Pappa Mo's Pizzeria in Middlesbrough

Usually I love the mixed chicken kebab however tonight s was really disappointing full of overcooked chips and about 4 pieces of chicken . It’s the worse one I’ve tasted although the staff are lovely

Absolutely loved my experience at the pizza shop in Hall City! The deal I got today was fantastic, and the pizza was simply mouthwatering. From the fresh ingredients to the perfect crust, every bite was a delight. Friendly staff and cozy ambiance made it even better. Definitely coming back for more!

Got a chips butty and garlic. Cost 3 pound. Had roughly 14 chips. Will never use again, totally disgraceful and put off by the order.

Good Food but delivery always late.

Absolutely shocking over charged food was freezing cold asked for a refund to be told no it’s not going to happen they want to be shut down absolutely vile 🤢🤢🤮 SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Customer service is pathetic rude staff never ever will I even consider this disgusting place again 🤬

Vile freezing cold food refused to return and was abusive over the phone this place best watch it’s back!!!

Normally the go to for kebabs but for me to pay £7 for a kebab which has 4 slices of kebab meat is absolutely shocking! Phoned up for them to make me out to be a liar and that they are going to check the CCTV.. behave

we ordered from papa mo’s and asked how long it will be and they were very rude down the phone. we got our food and i can’t lie the delivery man was really nice but when we rang the shop since they said it was a different price when i asked for the manager he was already on the phone, started calling me a prick and that he’s going to hand my number over to the police to try find out what happened cause online it said it was less than when the delivery driver turned up. this is not a way a manager should be treating customers it is wrong. the foods cold as soon as it got here and we live down the road from it. if i was you i would find somewhere else to get your food from. customer service is very poor and not nice for a 16 year old girl that just wanted to order food for herself.

Amazing pizza, great customer service. If you don't have cash, they got apply pay, if not that they you just need your phone with an internet service and voila. They even told me how to carry my pizza so I don't mess it up 😅 Pizza itself was banging ❤️ 100 percent recommend!

The food was absolutely disgusting- the kebab meat was rock hard and like cardboard, the pizza was like a frozen pizza from Asda and rock hard and the chips were disgusting. When called the restaurant they were very rude and unprofessional and claimed they couldn’t do nothing about my order that i waited 1hr and 30 minutes for, for another 2 and half hours because their busy and that’s not their priority at the moment, food went in bin. Disgusted in the food and the staff

Absolutely terrible. Staff are vile and abusive. Spend your money elsewhere. Food is awful staff are aggressive. AVOID!!

Got a parmo chips & salad cheese garlic bread portion of garlic was banging absolutely gorgeous cheese garlic bread is my sons favourite he loves them staff are all lovely

Ordered a £14 deal of 2 parmos it never stated a size on the deal but I would have assumed at least half parmo for the price upon arrival the parmos were absolutely ridiculous they were no bigger than 4 inches each!! No more than 3 mouthfulls an waste of money and misleading not clearly stating a size on the menu

Food took a hour and a half to get here, not surprised because the parmo was burnt to a crisp. It must've took a hour to burn chicken to that degree, delivery driver was sound tho

the food is very nice best food going in keighley and the staff are very friendly.

Got a garlic bread with kebab meat and salad the garlic bread was black so you s tried to hide the black with kebab meat it was freezing cold never again will I order that again

Ordered a pizza and parmo at 9pm, waited 1hr 20 then phoned up to see where it was. They said the food was on its way, but after another 35mins we phoned again as it still hadn’t arrived. The again said it’s on its way and they were sorry. Another 30mins went and still no food. And another 20mins went with no food. We eventually cancelled the order after midnight but was refused a refund. I’ve never experienced such poor service and I strongly advise to STAY AWAY from this place.

I orderd wrong pizza asked about my donnor meat told me to phone back wouldnt answer phone waited 1hr 20 mins for my meal chips cold pizza horrid ..never again also be telling my friends not to ever order from there again waste of my money

Fast service, decent pricing and good pizzas. Proper fish shop chips too which makes a London pizza 10X better! Friendly atmosphere inside too.

I had been going here for about a year then the food and service took a massive drop. A new management team came in and made it worse I will never go back.

Decent sized pizzas but not very good

I paid £1.80 extra for extra pineapple and got less than what I normally get without ordering the extra. I phoned up and all they could say was pineapple shrinks. I counted and there was only 18 pieces of pineapple on the 12" pizza. Awful service

I ordered parmo burgers with chips and I never order from here but will be ordering again thanks for the service u just gained a good customer
