Ali, Attila and Tejas were very helpful in serving us and are really nice people. These people give domino’s a good name.

I was informed that the food was all cross contaminated. Leaving no option for vegan or vegetarians.

They don’t care about cross contamination. I told them to atleast change the gloves but they told we can’t do it for you. Worst staff

I have been to this place for 3 times , for the first when i ordered pizza , i wasn’t quite happy with taste and i thought it happens sometime due to some reason . And i went again for the second time as it is not far from my home but i got the same worst taste . And today the 3rd time i let myself order from the same place and they prove me wrong . They actually give you the low quality food . Pizza has not enough topping on them . I can see the cheese werenot melted as they mean to be . Such a crap place i would never like to be

The person named ATLIA behaved out of ethical boundaries, he cut me off and placed another peoples orders over phonr 5 times and when i confronted him about this he was unapologetic and asked me to leave the premises stating if you want place the order or leave the store... This happened at 22.35 and i would request the management to check their cameras of how he tried to misbehave. When i told him the conversation is being recorded he then quickly changed his tone and behavior but before that being a Russian he was extremely rude to a Britisher in My own country asking me to get out or place the order as he has rights to cut me off... Now i have the conversation and will be taking it to council office for racism. But before there is a law suit there should be actions taken upon him by the management.

SCAM ! When you want the buy one get one free they charge you £25 so it’s not really buy one get one free. Then when you want to get a normal pepperoni pizza they say it has 4 toppings so they charge you more ! In England to have scams like this is a disgrace !

Lovely team! We accidentally ordered our pizza to the wrong domino’s so when we arrived the nice man behind the counter gave us a complementary drink each. Great pizza too.

Food was ok, but the guy taking our order was much more interested in chatting with his colleagues. We had to repeat outselves several times as he wasn't concentrating on taking our order.

Incomparable service! We used to live in Headingley, so Domino's Burley served us. We could always count on eating our pizza within a half hour of posting the order. It's such a shame that, since moving, we're now served by Domino's Morley, which is the worst and always takes two bloody hours to deliver (often missing items).

I ordered online and picked the pizza that has a second base with cheese inbetween this was 3 pounds extra this is decieving because i thought it was double crust not same amount of base extra thin, more like a cheese toasties with pizza toppings. Not a good experience all told for the prices I would purchase from elsewhere in future

I came in branch to order a pizza here recently. Was eventually greated by the only member of staff in there.... He was on the make line coughing all over the pizzas and surfaces and told me I had to order online.... Then he would make it. I told him why the AF would I pay £20 odd for a pizza made be somebody as ill as he was. I wouldnt have eaten a pizza made by somebody with a cough if you paid me £200. I've twice worked for Domino's. I was appalled by this branch and won't ever order there again in person or online. The parking matched the CS. Piss poor

Ordered a home alone deal and it was delicious but cold because of delivery issues (took +1hr 30 mins to be delivered). I made a complaint and it was handled very professionally (ref: 369912287). Apparently the systems had gone haywire leading to a great assortment of delivery issues and reasonably frustrated workers. I appreciate the circumstances and the employee responded well to my complaint. I will be ordering from the store again 😊

Terrible. Waited nearly 2 hours for cold pizza - they kept saying it was 10 minutes away. Said they would refund me but they haven't. Didn't even come to the address to deliver, had to meet him half way down the road. Really bad service from Dominoes.

Complete joke of a dominos chain restaurant. I ordered two large pizzas at 10:30PM on a Wednesday night, and whether it was due to the chef rushing to close and go home or some other reason, one of my pizzas was completely botched. I asked for a hamburger pizza with a few amendments; no gherkins, no burger sauce, mushrooms and extra cheese. What I got was a default burger pizza with no amendments made, with the onions being barely chopped. Massive chunks of onion, bigger than both of my thumbs combined laid flat on the mess that this branch excused for a Domino's pizza. Before leaving this review, I tried to get ahold of this branch and get a re-delivery. I spoke to a gentleman named "Raj," whom I've had to call three different, separate times. First, to arrange the re-delivery, the second time (An hour and a half later,) because Raj, for some God forsaken reason assumed that I "didn't want the pizza immediately." The "replacement pizza" that was delivered was small. The ones that I ordered the previous evening, and paid 20£ each for, were large. I called Raj for the third time, kindly enquiring whether or not he was in fact, simply taking the piss. He let me know that he "told me it'd be a small" and that this was all that he could do (which is not true, because I've had entire orders redelivered out of courtesy when Domino's messed up in the past) There is a reason why this branch of Domino's pizza has so many low reviews. STAY FAR AWAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH.

