Regular customer weekly and never an issue. Apart from last night delivery due at 8 for the kids tea but unfortunately it came 3hrs later. After delivery time passed I called numerous times and not answered apart from 2 which was then just put straight down. So no food to eat last night and a waste of money very Unhappy. To then review my cctv this morning and when the driver delivered 3 hours late he just left the food on the door step and I found it this morning.

10/10 food, mint delivery driver, will definitely order from here again

Chicken kebab was very average, only 3 pieces of chicken. Salad was drenched with red cabbage liquid, literally half a pint pouring out of the carrier bag, not even sure how that's possible unless intentional! Items forgotten that had to be delivered separately later on, blaming a busy night (it was 6pm on a Monday). First and last unfortunately, there's much better competition nearby.

By far the best takeaway me and my family have had. Amazing chips, donner and chicken kebabs fantastic, kids meals amazing and burger unreal, also pleased they added onions on the burger as an extra as requested. Will definatly be back thank you

We ordered burgers, when it came it was absolutely lifting! Order arrived late and food stone cold, chips as shrivelled as a dried up prawn- burgers were just disgusting! Everything went in the bin and ordered from elsewhere! Used to order every Friday, never ordering again! Paradise has gone down hill massively!

Unwell this-morning, produced Niagara falls, I couldnt wipe this until the swelling went down. Had to take a shower and jet it down with cold water to decrease swelling and burn. Was scared. We order a lot of takeaways so this review is genuine. We decided to give this place a try for the first time and were unfortunately disappointed. The chicken tikka pizza was bland, there was little to no flavour on the chicken so may as well have been a chicken pizza. The chicken Kiev pizza ordered we clearly put instructions into the order to remove mushrooms but add ham. They removed the mushrooms but failed to put the ham on despite it being the same price as extras so that’s not an excuse. The chicken Kiev was tasteless and had little garlic on it at all. We essentially received 2 chicken pizzas!. Won’t be ordering again I’m sorry to say.

Kebab wrap with garlic sauce and salad - tastes really salty and was jam packed with red onion, I couldn’t eat it ☹️ jalapeño bites were way over cooked with very little to no jalapeño in. Wrap with chilli was nice though

Ultra fresh veg toppings made a real difference and the delivery was prompt.

Special wrap, nothing special about it meat was dry and chips felt empty like they had been deep fried to many times, jalapeño poppers were that over cooked the batter fell of them and had to eat it with a spoon

Ordered MEGA burger with kebab on top. The burgers was absolutely disgusting, they weren't grilled burgers, they tasted like tinned ones then deep fried . The consistency the a mush and the edges was hard. I left the lot and it went in the bin. The chips was over cooked as they were rock hard and burnt. Never again I will order .

Terrible spent the last of my money on a chicken pizza it was burnt looked on the website didnt realise I ordered extra cheese !!!! Curly fries and cheese were also burnt !! Not happy at all

Ordered food around 8.30pm for delivery at 23:35pm. It never came so rang twice asking where it was. After the 2nd time phoning up the food turned up. Paradise then rang me asking if it arrived i said yes its just came then got hung up on instead of saying something like "no problem thank you" which i think is very rude

Complete miscommunication between uber eats and shop. Ordered at 4pm for delivery at 9pm. Tbh sounded a complete riot when I called.

Got a meal deal .pizzas was ok. Kebab meat was very plastic like and spicy. The chips … just no words they went straight in bin , well over cooked and dark brown in colour and scabby looking . Had to make something else for daughter to eat . Very disappointed I used to like it here I don’t no what has happened.

To start I'd like to say I always have good food from Paradise but unfortunately the curly fries were massively overcooked and yet still cold as if they'd been fried multiple times then left and the pizza had a soggy base, not sure if it was water that had gotten in the box or undercooked but I didn't eat it just in case. Unusual since the food is normally good but very disappointing nonetheless

Great chicken and donner kebab, the chicken was juicy n tasty and the kebab was nice really thin slices and cooked properly and a nice colour. Last few kebabs I've had lately from other places the donner was thick n looked nearly white disgusting. But paradise pizza was superb I'll definitely order my kebab from here from now on.

Potato wedges were very nice but pizza was very soggy (underdone) that couldn’t eat it will not be returning to this store.
