Nice pizza well cooked friendly staff but didn't appreciate the look of incredulity when I ordered a large and not an extra large, tell me you think im fat without telling me you think im fat

AVOID AT ALL COSTS-Unedible burnt food the picture speaks for itself dont waste your money. I called to inform them nicely didnt have a problem just wanted to inform as we always order from here, the rude lady on the phone hung up on me and refused to give her name. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A very friendly place, pizzas are very nice, and extremely good value for money, taste is good, and food is always piping hot, yes you could goto Domino's and the flavor is more, but but the cost of an extra large pizza at £7, you would pay three times for, no papas pizza, but is good value good tasting food, you can't go wrong.

Hopeless pizza. I don't know how anyone can like this.

I have ordered Hot Vegetarian Pizza and one portion of hot chicken wings, pizza was ok ok and hot wings - the coating to the wings is not that tasty, so I had to remove coating to the chicken and eat just chicken.

The pizza is delicious and my kids love their pizza I’m leaving in Brentford but I’m always go there for it and the customers service is great

Pizza topping was the meat feast the was said to have pepperone, beef, bacon, and sausage. However only pepperone and minute cubes of what is assumed to be the beef was delivered. I feel cheated as what is delivered is not what is described.

Disappointed to see meal deal I always get has gone from 14.99 to 16.99 this is the second time a meal deal has increased when I’ve ordered a lot from a menu.

We order a lot of pizza for work social gatherings from Papas Pizza - usually 8 to 14 extra large pizzas at a time. They have a great extra large pizza deal for collection takeaway. Our order is always ready on time when we go to collect and the quality of the food is good.

I ordered 7up & received coke (which was an imported bottle, so I didn't drink it), the garlic bread was soggy. this is the 2nd time this has happened, I will not be using papas pizza again sorry.

Food isnt bad, the only thing I really like is there hot wings however they have increased the price to £5 for just 6 wings even that wasn’t really the problem. I ordered over phone for collection they said it will be ready in 15 minutes so I came 15 minutes later and they started making my order 20 minutes after I ordered it they made me wait for another 30 minutes and when the food arrived the wings did not even look like wings they were baisically chicken nuggets so I complained they made me wait 1 hour for 6 wings that cost £5 and were tiny. one of the workers offered to give 4 extra wings but instead the disrespectful manager said no and handed me my money back so I wasted 1 hour of my time for nothing. do not recommend this shop to anyone. Stay away.

I’d like to point this out to the restaurant. I have always ordered from you for 12.99 x-large pizza with a coke. Today I went to order and the pizza is now 21.99. I won’t be ordering anymore which is a shame. But this review is from my previous order. I don’t understand why you done this

The chips were all stuck to paper at the bottom of the box, the chips were also stale.

They missed out the garlic dip that we paid for (30p) which although is peanuts they should be respecting what we pay for as my son wanted it quite badly on the pizzas we ordered. Otherwise the food quality was good.

I got two Pizza’s, one was really good and the other was doughy and inedible. When I tried to call for a solution - Raghni refused to give me a refund and tried insisting I have to send the Pizza back as ‘evidence’. Also she kept refusing the Pizza was bad even though the dough was so uncooked that it fully fell apart. Eventually she said she would make me another Pizza but we were already put off due to the long experience. Apparently there’s NO solution to getting terrible food.

This restaurant should be closed down! The meat in the pasta dishes are rubbery meat alternatives it is not MEAT. There was no sauce with the lasagna it was terrible. Every item of food was cold. Garlic bread hard and cold ordered garlic bread pizza got given 4 garlic bread slices which was not enough for my family. Hence I ordered the pizza bread instead. The bbq ribs had more fat than meat and I purchased 2 orders. The chips was over cooked in dirty oil and hard and crunchy most being brown and burnt looking. My kids are starving we haven’t had a proper dinner and this is so sad. We contacted the restaurant and the manager told me since no one else has complained they can’t do anything and hung up the phone. This business is inappropriate and the staff are insensitive I spent £26 at this restaurant for food that mostly went into the bin. We brought this takeaway for dinner as we are at a hotel with no cooking facilities and now we are starving. @cocolocolish on TikTok

Arrived super hot, very pleased! Just slightly too soft underneath and only teeny pieces of mushrooms which affects the size veal score.

Best pizza around, the place always has great staff who serve and are kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting good pizza.

Usually order from here for pick up, but ordered for delivery this time and and arrived as hot as picking it up yourself.

Told me to wait 1 hr for delivery which is fine but when I call back as soon as I put the phone down because I forgot to order thin crust she said it was too late there already prepared it which I found it hard to believe although if it was true that probably explains why they turn up cold an my wife won't eat them as there sitting around for 40 minutes before going in the oven which is probably why she gets a bad stomach everytime she had one(twice) The woman told me I have to have the deep pan literally 30 seconds after I put the phone down, there no way it could have possibly been made in 30 seconds an if it was I definitely don't want it as I'm not keen on my food sitting around for 1 hr before I get it, I told her don't worry about it I don't want it, it's cheap an cheerful an the food quality isn't amazing so the thin crust are not exactly thin anyway, I definitely don't want a deep pan from there, it will be like a door step, never again would I order from here, rude woman on the pH trying to talk to me like I'm a child an the pizzas are definitely not fresh.

Tasty pizzas but the medium size we ordered is considerably smaller than the normal medium pizzas we order from Dominos or Papa Johns, etc. Otherwise had a good meal and enjoyed every bit of it. Delivery was quite early too and the order status was still stating "Order placed" when the delivery driver knocked on our door.
