Good food, I love their rump steak with peppercorn sauce, maybe a little pricey for students, but it's good food and service is good

Grr would not waste money again

Nice place but too noisy for an easy conversation.

In the last month, this has become horrifically overpriced and the quality of the food had got worse. For about £7 you can get 5 chicken wings that are mouthful sized! Even Nando's in town you can get larger and better or cheaper portions. Discraceful that this is a place for students to eat but no surprise that it is now rarely crowded... A few months ago this would be the place I would recommend to anyone who likes some good food for a reasonable price on campus, now my advice is to get food delivered instead!

Good choice of local beers and ciders, located within the university campus and therefore the only drinking option. Unfortunately it doesn't offer snacks and closes too early

Decent selection, have had quality issues in the past, wait times vary

Had a good plate of Nachos here before so I thought I'd be adventurous and try the vegan chilli special. What came was more of a poor attempt at a ratatouille: Onion, peppers and corgette fried for a bit with a tin of chopped tomatos added, topped off with some spring onion. No chilli or any kidney beans, which I think nearly every student knows are pretty essential ingredients in a chilli (the clues in the name). I sent it back and asked for a veggie bean burger, was brought a fairly average mushroom burger but I guess I'll have to forgive the misunderstanding. So my advice would be stick to what you know, if you are going to branch out and offer new dishes on your specials then maybe have a Google of what the ingredients are! Good Nachos though.