Delivered But Very Very Late, I Would Say over 90 Minutes. Been Ordering From Here for Sometime, The Delivery Usually is a Bit Late and Normally Goes at Around 60 Minutes but Last Time It Just Went Too Too Long. Driver Said Sorry for Being Late as It was Mega Busy but The Issue was The Food. It Was Cold And You Could Tell It Had Been in The Car for Sometime. Rung Store The Phone Kept Ringing but No One Answered.

Very expensive comparing to Domino's in other countries which are known as an affordable Pizza. We ordered two large pizzas plus a wedge and it costs us £26!

Was a terrible experience. I think in this evening all there was drunk or sleeping during the delivery time. In fact , the man with delivery forget all ordering ????? Missing items all the time 2 times in a row there were missing items in my order,I call there .and the staff very rude when I didn't want to wait another hour for my missing pizza simply told me that if I don't want to wait to take my money back,after 2 hours waiting the food it is not nice to wait another hour to receive the complete order.Never order again. Pizza was horrible and no have inside nothing maybe first was in litter bin, look dirty and no ingredients . 20 pounds for nothing! Really sad as I do like the pizza. To prevent any further issues with anyone else complaining with the same problem, I urge to you to act promptly. Thank you. Its any star at all!

I ordered a pizza for collection but was very disappointed when I arrived home. The pizza was cold, from the meat to the sauce and dough. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the dough was wet like it wasn’t cooked through. The pizza was 50% tomato sauce with hardly any cheese on. Very disappointed as i normally have a good experience with dominos but will not be ordering from this shop again.

I made a mistake while ordering from the Leeds Burley Road Dominos and only realised when I got home. I took it back and they swapped it for the right one straight away even though it was totally my fault. Great staff, amazing customer service. Thank you!!

Never experienced such bad service in my life. Order said it had been delivered when it had not, so I gave it 10 minutes to see if it would show up. I ring up the shop and tell them and they say they have tried to ring me and I have not given the right number, so I asked why would the driver not come and knock on my door or ring the bell, he said we can not do that as it is a flat (baring in mind it is a house, with 2 flats, so he would have only had to ring 2 bells). He also mentioned how I did not give the correct address as I did not put my flat number, baring in mind on the Dominos app it physically does not give you the choice to choose which flat I am in. He at this point is screaming down the phone to me calling me a liar, I asked him to just deliver the pizza again. The delivery driver comes and I asked why he did not ring the bell, he looked confused so I asked if it was him who did the previous delivery, he lied and said no then changed his story telling me that he had rang both bells and no one came down and rang my phone, which is a lie as my bell is very loud and would have not been heard. I asked him why he just lied to me and also why they lied about me putting the wrong phone number, which they rang the second time they came despite me not giving them the number again. The pizza was stone cold and the service was disgusting the driver and im assuming manager should be fired, as screaming and lying to a customer is not acceptable.

Shocking delivery time, waited over an hr and a half and then the delivery guy was rude. Oh and it was cold. So if you want to waste money on having a pizza delivered so that you can microwave it it'll excede your expectations.

The quality of the pizza is above average for the UK. I’ve worked for Subway before and I do realise its tough working at jobs like this and people often expect exceptional customer service without being on the other side, but I do agree with some other reviews. The staff should at least greet people who enter the store. I’ve experienced poor service myself & on few occasions things were forgotten from the order so definitely room for improvement there. They do offer free 7 inch pizza sometimes so thanks for that! - you need Wuntu app though.

Ordered at 12:15 for ASAP delivery, delivered after 1 hour and 45 minutes. I would happily give zero stars but I can't do that sadly. Order elsewhere and save your cash.

