La Rosa in Middlesbrough

Sick of them charging what they want whenever we order. Price is different each time we order even though it’s the same meals ordered. Food quality has gone down hill and there is always things missing from our orders. We are a large family and we order between here and Amigos. We will be sticking with Amigos from now as their prices are consistent and food quality is currently at a higher standard.

Ordered food, delivered fast so expected it to be hot. Pizza was okay. Cheesy chips with béchamel sauce was cold. Chips were stale and hard, some were burned black, found a random orange seed pip in the sauce. No idea where that has came from. Absolutely disgusting .

The food is very tasty and the service is very friendly

Parmesan was like road kill it tasted like it had been cooked over and over again and left for a week. Bad service. Wrong order. Bad all around, the pizza was ok. Kebab was like beef curtains

I don't know whats happened to this place it's gone down hill the past fue month's thing's missing and the food has been that bad the dog won't eat it the kebab was like card and should never of been surved forgot my pitta and salad said they would send it straight out and im still waiting such a sham as the food is normally spot on don't know if it's new staff or just a matter ov not been bothered if it keeps up I'll be taking my money elsewhere

what a load sxxt, I'll never again use this shop. I ordered at 18.15 and it still hasn't arrived, to think I used it for years with no problem and tonight I've been cut off not once but twice when I called to ask where it was. NEVER AGAIN!.

Used to go years ago. It went proper down hill. New people have taken it over. Decided to give it a try again only because I know someone who has just started working there. What a difference. The food and service is absolutely spot on.

La Rosa used to be the place to go for pizza but gas recently gone down hill.

Twice ordered for delivery and turned up late when rang all you get is its on its way well it should of been here ages ago

Ordered from these a few times. They didn't show up then ordered tonight from them they accepted the order I waited over an hour still didn't show. I rang and spoke to manager to be told they really busy to deal with this and they won't deliver as apparently we are a dodgey order and don't seem to answer the door. Baring in mind they never shown up on these other times i ordered. Then after trying to get the order the manager saying they are extremely busy and putting phone down on me. Absolutely rudee as I've never come across anything like this and for a MANAGER to speak to someone like that fob them off and put phone down after accepting the order and making us wait over the hour. Safe to say would never order again and would not recommend absolutely awful customer service.

Have ordered a few times and is always nice but the order is always wrong or always has something missing which is a shame will have to try somewhere else now as they never rectify the orders Gutted

Want to get seved here order on line if you go in no chance and after watching there hygiene as there serving you will miss them altogether

Can't fault the food but the service is shocking my last 2 deliveries have had items missed off the order ! Last order was ordered at 21.25 and didn't arrive till 23:15 despite me contacting the shop and asked "so what do you want" in an aggressive manner. Was told it would be 10 mins but took 30 and suprise items were missed off, like I say can't fault the food or the delivery staff it's the in-store that needs sorting seems they just can't cope

Recently taken over new people are great food is gorgeous.

They sell salad with everything but, don't sell any salad (Mayonnaise) sauce & to state they do sell garlic mayo is like claiming to sell chocolate flavoured salt or vinegar ! - The Garlic Hater
