Ordered on just eat paid for my order and for second time delivery drive saying I owe them £3 for delivery when I paid on just eat

Good consistent food quality. Arguably the best pizza/burger place in pendle & surrounding areas.

Never get your order right, missing items or mixed up items! So you end up waiting longer for food which ends it cold pizza and soggy chips. Haven't ordered in a while and now I remember why! Will not be ordering again. That's just my experience don't let me put you off try for yourself.

Pizzas are really good. Not tried anything else on the menu. Food ready on time. Excellent service.

Food is generally fine although I'm sure it used to be much better, but the website is broken. Says 'delivery not available to this address', although I live within two miles away from their shop, in Colne, and they deliver here by phone call. Also, you can't add new payment cards either. The button doesn't function. Update: not a good pizza tonight. Box was torn underneath at the back left corner and soggy, let apparently they're a 5* by FSA for hygiene, which is basically just nonsense. Pretty much all takeaways in the general area of Colne and Nelson have gone downhill very fast, very badly. It's almost as if they have other avenues of revenue being funneled through their business.

This place used to be able to make pizza.who ever doing it now is loosing you money never order again what a mess and to be called pizza shop is bad.

Used to be a regular customer but not anymore . Staff always fighting in the kitchen and the new kids working there have run this place to the ground. Pizza is now dead average and the mixed kebab you’re better off going to captain cooks

Customer since 10 years used to be very good but now waste of money to Go they I got pizza is not even baked properly last time I got mix grilled chicken and chips was cold they charge high price for food like this

I’ve had Neapolitan wood fired pizzas, Chicago deep dish pizzas, Roman pizzas, New York style pizzas, you name it. But the toppings and flavour of the Achari Keema and Tandoori Hot, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!

I have been having pizza from papas for so many years now it's been like 10 years. They have been delivering pizza to my house 78 regent street nelson for many years now they are good pizzas I have ever had freshly baked I hope others will agree and I keep getting pizza from them every week. Papa's Pizza dethroned Santa's Pizza Santa's was known for being the best pizza place in Nelson. Not anymore Papa's is miles better I've tried multiple different pizzas for this place and they are very very consistent Food is fresh and cooked properly. Their parmesan is spot on as well. Burgers are very delicious and adventurous as well. Very good and consistent place. I highly recommend you try a pizza from here, you won't regret it.

After ordering my food ( was really nice thx ) i left my bag with wallet and a bit of cash inside . After 20 mins i got call back of Papas , been told i left my bag in there . Whan I received my bag , inside was all cash and all my documents! Big thanks to the lads who works in there !!

One of the best pizza places in Nelson. Consistency is key. Guaranteed same order time and time again. I love the Asian specia pizzal, the garlic bread with cheese and the chicken wings. Never disappointed

Great pizza and reasonably priced

I havent eaten here in a while due to a lactose allergy emerging recently however, the pizzas were always served piping hot and fresh. I do not recommend delivery though. Although delivery was also fast there so.ehow was always this weird orange grease on the pizza when it arrived.

Great pizzas.. Bolognese special is amazing. Only negative were the chips.. went dry and hard even though I picked up. Had to bin them.

So, can anyone tell me why these guys don't accept cards? Is it something to do with not declaring actual earnings and therfore paying far less tax? Complete unacceptable for a popular takeaway to not accept cards unless they are tax dodging. Pizza was average at best. The base is awful, really doughy. The chips were probably the worst I've ever had. Like someone pointed out in a previous review, the chips were cold and under cooked.

Ordered a delivery on just eat paid for delivery, then delivery driver took another £2 when it was delivered as it was apparently further than they thought 😡

After many recommendations i finally managed to visit this nice family run takeaway I ordered a 9" Zeno pizza which was prepared superbly was succulent and tasty i placed a order over the phone and My pizza was ready to collect in 10 minutes Overall good tasty and timely food much recommended Good job lads @PapasPizza

Fast reliable delivery service. I only ever get the donner from here and it’s the best I’ve tasted! Food is always nice and fresh lovely fresh salad aswel. Kids get burgers and I’ve had no complaints from them. Would recommend.

Great chicken meat, however cheesy chips were terrible as the cheese wasn't melted at all.

Had Chicken parmisan dhesi last night, wow just amazing blew me right out of Nelson. Good Pizzas, grilled chicken in pitta bread all the fresh salad and garlic mayo, it deffo one for regulars list good quality food well balanced prices.