Changed my order from delivery to collection without informing me. Didn't deliver my pizza and took my money. Then the phone wouldn't answer for hours and hours. Phoned the next day and told to call back for a manager. Then the phone just rings and rings.

When someone eventually came from out the back firstly tried to over charge for the £1.99 individual pizza deal plus drink for extra £1 which was plastered all over the desk. Even when I said about the deal he still charged me something completely different and had to refund me afterwards. Tried to tell me all my £20 notes were fake and wouldn’t accept them which was total rubbish as now banked them. Total inept staff. Pizza was decent so couldn’t give them a 1 star.

Great quality pizzas, extremely expensive, I got a 5 inch garlic bread with an 11.5 inch pepperoni for £20, this brings me on to the next subject, I offered to give the delivery driver to keep the change, I was then called cheap, along with being greeted by "yalright bruv" like a 2000 Compton gangsta, by a 40 year old looking man talking that.

You may be reading this thinking 'oh I'm sure that this person just had a bad experience, it's dominos, they're generally all the same!' But unfortunately this one is not. You will be waiting a very long time, past the point where you think it's even coming at all. The app will say it's been delivered, they won't pick up the phone despite persistently calling time after time, and on twitter Dominos will just tell you to keep trying the store. You'll be apologising to all your friends and then maybe two hours you'll get that call 'hello? Pizza outside', and the driver will pass you the pizza through the window without ever leaving the car. This will happen to you, it is a common occurance. Save yourself the pain and order from one of the many other local pizza restaurants, or just call the Headingley branch who still deliver to a lot of similar areas.

The order is always late, usually with missing items. The last time I ordered, the large drink was missing and the driver told me I should contact them for a refund because I paid online; I called a few times and then got bored of them either not answering or telling me to call later. If you don't want to be robbed, don't order from them. The worst service ever.

I ordered two pizza at 12:26, and now is 13:46, I am still waiting!!!! I called, and no one answer, the service is so poor!!!

Ordered a pizza tonight at 8pm. Still waiting! No answer on both landline and mobile number. Don't know how to get my money back!! Very disappointed!

Pizza took over 2 hours with no admission of guilt or appology. Ordered at the end of September. I tried to make a complaint to Domino's they advised they would forward to to the store manager and he would get in touch within 5 working days but didn't. Emailed again on 25th Oct same response from company but no response from manager again. Emailed again today and awaiting response. Awful customer service would not order again.

They contaminated our veggie pizza with rotten tuna, and when we complained they gave us free chicken pieces as compensation. In the past we've had problems with them sending us uncooked pizza, or pizza overly drenched in sauce that disintegrated when you pick it up, or pizza with no cheese on it. It's a shame cos dominos in general is good, but they seem lacking.

Wasn't worth the money. Food tasted like it'd just come out of a dirty oven. Will not be going here again or to any domino's for that matter.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Took over an hour for my pizza to be delivered, they said a driver had been out to deliver it when they hadn't and redelivered the same hour old pizza to me. Don't order from here!

Poor service,rude people and high prices for a normal quality.

Didn't even manage to deliver our pizza. We ordered 4 pizzas, which after more than an hour hadn't arrived. Naturally we tried phoning to see what the situation was, but no-one picked up until what must have been the tenth attempt to call them. Even after that, we never got the pizza. I don't mind the order being late - it happens. But this was just non-existent customer service, and the order didn't even arrive let alone being late.

Poor service from delivery driver - He waited at the end of our development rather than coming to the front door of the apartment block. Why should you pay for delivery and have to walk to the delivery driver, surely that misses the point. This is ALWAYS the case with Dominos if you have pre-paid online. The driver even shouted "you should have out your trainers on when I called you" unbelievable, no idea of customer service. 10 minutes of waiting whilst the driver refused to walk 100m and the food was cold, no apology.

Don't bother - unless you want to spend £12+ for a wafer thin pizza that is like taking a bite of salt and grease. The 'mighty meaty' I can count how many pieces of meat are on my pizza, there's so little. It was cut by a toddler too.
