I got two Pizza’s, one was really good and the other was doughy and inedible. When I tried to call for a solution - Raghni refused to give me a refund and tried insisting I have to send the Pizza back as ‘evidence’. Also she kept refusing the Pizza was bad even though the dough was so uncooked that it fully fell apart. Eventually she said she would make me another Pizza but we were already put off due to the long experience. Apparently there’s NO solution to getting terrible food.

This restaurant should be closed down! The meat in the pasta dishes are rubbery meat alternatives it is not MEAT. There was no sauce with the lasagna it was terrible. Every item of food was cold. Garlic bread hard and cold ordered garlic bread pizza got given 4 garlic bread slices which was not enough for my family. Hence I ordered the pizza bread instead. The bbq ribs had more fat than meat and I purchased 2 orders. The chips was over cooked in dirty oil and hard and crunchy most being brown and burnt looking. My kids are starving we haven’t had a proper dinner and this is so sad. We contacted the restaurant and the manager told me since no one else has complained they can’t do anything and hung up the phone. This business is inappropriate and the staff are insensitive I spent £26 at this restaurant for food that mostly went into the bin. We brought this takeaway for dinner as we are at a hotel with no cooking facilities and now we are starving. @cocolocolish on TikTok

Told me to wait 1 hr for delivery which is fine but when I call back as soon as I put the phone down because I forgot to order thin crust she said it was too late there already prepared it which I found it hard to believe although if it was true that probably explains why they turn up cold an my wife won't eat them as there sitting around for 40 minutes before going in the oven which is probably why she gets a bad stomach everytime she had one(twice) The woman told me I have to have the deep pan literally 30 seconds after I put the phone down, there no way it could have possibly been made in 30 seconds an if it was I definitely don't want it as I'm not keen on my food sitting around for 1 hr before I get it, I told her don't worry about it I don't want it, it's cheap an cheerful an the food quality isn't amazing so the thin crust are not exactly thin anyway, I definitely don't want a deep pan from there, it will be like a door step, never again would I order from here, rude woman on the pH trying to talk to me like I'm a child an the pizzas are definitely not fresh.

I don’t recommend papas pizza to anyone they have a very rude customer service the person who answering the phone she is very rude and she always put you on hold. She’s not get you a ride delivery. my last order was today and she said it’s going to take 30 minutes one hour 45 minutes ago she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She forgets everything. I do not recommend this pizza anymore

For your own health please avoid, the pizzas and garlic bread smelt so bad went straight to the bin.

Papa’s pizza is nice but it has gone up from £5.00 to £7.00 for collection in a little over two months. That equates to a 40% rise. I think that is a very steep increase, I certainly will not be going out of my way for what now equates to a average price pizza, rather that a good value one!

Honestly the best pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had . Ordered 3 pizzas for us and the kids and I wish I ordered 6 😂 recommend the pepperoni to anyone ! Will use this place again and again and again

Shocking - avoid if you are vegetarian/vegan. Tonight I received a veggie pizza from them that had chicken pieces on it, which I didn't realise until I bit into it. When I rang to inform them, the man just said "Throw it away - it was a mistake". I've been a veggie for 33 years. I will NEVER return to this takeaway again! DISGUSTING service and attitude. If you don't eat meat, stay away from this place!!

Big lies and cheap quality dough, selling old dough pizza base which left yesterday evenings. I called but they denied 😔. And my kids got sick having it . I worked 7years in pizza shop so I know how to guess fresh dough pizza .

The wife picked on their offers, any Pizza picked up for £5! Too cheap? No! - excellent value for a pizza, extra £1 to go half and half. I would like the base cooked a little longer but maybe that's just my preference to have it a little crispier. Have used them a few times now.

Bad pizza always undercooked and never tastes good. Their pizzas are way too salty. Not sure what they are doing but never coming back again.

This is my regular pizza shop as the ingredients are always fresh (vegetables). I don't usually have meat. In terms of constructive criticism, sometimes they don't provide extra cheese when I categorically mention it and pay for it. Sometimes I find extra cheese, sometimes there is not extra cheese, which is inconsistent to be fair. However I think they can improve in this area.

I have beem getting pizza from here for the past 10 years. They have the best pizzas in the area. Never went wrong except once a very long time ago when i tried thin crust but otherwise the best. Plus if you collect its only £5 for an extra large and they are very generous woth their toppings.

The pizza was very cheap i got a x-large vegetarian with peperoni and a spicy vegetarian with chicken and a small magherita and jalapeno dippers and garlic bread it totalled to around £19.80 so as you can see the prices are very good but the food isn't that appealing so the vege with peperoni was very nice but the spicy one wasn't spicy at all and the jalapeno dippers weren't nice nor the garlic bread so if your a person who likes spice or garlic bread i wouldn't suggest getting it from here but over-all i'd say the pizza is nice just not the sides Oh by the way only get collection from this place as delivery will cost you alot more by alot if i got my food from delivery it would of totalled up to around £45

Excellent Defford try the BBC base meat feast, can't be beaten anywhere
