would arrive but I had to come into the place to actually find out what was taking it so long) to realise that they were all stood talking away to relatives and friends it seemed like. The food was made with no gloves and I seen the young female touch and stroke her hair numerous times while making my waffle! I refused to take it and asked if she could put gloves on and she refused as it causes her hands to sweat and causes her to have a reaction! Something needs to happen about this place

Waffle was overcooked and the waffle structure looked like it was cooked by a child.

Do not buy anything from this place they are scammers I payed 3.50 for what was advertised as a coke but upon receiving my order (25mins late and stone cold) was given a bar cola when I rang the store to see why I didn’t get what I ordered I was met with rudeness the man over the phone said we do not carry coke yet on Uber they are happy to charge 3.50 of people’s hard earned money. I would also like to say that my cookie dough rock solid and frozen cold completely horrific service and ‘food’ I have ever had the dis pleasure of consuming I hope they have a long hard look at them self and fix up there are better places to get desert in Leeds for example Myfair bites Heavenly deserts Ludos

Ordered on Uber and then decided to read reviews. Was shocked. Didn’t expect delivery at all as was many bad reviews and many people didn’t receive their order. Ordered about 1am. Delivery came in 35min. Driver was nice. Food was delicious and fresh. Many people not writing usually good reviews if everything is fine so it’s okay. But I decided to share my experience as I didn’t had any issue with fusion gelato. Recommended 100%.

Nice milk shake and cookie dough

Ordered waffles really late about 1am as decided to have a dessert 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 decided to read reviews and was shocked. Many bad reviews so I was thinking I won’t get order at all. Got delivered in 35min and was surprised. Driver was really nice. Waffles are sooo delicious lots of chocolate fruits also fresh and warm. Nothing to complain about to be honest. Recommended.

Trust me don’t waste your money here!!! Too expensive for this 3grade food quality.

BIGGEST FRAUD ONLINE. Ordered 2 hours ago via uber eats, 24£ for 3 milkshakes still not arrived and now uber is saying they can't refund me. Avoid this restaurant like the plague. Absolutely ridiculous, quick enough to take the money but don't even bring it. Fuming.

Never order from here terrible customer and the drivers lie about delivering the food

Food arrived late and cold driver hung up on me when trying to give directions. Called the store and they tried saying it couldn’t possibly be called even though the driver arrived 20 minutes after calling me to say he is here.

Jam roly-poly is not Jam roly-poly, it’s a Swiss roll with custard. Likewise the black Forrest gateaux isn’t black Forrest gateaux, it’s chocolate cake with 3 cherries plonked on top.

Ordered Nutella waffle with nuts but received a waffle with basic chocolate and no toppings. Waffle was breaking apart as if it was old. Horrible& a complete waste of money. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

1 star - only cause the food actually turned up. Waffles were as dry as my brothers excema on his knee, ordered M+Ms but got smarties, also ordered Nutella but got plain chocolate sauce. Ice cream was just frozen custard and the "milky bar" milkshake was just breast milk I'm sure. £2 delivery but I still had to walk 5 mile around my estate trying to find the driver? Won't be ordering again.

i hated this food discussing DO NOT order from heat the lady was rude over the phone when ordering and had no respect i found a tooth in my ice cream and feel permanent sick help me recovery will be a tricky one 😡🤮

One day I telling my boyfriend that I wanted dessert at 3am, and he immediately opened the app and ordered the dessert for me. It was delicious and touching. A year later, he no longer orders me dessert because he has another girlfriend. Sometimes I still try the dessert myself, but it's not what it used to be.🥲

Ordered twice waited over 30 minutes for both orders and both was cancelled by the shop only notification was by chasing up the order online ! Ridiculous

Don't buy from here. They don't care about their customers if anything goes wrong with their order. They delivered 4 milk shakes and one milk shake was off / sour. We rang up and told them and were told we were lying even though we offered for them to try it. Eventually they said they'd bring another, but they didn't. We've ordered from here about 4 times, usually no real problem, and if they'd just refunded or brought a new one out without any problems we would've ordered again. Now they've lost a return customer and they also don't seem to understand the power of a review. Don't buy from here.

I made an order and it never arrived. Why accept the order if you will not deliver or if you are closing. Waiting almost 2 hours is unacceptable. Their contact number tells you the voice-mail is full, it doesn't even ring... to say I am annoyed is understatement... I am sure there is other dessert spots in Leeds, I think one needs to reconsider their loyalty... at this point I want my money back..

Ordered the cakeaholic Sundae expecting a cake and ice cream sundae, unfortunately I received a dry over icing cake, this made my dessert disgustingly oversweet, and dry, they don't usually give me bad desert's but this one made me feel Ill and I just wanted to leave a review for that

Absolutely not worth it. Overpriced, the prices on the menu are misleading because they charge way more than that. The quantity and quality does not justify the price. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

**0 Stars*** Order never arrived, took money but no items! Second time this has happened! If you order during the morning, don’t bother as they take your money and don’t deliver food and more than likely deliveroo will not refund you without ‘evidence’. I called them, no answer so I rang the next day and she persisted to keep me waiting on the phone whilst I heard laughing in the background for a good 30 minutes. Probably the worst dessert place to order from! Avoid at all costs! Most of the ice cream is probably expired because they taste funky especially the milkshakes.

Ordered Apple crumble with custard. The custard tasted like powder and really bland. Also ordered cookie dough which was fine but when complaining about the Apple crumble they said they would send the same cookie dough which came burnt. Never order from here again.

