Pappas Kebab And Pizza in Fenland

After calling for a delivery and was told it would be 45minutes - 1hr, 1hr and 50 minutes later it turned up! No apology for the lateness, food was shocking, stale pitta bread, dry over cooked chicken, nothing was hot just luke warm. INEDIBLE!!!!!! Definitely do not recommend, would never order from there again.

Phoned through an order and was told it would be 10-15mins for collection. Turned up 15mins later to collect and was pretty much ignored whilst they faffed with another phone order. I stood around for another 10mins before asking whether they had even started cooking my food to which I received a sarcastic 'no'. I told them not to bother and walked out. This isn't the first time I've been let down by their service and attitude but let it slide in the past but now I've had enough.

This is the best Place to get your kebabs burgers and with excellent delivery to your door staff are all very friendly and get to know you very quick.

Disappointing. Been coming here for years and was concerned when I saw new faces a few weeks ago. Retained the name and assured me that they were still the same folks..... Nope. The Kebabs are still tasty, but they are dry and have been kept hot. There is a woefully small amount of salad now when it used to be heaving with salad. And the pizza's. Still cooked fresh and still soft dough, but it is lacking flavour and depth and... topping! It is very light on topping! I think my relationship with Pappa's is over

I went in here to get mine and my partners dinner and I found the male workers to be very perverse. Won't be returning make me feel very uncomfortable!

nice place to go for your kebab or chicken burgers with fries cooked fresh always nice and hot. have a take away menu, have English food ,spend £20 and get a bottle of drink free,well worth a visit.

We have never been anywhere els for a kebab we order online with there web site what is so easy to use they never get our order wrong and we always get a bottle drink and always been delivered before the 45 mins is up and we come here once a week or some times 2 times a week lol

There was a mix up with our order and 4o mins later we are still waiting for a replacement when we were advised it would be sent straight out.

Was very disappointed to be honest. Very quick service which I was pleased about as I was starving. Unfortunately the BBQ pizza tasted nothing of BBQ , & the edge over half of the 12" pizza was totally burnt. Wont be ordering pizza from there again.

I ordered my food specifically for 6.10pm as I had to take my two younger brothers to football at half five. As I was walking out my door the delivery man had my food, it was 40 minutes early. I explained to him that I didn't order it till 6.30 he said sorry but still handing me my food. I said I was now going out, i don't want to eat a cold kebab when I get home. He still handed me the food and walked off. I wasn't the happiest at all. So when I got home at 6 my kebab was cold. Not impressed at all!

Ordered pizza with no tomato purée as allergic but they delivered it with the base included. Called to let them know and they said they couldn't get me another for ages as they were very busy. Hour and a half later and I'm still waiting !!

Food was cold had to microwave it , rang shop straight away to tell them but didn't seem to believe me, once the food was reheated it was very nice .

Showed up two hours before the time requested when ordering. Delivery man left the property before the door could be answere, did this three times. Was passed around person to person on the phone trying to resolve. Food was okay.
