Tried on several occasions to get chicken livers to be told either they don’t have any it sold out as they are popular!aube if they are so popular your orders are not enough as you are missing sales as we order them as a starter then order a main meal. Bit rubbish really tbh

Their pizzas are top class and all their pasta dishes too. We often have to wait an hour after ordering though - but that is because it's so good.

I get a pizza from Papas at least once a month! Everything is always so tasty and fresh, my go to is the Ducale pizza it’s fab. Sometimes I go for a pasta dish too and they are also really nice especially the carbonara. Staff friendly and helpful too, often a longish wait if you ring later in the evening but that’s to be expected as it’s so popular.

We called here on our way home from our Covid 19 vaccinations. The food was absolutely fantastic, garlic bread thin and crispy just like being back in Naples, the pasta was excellent and the chicken livers were to die for. Excellent service as well, all in all a brilliant experience and we will be back again soon. Highly recommend. Thank you Papas

Ordered food but there was a 2 hour wait before it was ready. Food wasn't hot and the garlic bread and pizza was more like crispbread, far too thin and crispy, very disappointed, won't be going back any time soon 😞

Beautiful authentic Italian food. Best pizzas in Preston area. Do not deliver. Have a large choice of pasta dishes with lots of varieties of meat.

Authentic Italian owned & run. Pizzas are truly delicious 😋 and accompanying pasta dishes on the menu make this a unique takeaway. Will customise dishes for dietary requirements but must be ordered in advance via phone. Only thing missing is delivery for us lazy customers.

We often use this takeaway when wanting an Italian at home. We travel from a nearby village but it is well worth it as this is the best Italian takeaway in the area.

Never seen a busier Take away ever, and I’m not surprised. Beautiful thin crust pizzas with excellent ingredients/toppings and the most tasty thin garlic bread. Will certainly be back when with family who live local, might even drive over from the Fylde coast sometime.

So lucky to have this Italian pizzeria so close! Perfect base and delicious every time! I visit often and have never been disappointed.

If you want fresh and authentic italian cusine, this is the place for you! Both the pizza and pasta dishes are lovely, especially the stuffed mushrooms for starters are a must try!

This is a small but incredibly active Pizza Takeaway in the village of Longton. Their pizzas are delicious with lots of topping and beautiful bases. As you will witness if you go in everything is freshly hand made on the premises. They also do other Italian starters and main courses as well which are also amazing ! In addition to all that the prices are much more sensible than any of the chain type pizza places that you will come across in the area. Highly recommended.

Always reliable. The pizzas are great every single time. The staff are cool and it's a stone's throw away from home so perfect.

We go to Papa,s on a regular basis and we have never been dissapointed😁 We are always impressed with the food quality! Staff are so friendly and efficient and the food is absolutely delicious. Cannot rate this place high enough. Everything is cooked to a high standard and tastes so fresh. Definitely worth a try ,you will not be disappointed. We highly recommend 😁😁

Brilliant pizzas here. We've tried other places but Papas beats the lot. Lots of choice. Other than pizzas Papas has a good selection of Italian dishes to try.

We love Papas, we visit once or twice a month. The pizzas and pastas our very good. Would recommend the bolognaise pizza and the pasta al forna. Extremely good value, great quality food, sometimes have a little trouble getting through to order, they are so busy, but well worth the wait.

This by far the best Italian takeaway in this area the food is cooked to order and very tasty- premises very clean and staff always happy A little bit of Italy on our doorstep well worth a visit

After waiting, longingly, for Papas well deserved summer holiday to end, they're back.

Really like the range of Italian takeaway food. Not just usual pizzas, which are excellent. Food cooked freshly to order but you can phone in your order prior to collectingbto save time hanging about. Occasionally they close for a family holiday, so worth checking.

La comida era increíble y el ambiente era muy guay. Siendo de América, el menú tradicional rodeada una dieta muy americano - Un montón de comida increíble engorde. Tuvimos una comida kosher con la comida con nosotros, y el personal era muy servicial, incluso después de la comida había llegado.

Las pizzas de aquí son increíbles, caliente y lleno de coberturas, todo a un precio decente. Este llevar es simplemente increíble, las pizzas que hacen son simplemente llena de sabor y coberturas. No tengáis miedo no hay necesidad de pedir más, porque está lleno de su elección. Solía prefiere pedir desde los grandes nombres como dominos o Pizza Hut, ya no!

Nunca tuvimos una mala palabra para este llevar! Auténtica comida italiana deliciosa y caliente - siempre. Las pierdas cuando está cerrado por dos semanas durante las vacaciones de verano, pero que puede culparles?

Average to fair so make your own mind up. Seem less interested in service and more in taking your money. Lots of new staff and none know the menu so difficult to communicate over the phone. Previous owners were much better. Italian TV blasting out doesn't help.

I never review takeaway places usually but felt I had to as this was probably the best takeaway pizza I had ever tried! New bbq brisket pizza.....crust was crispy and not hard, base perfectly cooked and the topping was loaded without being too much. Piping hot and utterly delicious. Also got some bbq wings.......they were ok but I go to a Pizza place for pizza so not really bothered what the wings are like.I'm a massive Dominos Pizza fan but Papa Johns has probably just ranked above it........will try it again soon and see if it wasn't a fluke!

Have ordered both pasta and pizza and have never been disappointed. Excellent Restuarant quality food at very reasonable prices. Good portion sizes and lovely thin pizza bases full of flavour.

Great choice, with first class pizzas every time. Garlic bread is always good. Order in plenty of time, as on some occasions, due to popularity waiting time may be 45 minutes

Been here on numerous occasions. Good quality Italian takeaway. Always hot. Food reasonable priced. Sometimes can be waiting a whole for order. Would be amazing if they delivered! Can't fault them.

It is possible to phone or pop in for a Papa's Takeaway. The food is always excellent - I particularly enjoy the Pollo alla Crema. We also regularly order the Papas Special Pizza which is also extremely good. Although Papas is always busy the waiting time is reasonable and the food is good value and good quality. The stuffed mushhrooms for a starter are also highly recommended!

This pizza place does great pizza's I like you can order on phone and then pick up in 15 mins, the staff are nice and warm a good family business

This place is really good prob the best take out Italian I have visited in the uk, service is quite slow but to be fair they are always very busy, well worth a visit or 2!

We often get Pizza's from here and are never disappointed with what we get, it is fairly priced and an average 20 minute wait; we usually ring up and collect, and it is usually ready on time, unlike other establishments.

Lovely food,tasty,well priced, specials always worth a try, food always taste freshly made. Saturdays can be busy so phone in plenty of time to avoid disappointment

For takeaway pizza this is of a very high standard, up there with some of the local restaruants. Defenitely worth a try!