NEVER ordering again from this place. Ordered a Ferrero milkshake, cookie dough. I wish I saw the reviews before ordering. The milkshake had loads of clear plastic things inside it, my 10yr old son choked on this. When i called them furious, they said 'we're so sorry its cuz we are busy'. Technically they're so sorry they almost killed my child with their hazardous waste of a milkshake, just cuz they were busy but their safety standards were completely gone. They didnt even offer a refund instead they said they would send another one out. As if I would want another plastic filled dangerous drink for my kid. I'm reporting them to trading standards! Hope they enjoy the visit! Place needs to be shut down before someone dies. I've kept all the plastic bits to send to the safety officer. You can tell I've done this before! Livid!!!!!!!

If I could rate it lower I would. had a horrific experience with this restaurant not only was the food over an hour and a half late , but the quality of food was extremely poor the milkshake was watered down and the waffle was of a rubbery texture. For £12.45 I would expect better quality . I feel Truly ripped off , my milkshake was spilt and therefore had to wait an extra 30 mins for a replacement and got the wrong waffle order . The customer service was unforgivable they’re rude and unprofessional. I will be demanding a refund and I will not be shopping again. I do not recommend this restaurant and honestly with the amount of poor reviews they deserved to be shutdown.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Food arrived 50 minutes late and wasn’t even the correct order. Milkshakes were very disappointing and tasted like powder and milk. Would not recommend.

Just ordered from here on Deliveroo. The pictures looked nice, price point was really good. However giving them a 1 star is too generous. Where to begin on the problems. Looking on the website we noticed that they were some of the ice cream at 0.00 so we ordered some ice cream thinking this was some kind of offer (we did in fact order more than free ice cream). They accepted the order and was quick to arrive. We were looking forward to these desserts but was disappointed what had arrived. The bubblegum cookie dough looked like it had been thrown around and the splatted all over the box. The snickers milkshake wasn't even snickers. Also no ice cream arrived. Not happy with this we complained and got a re delivery but again when the order came they had given us a bounty milkshake instead of a snickers one and the ice cream still didn't arrive. So we called the restaurant our self and the response was so awful that when we told them about the issues they snapped and said go speak to Deliveroo about this and then slammed down the phone. This is unacceptable when you order something then you should get the items right. The customer service from this restaurant was so rude that we surely won't be ordering from this place again. Just a warning to future customers please check reviews and don't be fooled by what they claim to say on the website. Very disappointed

What a joke of a place makes you wait more than a hour on food delivery and when the food arrives it comes cold money thieving gits

I have no idea on the food but an employee or owner unfortunately persistently appears to block the cycle lane by parking diagonally so his car his sticking out across the cycle lane compromising road safety for cyclists and other cars. When asked respectfully to park better he was rude and confrontational and not willing to listen to a request that was reasonable. As a result I would urge people to avoid using this place until the arrogance and selfishness of the staff are addressed.

The sundae had no toppings on when advertised it did ... Just ice cream and a forrere Roche's ... Big dissapointment the Ice creams taste like it was freezer burnt horrible ice cream ...vanilla was tasteless .. waffle wasn't all that great either again no toppings .... And my cookie was missing so all together half my order missing and a big dissapointment got to ice stone gelato if you want good ice cream and desserts!

I asked for a large cookie dough but they gave me a small one which I was pretty mad about.

If you want a milkshake, stay at home put a flake in a blender with milk and boom its done apart from at home you know your milk isnt watery or off

Avoid ordering! My waffles came with barely any sauce or toppings, resulting in a rubbery taste. It looked as though it had been microwaved. Big disappointment.

Just ordered a pizza and couple deserts including a milkshake. Pizza was tasteless, a it was so bad couldn't even taste the cheese Milkshake taste like water Cookie dough was burnt Overall shyt Rather starve than eat here again If I could give em half a star I would but I can't

I ordered of uber eats they were meant to get my food to me by 12:05 and now its 1:55 and it still hasnt arrived

Delivery never turned up and no one would answer the phone. Contacted just eat who said the order had been flagged as delivered.

To say this place is supposed to specialise in deserts... I'm thinking maybe they should try something else. Waffles with banana and Nutella. For £6 you expect more than a few slices of bannan and a tea spoon of Nutella. The waffle was also salty, cold and over cooked (I'm guessing it was warm once) The "cookie dough" was basically a large cookie and a cold one at that! The order took 1 hour 20 to arrive, which is fair enough but when I called, the guy on the phone wasn't helpful, and to think they have the cheek to add a service charge to your order.

This service was absolutely disgusting. The order was half an hour late after I spent £30 the milkshakes came without straws and there was a missing cookie dough. I then asked for the order to be refunded with the cookie dough as they said it would take a further half an hour to bring the missing cookie dough, and they refused.Would definitely recommend not to order from here as they are disgusting as a business.On top of it all my food came cold.

We ordered here on a regular basis until today we ordered 2cookies though deliveroo and received 1 when we rang back the customer service was so poor because we used a 3rd party and they couldn’t compensate or refund us they have the cheek to tell u to contact deliveroo yourself I believe this is why the comments are so negative and my past comments were positive and therefore received 1 cookie short and very bad management and a rip-off

The food wasn't terrible but now they have my mobile number and I'm receiving spam discount messages from several food places I've never been to or heard of, starting with one from fusion gelato. Avoid if you don't want to start receiving marketing text messages from loads of places. I'm up to 4 food places texting me today so far with basically the same text just a different website.

I ordered from here last night they got my order wrong. I asked for 2 white chocolate cookie doughs and they send me 2 chocolate cookie doughs which I wasn't happy about so I rang them for them to either send me another out or my money back. They were trying to tell me I didn't order what I or go ally asked for and that I needed to wait for the boss. Eventually they said they would come and pick my order up and give me my money back but unfortunately this did not happen and they chose to take there phone off the hook so I was unable to ring back. They where rude to me and I even afford to take the food back myself but instead they left me with food I did not eat and wasted money! I will not be ordering from these again!
